Imagine, I tried. Already twice, here according to these recipes (remove the stars)

I liked some of them more, it is denser, and the second is very airy, I liked it less. You know, there was no cheesecake effect, the top was just flat. Did on baked goods one cycle.
And with biscuits everything worked out OK, no complaints. So, mother, do not be afraid, but try again.

Well, no zhesh, Vikus, casseroles taste like casseroles - good. Just a cheesecake shape But, of course, a hochezza ideal

I miss the airiness in the cottage cheese! It's some kind of compressed.
Luysia
VS NIKA, this is a very easy and budget baking, try it. Take a break from the casseroles.

As says IRR, it is a pity that the pieces of cakes cannot be transferred via Skype, since there are still some left.

Lucy, and what in a saucepan it seems that the biscuit is low, judging by the tsyHerks, but on the plate oh-ho?

I don't know, next time I'll put a matchbox next to it.

Although, I think I know: the top is not quite even, a little domed, and lower at the edges, and there are just numbers.

Luysia, It would be nice (well, this is in my opinion) cut into 2 cakes and soak in the middle.

It is possible, but also so delicious!

Did you soak her in brine or what?

I didn't soak this one, I just bought it, stuffed it with garlic, sprinkled it with spices before stewing.

Vika, send me to the recipe muffin with prunes and peach (I have a can of pineapple and a draw of dried apricots).

Lyudmila, there is nowhere to send with a cupcake, this is my improvisation. I can only whisper in my ear.

So it means: kefir (I have my own yogurt) 1/2 tbsp., 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 pack margarine (melt), 2 eggs, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp. l. slaked soda (I extinguished in a large amount of lemon juice so that it smelled like lemon), Well, I have dried prunes and peaches, but in general, you can sketch everything into a cupcake, so it will be great with your pineapple!
I was surprised that the top turned out to be completely not white, but I did not turn it over, I generally don’t like to turn over or bring it up to condition in AG, what happened is what happened! But to be honest, I personally like cupcakes more in AG.
When will we try BUZHENIN? Drool nowhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luysia, I have a question from the "teapot": the boiled pork is beautiful, I want to try to make it myself and then try to eat it, but I thought: but without preliminary soaking in brine, it did not turn out fresh inside?
This is not due to being too picky, I just never made boiled pork myself.
Luysia
I like soaking, but I just generously salted this one before stewing. It turned out normal. And on top of the slice you can always add a little salt to taste, since it is different for everyone.

And boiled pork in a slow cooker is easy to make, it will not burn or dry out. I used this scheme before in Panasonic. Since the multicooker appeared, I have not cooked boiled pork in the oven anymore.

mamba, I went and tried a small piece, it is tasty and no need to add salt!

Well, it seems we managed to solve the problem with the proofing of the dough! I picked up a plastic bowl of a suitable size, poured water into the bowl, turned it on at 40 degrees in manual mode, put the bowl with the dough in and closed the lid. It took 45 minutes, looked in - the dough clearly rose!
I think, in the absence of a suitable bowl, you can solve the problem with 1-2 plastic bags, pressing the edge with a lid and letting the dough in the bag "float freely".
Since the final result has not yet been received, I will add it during the test. Who knows how continuous mode will respond; I was thinking that it is worth turning on only periodically, but for now I will try it.

0.5 tbsp. Sahara

Luysia, please poke me in the right place!
Catwoman, I have collected all my quotes for you in the post above ...

Okay, let's try it differently.

Take a piece of pork (I had about 1kg 600g). We wash with cold water. Dry with a napkin. We clean the garlic, cut the cloves into cubes. Use a knife to push them into the meat.

Turn on the multicooker for Frying (meat) mode. We drip a little vegetable oil to the bottom. Fry until golden brown on each side. It took 40 minutes in Brand 37501, 1 hour in Panasonic (on Baking). Do not close the lid.

Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, your favorite spices on all sides and turn on the Stew mode (2 hours 30 minutes). During this time, you can turn it over a couple of times. On Extinguishing, the lid is closed.

After the end of the program, take out, cool a little. Then we wrap it in foil and leave it in the refrigerator. Then we cut and.

That's clearer?

manna, Yes, not just a casserole, but with a convex roof!

Now a detailed recipe for VS NIKA (and not only for her, for all of us)! And then they themselves dabbled in their multicooker, such as casseroles do not work!

Maybe because of the paper, she didn't wrap the edges towards the center?
Manna
Thank you, girls I was already trembling when I opened the lid of the cartoon, because I could not bear another disappointment in casseroles

I think that the paper did not overheat from the sides, and therefore did not fall off. By the way, the paper is only from the sides, at the base, see the layer of the biscuit. And the recipe: 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 large eggs (whipped the whites separately), 0.5 cans of condensed cream, 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons. l. flour (you can also cornstarch, I think). It turned out to be a pretty batter. Baked on "Pastry" for 1 hour. Turned it off immediately. After 10 minutes, I opened the valve. After another 10 minutes, the valve was completely removed. Half an hour after the end of baking, I opened the lid. I can't say for sure what exactly influenced it. But I think that paper played an important role, if not the main one.

Sister, and how much do you cook them?
I always cook in water, pre-soak it overnight, cook for a long time as I did not notice it, but in the near future I’ll stand with the clock just the most interesting that it hasn’t been cooked in such a time, maybe it doesn’t boil in milk, I promise to put it out by Wednesday I get it and how I do it, the second option I have is faster, I cook in the microwave in water at the end of the cream and at low power.
I'll post it, and you will then decide on which program to cook it, believe me, porridge from whole oats is very tasty, and yours does not look like a photo to what I get.
