Yes! You intrigued me! I think the purchase of the Panasonic SD-ZB2502 BTS will take place in a few days. It turns out that there are still a few of them in Krasnoyarsk. I can't wait to join the baker community. Today I studied the "kolobok rule". Here, after all, there are wisdom here ... I thought - I fell asleep, I pressed the button and "left" ... It turns out that everything is not so simple?
I don’t know about others, I have been baking for 18 years in KP. I came across the site 1.5 years ago. I never knew the kolobok rule. She put bread at night - woke up in the morning UNDER THE SMELL OF FRESH BAKED BREAD. And the bread did not work out for all this time, a total of just over 5 times.

"I want to join" the ranks ", but I doubt it ..." DO NOT HESITATE - HERE IS A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNICATION !!! After a month and a half of reading the forums and searching for 2502 .... bought 2501 last Saturday ... baked 6 loaves of bread, VERY happy with the result, and not only me. The wife is delighted, in fact, this is a gift to her, and I am a toy for experiments.

Because (she said this repeatedly) 90% of everything depends on the recipe and on the baker, and not on the stove!
I gave my daughter-in-law a couple of years ago a Panasonic. This year I found out that her daughter already had HP. I asked to bring KP to the dacha where we lived. I baked the simplest bread with onions. Within two days, I had to bake an encore three more times (the neighbors were treated to it). And after the daughter-in-law, he says: you have such delicious bread, but nothing works for me. And it turned out that after reading the instructions once, she completely forgot what was written there. So she began to bake bread, laying the products in a completely different order: liquid, and then dry.
So that's right: it all depends on the baker and the recipe!

I also have a Panas, since 2007. I, too, at first, the first 2 months, laid everything according to the book. And now - exclusively - liquid, in it frozen pressed yeast or fresh, and then everything else.

Well, friends, congratulate me! Today after work I went and bought this "miracle of electronic technology". The seller said that there is no better and more expensive stove ... I brought it home and now I sit, I look at it, comprehending the fact of the purchase ... I haven’t even unpacked it yet ... But I was already leaving for the store to buy yeast.
I will study the instructions ... My wife is still at a loss ... What, like, wait ...
I'll try to attach a photo.

I didn't have to set the timer for a long time, but I think that 3-4 hours before kneading, the yeast will calmly survive under flour. About how to bake with yeast, there is, for example, my post. Pay attention to the option with dough - it can ripen safely for several hours. Just for a reprieve ...

I had Hitachi HP and also had LG, but in both I always put it with a delay timer - the RESULT is great

I want to sincerely thank all those respected members of the forum who helped me make the decision to buy such a wonderful thing as a bread maker. We have been using it for a week now, we are very happy. The result is excellent every time. Thanks for the advice! We are very satisfied with the bread!

Today I will try to bake a loaf of size L. Before that, I somehow managed a little. I wonder how it will turn out ...
lightstorm
It turned out that the size L of ordinary bread corresponds to the size M of the French one. This is normal?

Today I also joined your ranks. They wanted to buy Bork x800, people praise it, it seems, but Bork's reputation is badly tarnished, and the price has been raised, although Bork's markup is not small anyway. We stopped at Panasonic 2501. It is interesting that they bought in, and 2500 cost more than 2501. The seller assured that 2500 is more advanced. It looks like they got the price mixed up.
It's a pity that there is no programming in Panasonic.
I sit at the computer, and my first bread is baked. Although I read about the kolobok rule and so on, I basically try to bake the first bread on the machine. I wonder what happens? I hope that even without programming, there will be something to experiment with in this HP.

But in vain !!! Each family has HP and cartoon !!!
And it is right!!!!!!!!
With a sharp eye, having looked around the slender rows of equipment that appeared in my kitchen after I became a frequent guest of this forum.
The bread maker allows you to eat healthy and tasty bread
And the multicooker allows you to enjoy cooking!
So all these are the necessary devices!
And everyone decides for himself which one to choose.
I live by the principle
"I'm not rich enough to buy cheap stuff."

Hello! I'm a newbie too. I really want a bread maker, but I can't decide which one. It is very scary to be mistaken. I read a lot of reviews and settled on two - Panasonic SD-ZB2502 and DeLonghi BDM 125 S. Both have a lot of positive reviews and not very significant negative ones, and the price difference is huge. So I decided to try to solve this problem in a visual way. Experienced and not very experienced bakers, lovers of baking beautiful things, please, if you can post a photo of the resulting bread, it is from these ovens. Thank you.
Rina
And why is Panas 2502? His price is seriously overpriced due to the yeast dispenser, which can be completely dispensed with (as 99.9% of bakers do).
abl
In addition to the yeast dispenser, the price is also drawn by the stainless steel case
Rina
well, perhaps, really, a designer moment.

Laurie, if the requirement for appearance is too strong (I see that both stoves are in "metallic"), then the functionality can fade into the background. If the appearance is not the most important thing, then Panas 2501 will provide everything the same as 2502, and with the saved money you will be provided with the products necessary for baking for about a year.

Panas is practically trouble-free, breakdowns are extremely rare.

About the functionality.
The only advantage in delongee is programming. How much do you need it? Programming is required for outright fans of home baking, people who bake a lot, a lot and very diverse all sorts of special types of bread "with pizzicato" (you know, this is when the violin is not played with a bow, but the strings are pulled with a finger? In the best case, you will indulge in programming for a couple of weeks, and then you will still switch to the basic built-in programs.

