Orange ice cream

Ingredients
Water 50 ml
Sugar 110 gr
Orange juice 300 ml
Lemon juice from 0.5 lemon
Cream 20% (I like Prostokvashino) 450 ml
Cooking method

Pour sugar into the water and cook over low heat for 8 minutes. I do not interfere, everything dissolves well. Cool down. Beat the cream separately with a mixer, add sugar syrup, then juice.

I tried changing the juice to: pineapple, grapefruit, peach, cherry, red. and black. currant. I squeezed the berry juices from the frozen berries and passed them through a sieve. I didn't like the apple one.

Ice cream with Martini:
Add 100 ml Martini to the orange ice cream. (more if you want a more pronounced taste)

Baileys Ice Cream:
Take an ice cream as a basis and add 100 ml. liqueur and 100 ml. strong coffee (not instant).

About the ice cream maker in the freezer. I don’t know how much cold there is. With alcohol, ice cream takes a long time to freeze. I have about 1h 10min-1h 20min.
