Is the heating element covered with a non-stick coating like the 37502?
um ... you just puzzled me with this question so much that with the temperature I went to look where are these heating elements and what kind of coating they have ...
If you take the bowl out of the multicooker and look inside ...
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
then there are no heating elements, that is, they are not visible.
In this regard, it seems to me that there is no point in cooking, since nothing simply can get onto the heating elements and fry.

Here is a photo of the insides of 37502:

Hello everyone.
Is there a possibility of flashing the multicooker when operating modes appear or change?
Hey.
You can reflash.
And even then you can launch it into low-earth orbit! But the usb port is not there!

what is the coating of the bowl

the coating of the bowl is of a very pleasant sand color! Take it, you won't regret it!

PEOPLE!!! Read carefully the topic, links and information about 502.
The company "Brand" LLC is an exclusive supplier to the Russian market of the popular model of the Brand 37502 multicooker. The multicooker is produced at the world famous plant of the largest Chinese corporation SUPOR, which is part of the SEB group, which includes such well-known brands as: Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex, Krups etc. This model was created as a result of a long, more than one and a half year, adaptation of thirteen cooking modes to the taste characteristics of Russian consumers. A unique feature of this model is the bowl with a CERAMIC non-stick coating, which is recognized as the safest for human health. Also, a non-stick coating is applied directly to the heating element of the multicooker, which eliminates the difficulties associated with cleaning the burnt particles trapped between the bowl and the heating element. The multicooker has all the options necessary for a modern kitchen product - a timer, a delayed start, a mode for keeping food warm, an informative display. Ergonomic design, high quality materials used in the production of the multicooker, handle for transportation allow you to get real pleasure from use.
tv2000, welcome to the forum! as from a ceramic pot, no, it won't. Buy a slow cooker for this. She has ceramic.

In any case, you will be satisfied with the quality and functionality.

I hope everyone will take this seriously.

Test participants will post their reports WITH PHOTOS here, and all those interested in buying this multicooker (and especially those in doubt) will ask questions, to which we will try to give objective answers.

Here you need to decide on a catfish. For example, I deliberately waited for 501 because of the manual mode. Being, in my heart, an experimenter, I simply could not buy another
For you, this mode may not be needed at all ... there will be enough available ones - then look at 502yu.
On the other hand, they cannot understand why there is a burnt (or more heavily fried) spot when baking on some MVs ... on other copies it is not (look at the next branch or multicooker forum).

Questions for those who have already made yoghurt in this CF:
- how much to do it? In the mode, the minimum time is 6 hours, here they write about 2-3 hours. It costs me 1.5 hours and while milk with the smell of activation ...
- when ready, can you pour it from the bowl into another container or do you need to cool it only in it?
- I'm right. understand, what. ready-made, but still warm yoghurt, first cool to room temperature, and only then put in the refrigerator?

Sorry if I'm asking nonsense ... I'm doing it for the first time

My opinion is that the cooking time is somewhat dependent on milk and sourdough.
Pour directly from the bowl or chill in it? I find it difficult to answer, since I do it in jars.
Put the yogurt from the multicooker immediately into the refrigerator.

Hello everyone.
I choose a multicooker. The first one ... I am more and more inclined to 37501. In this regard, the question is: what is the cup cover. I was sure that it was ceramic, but now I read Elena Brand's answer on the website: "The inner coating of the bowl is not ceramic. The bowl is covered with a durable non-stick coating from the Japanese company DAIKIN." Confused ... Ceramics or not? Maybe it's an analogue of ceramics? Will the dish taste like cooking in a clay pot? Is the heating element covered with a non-stick coating like the 37502? Does 37502 have a different coating? Ceramics or not? I ask the official representative of the "Brand" company to answer my question. Thank you in advance. I almost forgot to ask: does this multi-microprocessor control? Is it possible to flash the multicooker when the operating modes appear or change?
P.S. The question is a little off topic - how do I add a vehicle to my account? - I have an airfryer, and in the drop-down list there is only a bread maker.

Good day.

Model Brand 37502.
The bowl is covered with ceramic.
There is a non-stick coating on the bottom heating element.

Model Brand 37501.
The coating of the bowl is non-stick produced by the Japanese company DAIKIN (non-ceramic).
There is no non-stick coating on the bottom heating element.

Both models have microprocessor control. But there is no interface for flashing.

Uh, from morning to evening, a bottle of milk stands near the battery, then I pour it into a multi saucepan, add a jar of activation and on Yogurt Mode for 6 hours, then into a gauze so that the serum is glass - and you're done! It turns out to be delicate, moist. Children eat with pleasure!

Sockets on "Buckwheat" are very convenient to cook, as they are slightly fried from below, and they are easy to remove. But if you cook spaghetti (or other pasta) instead of sockets, then you can do without the "Steam" mode.

20. Yogurt in jars

Another experiment. I wanted to try making canned yogurt using Victoria's idea. For the first time I use a new for me Italian starter Yoghurt from GoodFood. I wonder what happens?

Testing multicooker Brand 37501

She poured boiled and cooled farm milk with sourdough in jars (3 pcs, 480 ml each). I put the multicooker on a napkin in the pan, poured water over the hangers of the jars.

Mode Yogurt 8 hours (recommended by producers of starter culture 8-10 hours at a temperature of 36-420FROM)

After about 3 hours I measured the water temperature - 39,50FROM... Everything is as in pharmacy temperature table! Brand!

After 8 hours yoghurt turned out. But I blunt, the jars had to be covered ...

And so some amount of condensate from the lid of the multicooker got into the yogurt ...

Testing multicooker Brand 37501
Yogurt in the morning from the refrigerator.

Conclusions:

1. The yoghurt turned out to be tasty, thick, not sour and not sticky. Good overall, except for a little liquid on top.
2. The temperature of the Yogurt mode was equal to the declared one. This means that the yogurt does not overheat and the beneficial bacteria do not die.
3. Who fundamentally cooks yogurt in separate jars (and not in a multicooker pan) can do it without any problems.

Dough

1 pack of Pyshka margarine (250 g)
270 g flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 bag of baking powder
zest of 1 lemon

Knead quickly, the dough turns out to be crumbs, if it does stick, add a little flour.
separate from the resulting mass about a handful for dusting the filling.

Filling:

Lemon jam 3-4 tbsp (ready-made "Maheev", I do not recommend buying, though it went fine in a pie), sprinkled jam on top with that very handful of butter and flour mixture, put 2 slices of apples.

She baked on the "Baking" mode, the total time was 1 hour, after 20 minutes she laid out the whipped proteins with sugar (2 proteins + 4 tablespoons of sugar), and continued baking. I didn't interrupt the program, I just opened the lid, quickly put the squirrels in there and closed it.

In the finished cake, the proteins are soft, like cream.
