Ingredients

wheat flour 360 g
milk 200 ml
pressed yeast 6 g
sugar 1 tbsp
salt 3/4 h l
egg 1 PC
vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • At the bottom of the bucket, crush the yeast, pour sugar over the yeast, pour warm milk, an egg. Add flour, salt, oil. Switch on the program * Yeast dough *. At the end of the program, remove the dough onto a floured table and divide into 8 equal parts.
  • Form a ball from each piece and roll it out with a rolling pin into a 1 cm thick flat cake.
  • Burger and hot dog buns
  • Spread the tortillas on a baking sheet and let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C

At the end of the program, she collapsed the slightly risen dough, put it in a bowl, halved it, made four round buns from half of the dough, put them on a microwave baking sheet (I have an oven with an oven function and the ability to add steam). It was too lazy to roll out, so I covered the buns with a piece of baking paper and simply flattened them to a thickness of about 1 cm.
I warmed up the microwave a bit to distance the buns.
After half an hour, I took out the buns, warmed up the oven to 200 degrees, set it for 13 minutes, returned the baking sheet with the buns to the inside, a couple of minutes after the start of baking, added steam to the oven.
Half an hour after baking, the buns were turned into cheeseburgers. My boys very much approved.

The second half of the dough is in the refrigerator, it will be baked tomorrow (it will be just fine - we will get to the Dnieper bank for half a day).

I have these buns now the hit of the season. I am at home alone with two small ones, we eat an ordinary loaf for a long time, a lot turns into crackers. But this dough is the coolest magic wand. From the beginning of the procedure until the receipt of the bun is less than two hours (probably even less) - 45 minutes for kneading + 4-5 minutes for cutting + 20-30 minutes for proofing + 2 minutes for preheating the oven + 13 minutes for baking. Total one and a half hours instead of 4 hours for the main program. In addition, I bake half of the dough at once, and the second remains for the evening or tomorrow in the refrigerator. The result is net savings.

My handy changes:
1. Milk is often sour or the remains of some kind of yogurt.
2. I put sugar one and a half or two times more - I like light sweetness in buns.

Two products are suspected - 1. flour (changed the brand), 2. complete replacement of milk with old fermented milk. By the way, the buns turned out to be harsh.
