Cottage cheese-orange muffins

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 200 g
Oranges 2 pcs
Egg 2 pcs
Butter, soft 50-100 g
Flour 200 g
Soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 80-100 g

Cooking method

  • So I wanted something gentle, with a citrus scent. And not difficult. The recipe was formed from what, fortunately, was at hand. And the cooking process is so simple that it has become a frequent guest in our diet.
  • Remove the zest from the oranges, and put them aside for now.
  • Zest and all put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix with an immersion blender. That's all the dough making gestures
  • We spread the dough into molds. We bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Squeeze the juice from the remaining "stripped" oranges onto a flat dish or plate. We put the baked warm muffins in this juice so that they get drunk and soaked in the aromas of sunny oranges.
  • I poured dark-bitter chocolate icing over the finished muffins. The result is a great combination

Usually my recipes are verbose. Although it is easy to prepare. But this time everything was so short. But believe me, the taste and aroma did not become less poor because of this. Even my darling made these cupcakes on his own (and I was away).

The cupcakes turned out to be tender, soaked, very tasty. Only I didn't take a photo. Next time I will definitely do it.
