They didn't have time to take a photo. They ate it quickly. And it turns out not very big. And the taste of honey is felt. I like him. And the main thing is that there is no yeast.

there is no yeast, but there is a baking powder - does it scare you?

Hello! Did anyone make this bread in a bread machine?

Can! But you will have to try very hard and learn how to do it in the x / stove. This is not yeast bread, with several proofings.
Such bread is quickly kneaded and baked, and it is more practical to cook it by hand. Or in a multicooker, airfryer, where it is easier to track the entire baking process

Thank you ROMA! Once again, you are helping me out! I put the dough in the oven! True, we did not manage to blind the kolabs, it turned out in consistency, like porridge)))

Hello! Sorry for the stupid questions ... I'm new to both HP and MV ... Can I clarify? To put on the baking mode in the multicooker? And do you need to be warmed up or can it be cold?

We put in the multicooker on the Baking mode, in a COLD pan! But after an hour of baking, you will need to check the readiness of the baking with a temperature probe or a straw, turn it over to the other side and bake for about another hour.

In the multicooker section there are such bread For example, here you can see https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=202714.0

Time depends on the model of your multicooker, but the principle is the same everywhere

Hello! Life forces me to go on a salt-free diet, and since there is a lot of salt in store bread, I want to buy a bread maker. Is it possible to bake bread without salt, soda, baking powder (after all, they probably all contain soda) and yeast? Has anyone tried this? Thank you in advance for your response!

In this section, people share the problems of such baking. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=252.0

Baking without salt is, in principle, possible - you need to try and adapt to baking. If yeast is good, baked goods should rise normally

There are no special x / ovens for such baking! But, if you have such a specific bread, then you can look after a small-volume oven in a bucket, 250-300 grams of flour. Or x / oven with a double bucket, also small in size.
We look at this in detail in the section BAKERY - SELECTION and OPERATION https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=21.0

My bread is baked. It turned out to be a very tasty cake, cooked in a frying pan, since the dough was thin. I added oatmeal even more than the norm, but I didn't want flour yet. I'll still bake, delicious. Made without honey, with sugar. Thanks for the recipe
