It seems that in the 60th in the Manual mode the maximum is 180 degrees, and in the 65th 150 .. In general, I always try to buy equipment so that there is a power reserve. So it is more reliable, I have a 60th model and did not use the Manual 180 degrees mode, but only baked on Manual 150, but I'm glad that I have a margin of power (temperature), which means that the heating element and sensors are more powerful, which means longer stretch out. I even took a washing machine with a spin of 1000 rpm, but I never use 1000, I regret the machine, usually at 700-800 in winter, and in summer, when everything dries well anyway, I put it at 400-500.
And at least in the 60th 40 degrees and 65th 30 (this is if someone makes homemade yoghurts, then kefir is made at 30 degrees). Maybe at least someone is important.
