Cooking method

Bake the base for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Prepare the filling: beat eggs, sugar and flour until smooth (do not beat for a long time). Add orange juice and zest, stir. Pour the filling onto a hot base and put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 180 degrees. Readiness guideline - the filling should not wobble. Cool completely. Transfer to a board using the hanging edges of the paper and cut into squares, sprinkling with powdered sugar.
