Feel like "dumb and dumber"

I announced today fried pies with pea filling.

I washed the peas several times, soaked them for 4 hours. Then she poured it with water, brought it to a boil for Baking, set for 2 hours for Stewing.

And .... almost raw peas with a little water.

And how to cook it now?

PEOPLE HOW YOU BREAK PEAS!

Since then, I cook pea soup exclusively with pea flakes.

Today I went through school with peas and came to the conclusion that it is necessary to soak peas, if for soup, but for mashed potatoes you cannot soak, then it cooks longer, but no matter how we think that soaked faster. And there is a scientific explanation for this process.
For the first time, in Brand, I cooked peas without soaking and boiled them in 2 or 2.5 hours, I forgot, but this time, I soaked them and after 2.5 hours the peas were raw, an hour later they were raw again. I switched on "Buckwheat" and cooked it for a long time so that the whole program of today went to the cat .... left without a pie.

What peas? Whole or half?
A week ago I cooked pea soup with shank in Panas, so I had to pour it in parts (I just washed it without any soaking), because after 40 minutes on stewing, the peas were completely boiled in mashed potatoes, which is not suitable for mine - you need to make the eye feel at least the visibility of peas ...

How complicated it is. Learn more, and learn ...
No, it's not difficult, soaking will save you from flatulence in the intestines, but it will have a negative effect on the cooking time, I was convinced of this for the second time.

"Pea puree with something meaty"
Fried the onion, added carrots, frozen tomato and bell peppers. Everything is finely chopped. Cut meats from the freezer, finely chopped, put in vegetables and fried a little.
I fell asleep with 2m / st of half peas, 4m / st of hot water. Turned on "Quenching" for 2.5-3 hours. In three hours it will look better like mashed potatoes. And as you've probably already read, don't soak the peas! Very tasty !!!

Third attempt at cooking yogurta. This time on milk "Opolye" and Activia kifirnaya. 5 hours on "Yogurt" + 1 hour with the multicooker turned off.
When I poured milk into a jar, a foam formed on top. And in the process of cooking yogurt, whey was formed under this foam. But both this foam and the yogurt on the bottom of this foam thickened much more than before - the yogurt is no longer drinkable.

Now I tried to fry the liver on the "Fish" frying program ..... do not go quickly fried, but hard I then put it on stewing for 20 minutes. It turned out well, softly. I took in large pieces. This is for me and my daughter. For my husband, I cut it into stripes and put it on the frying "Vegetables" mode. I really thumped all at once and the liver and onions. I waited 10 minutes, sprinkled with flour, fried for another 2 minutes, then filled it with milk and put it on stewing for 1 hour. I don't know what will happen yet ...

We made yogurt twice on the Yogurt mode.
First time 1 liter Prostokvashino 6% + Activation + 2.5 hours + refrigerator until morning
The second time - also milk + 100ml of the previous yogurt + 6 hours on yogurt + 5 hours I just slept + 6 hours in the refrigerator.
The first one looked ready, but when tasted it turned out to be more like drinking (something like kifir), but the second was a specific yogurt ... I don't know how to describe it ... my favorite said more plastic

I liked both (ate with dried apricots) - a liter is barely enough for four.
To say that it tastes better than a store one ... means to say nothing ... it must be tried

By the way, the question is - how many times can the sourdough be used, in the sense of using it like this from the previous yogurt? Doesn't anything superfluous start growing there or can bacteria degenerate?
Luysia
We tried a cupcake, delicious. It is well baked and it even feels like the cherry is not quite sober.

Hello everyone!
I am new to you, although I have been visiting this site for three years already.
Thanks to everyone who is testing this MB model. After much deliberation, I also decided to buy it (although it does not match the color of my kitchen, but model 37502 does not fit either).
Can you please tell me if the included steamer stand is located somewhere at the bottom of the saucepan? Is it the same in model 37502 or is it hung from above?

Finally I understood the purpose of the stand steamer. At first I used it to take out baked goods and that's it! Well, now I will have it in full swing! So, PUDDING.

Complete improvisation.
Cottage cheese 200gr; Egg 1; Semolina 1 tbsp. l; Starch 1 st. l; Sugar 1st. l; Sour cream 5 tbsp. l; Vanilla sugar and baking powder 1 hour each l.
Put the mass in a silicone mold and place it in a multicooker bowl on a double boiler, pouring water before that, almost to the level of a double boiler. turn on "steam", 45 minutes.

In my photo, pudding before baking, you can see that there is a mass under the edge of the mold. I often opened it, I was afraid of water boiling away, so it remained almost the same, well, if it rose a little. But the taste is excellent!
But now I know that in 45 minutes water poured to the level of a double boiler for "steam-meat" will not boil away and the next time it will be possible not to open it.

If you are "on you" with bread, then maybe you can start with wheat bread ... it's easier with it ...
Kneading the dough. You form a bun. Rye dough is very sticky, so it is better to grease your hands with oil. Oh, I completely forgot: there is still vegetable oil in the recipe - 2 tbsp. l. Right now, I'll fix it. Well ... and then let the kolobok break up. Rye dough doesn’t like to be overstretched, so we are waiting for the peak of the yeast to work and turn on “Baking” (about an hour later). If the bread is made only of wheat dough, then after an hour kneading, then the second proofing for 40-60 minutes, and at the peak of the yeast work, turn on the "Baking".
