Things are great! The set includes silicone gloves. I take out the bowl with them (I rarely use the grip - especially if the bowl is full). The height of the bowl is sufficient for it to be grasped with hands in tacks. This is much more convenient than grasping. The grip is convenient only if the bowl is half empty

Puddings are different: fruit, vegetable, curd, rice, meat, etc. Some are very "live", some are dense. There are those that are easily removed from the mold, and there are those that need to be removed very carefully and only after cooling. The more cereal in the pudding, the denser and easier it is to remove from the mold. There are also puddings that are not taken out of the molds at all (they are baked in individual small molds).

No one says that this mode can only be used with a steamer stand.
For example, I cook potatoes on the "Steam cooking" mode in the Brand 37502 multicooker, while pouring water almost to the maximum. Therefore, it is not bad that there is an opportunity to set the time on the mode more than necessary, the main thing is not the other way around.
As for the hinged steamer, you can buy it in addition.

Yesterday (or rather, the day before yesterday) they brought me MV. A 5% discount was provided, very nice. True, for delivery they ripped off twice as expensive (this is insulting).
I decided to start with a cake (chocolate in boiling water). The first pancake turned out to be lumpy. While she was putting the child to bed (and he refused to fall asleep as if it were evil), I missed the end of the program. The biscuit stood for about 15 minutes on the heating. As a result, condensation dripped down the center of the cake. And so everything was baked, it turned out to be a very tasty cake. Today I will bake the same.
Then I loaded rice porridge for a delay at 6 o'clock in the morning. The second pancake also turned out to be a lump, or rather a fountain. Kashka ran away. I don't know what I did wrong. It may be too little (I put it on only one portion), or maybe I did not guess with the amount of liquid: I poured a bag of milk 200 g and 100 g of water for 1/3 mst of rice. I didn’t have a chance to see the porridge live, when I woke up, my husband had already devoured it, but managed to take a picture. For my taste, it turned out to be rather dry, but my husband just loves this. Nothing burned, but the outside was covered in drops of milk. Today I will put the millet and add more liquid.
The next dish was scrambled eggs. Within 10 minutes. fried sausage, ham and onions on the "Frying vegetables", then poured eggs mixed with herbs, sprinkled with grated cheese on top and put on "Pastry" for 20 minutes. The scrambled eggs turned out to be excellent, even the cheese tightened with a light crust (it only melts in the pan). If the child had not woken up, she would have controlled the process, and perhaps 15 minutes would have been enough.
We will experiment further.

Oksanulya, I am confused by your escaped porridge.

The porridges in this multicooker are simply excellent. And your proportions are correct ... Maybe it's because of the very small quantity ...
Or maybe this milk ...

Here, both me and the girls cooked a lot in the subject of different milk porridges. It should definitely turn out. Porridge is a no-lose option here.