In general, Panasonic is able to provide any recipe, in the case of "pizzicato" you will not have to rely on the program (which also needs to be worked out more than once to fit your requirements), but connect itself, that is, download the products, knead them on the kneading program, track the rises, turn on the same batch for deboning a couple of times (if necessary), give the final proofing and turn on the "baking" (all these are several approaches to the bread maker for a minute or two).
olaola1
Rina, I completely agree with you.
abl
My last straw in favor of Panasonic (though I chose between Panasonic and another brand with programming too) was a message from Vanya28 that he had Panasonic 7 years old, and apparently he bakes often. You can see a photo of bread on Panasonic in recipes, there are recipes for bread machine models, for Panasonic you can see a photo and 2501, they, as you were told, are not much different except for a yeast dispenser.

Bread recipes without any programming are huge. The main thing, as I understood it, is to feel the dough.

Although if I had a stove with programming, I could write that programming is cool
Ikra
I have rootless Novex for the fourth year. I bake a couple of times a week, or even more often. It broke once, but the same problem, as I understand it, can happen to all bread makers without exception - when the sugar caramelizes, jamming the shaft that turns the blade. The problem was solved easily without the help of repair shops.
And so - and there is no dispenser, and no special frills. But the bread turns out to be delicious, and, most importantly, the kind that you yourself love and that your family eats. The main thing, it seems to me, in our busy life, is the "delayed start" function.
Recipes are suitable for me from all bread makers, since there are 2 gradations of a loaf of 700 and 900 g. I calmly take recipes for 750 g, I never let you down
If I have to buy the next model, I'll look again at an inexpensive one. I already know that I don’t use most of the programs, and if you want something unusual, here on the forum, there are so many recipes for the oven!
strawberry
I'm for Panasonic! Although the first stove was Molynex, and two weeks later a relative was attached to it. But I never baked bread and was not friends with yeast dough (this is in defense of Molynex). And in Panasonic it always works, if you did not forget to insert a stirrer: lol: it was. And I hardly use a dispenser. Rather join and you will be happy
tv2000
And I, too, for panosonychka (Mrs. Sonya, as someone called her on the forum)
Ikra
I have nothing against Panasonic - there are completely positive reviews about them. And I have a multicooker from this manufacturer. Needless to say, reliable and convenient. I don’t know how in x / n, but in m / in there is also a very convenient menu. It is also important to immediately start creating in it, and not sit with a book, agonizing over where to press and what will happen.
If you have funds, buy Panasonic. Unambiguously proven and loved by many model.
Laurie
Thank you so much for your response! For me, too, the main factor is its reliability.I chose an oven with a dispenser because of the ability to bake bread in the morning (after all, this is what it is for? Did I understand correctly?). And there is still a question. In some photos, the bread has sunken sides. Is it related to the recipe, the quality of the food, or is there something wrong with the oven?
Rina
Then 2501 is enough for you.

The sides are sunken due to the recipe, the products, the balance of the products. Sometimes cameras fail
Laurie
And in the oven, the oven will not work. For some reason, yeast dough doesn't like me. Cakes, muffins, cookies, pancakes - everything turns out great. But with yeast, nothing. And so you want a fresh, real bread. Especially in the morning, especially in frosty weather. When it's cold outside, and there is such a scent at home.

Please advise Panasonic up to 5 thousand.

I can't bake in the morning yet, here I have to fill my hand. And as I bought all the different recipes I take. I have not used the dispenser yet. He automatically adds only on several programs (in 2501 there are 4 such programs) and adds to the dough itself, and not sprinkles on top as I thought. First, without additives, it interferes for a better dough kneading.

About the sunken sides, maybe you mean the strip on the sides. This is the shape, probably, these strips for kneading the best dough serve

If you buy 2500 in an online store, then you can keep within 5000. There is no dispenser and a rye bread baking program, but if you wish, you can bake rye in it too.
Ikra
abl, and what will not work with a delay until the morning? It seems that no special skills are needed for this. Just determine what time you wake up in the morning, and add time to the baking program.
For example, put the bread at 12 at night. For basic baked goods (I have 3 hours). And they got themselves an alarm clock at 8 in the morning. Before you get up - 8 hours. Put all the ingredients in the bucket according to the instructions, as usual. Connect the device to the network. Press all the buttons, as if you would like to start the oven right now, but before pressing "start", press the "Time +" button (or whatever is responsible for adding time) until you have the required digit 8 hours will be displayed. And only then press "Start". The oven counts down until it reaches the start of the baking program. Then she will turn on herself and start cooking. And it will squeak about readiness along with your alarm clock.
It's simple
abl
Ikra, it's not that I can't figure out how to put on automatic baking in the morning, I just didn't get my first bread, it looks like the yeast failed, but after that I follow the bun, so I don't do a delayed start, plus every once I take a new recipe to find my bread, respectively, until the recipe is run in, I follow the kneading process.
Ikra
Ah, then it's clear
I, too, always try to take a proven recipe for a delayed start. Have you tried all your standard breads from the instructions? Maybe it's better to start with them? I did it simply: I mastered the simplest white from the instructions, and now, when I am in a hurry, I make only it, but with all sorts of additives: I’ll throw a handful of seeds, then dry vegetables, then I’ll replace some of the flour with rye or bran, or just whey instead of water pour. It works out well every time.
