Ingredients

Chocolate cake:
Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
Milk 2/3 st.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Soft butter 50 g
Yolks 4 things.
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 2 tsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Meringue cakes:
Wafer cakes 3 pcs.
Protein 4 things.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
Coconut flakes
(if you don't love, then don't put

Walnuts (chopped) 1.5 tbsp.
Cream:
Boiled condensed milk 1 can
Butter 300 g
Glaze:
Chocolate 150 g
Butter 70 g
Or your favorite chocolate icing

Cooking method

  • Chocolate cake:
  • Beat the yolks, egg and sugar until:

  • Then add butter, milk. And sift flour with baking powder and cocoa onto the mixture. Pour the dough into a round shape (match the shape with the diameter of the waffle cakes) and bake for ~ 35 minutes at 180 *.
  • After cooling, cut the cake into 2 parts. We love the bottom thinner and the second thicker.
  • Meringue cakes:
  • Beat 4 egg whites with sugar, to get mass, like on meringue. If you like flakes of coconut, sprinkle it on top of the whites and sugar and stir gently.
  • Spread 1/3 of the resulting mass on 1 waffle cake, stepping back from the edge ~ 0.5 cm.And sprinkle with slices of nuts on top:

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until pink, at a temperature of 170-180⁰.
  • Cream:
  • Beat butter until fluffy and white, and add condensed milk in small portions to make a cream.
  • Glaze:
  • Melt chocolate with butter. Stir, cool and pour over the finished cake.
  • Assembly! (please read carefully):
  • 1. Put one part of the chocolate crust on the dish.

Please note that the meringues are not baked properly, i.e. they are not dried.

If you like less dough in the cake, then you can make 0.5 servings of the chocolate crust.
