Lady-drug Great promotional article! Especially a tear came as after the X500 super, but the expensive X800 was also superb but even more expensive iron logic And such ease of refunds made me happy, especially when I come across this, I don’t want to go to this store at all. trade too

thanks for the compliment! but this is not a matter of any kind, and not advertising,
in fact, I wanted to share my experience, which was given to me so hard and wasted a lot of time. Honestly, friends at the Veski twisted why we bother so much.

But now I'm sure that my stove is cool

And the store in which we were changed is called M VIDEO, for the action, the exchange is without problems. Thank them very much! I always go only there, because they really respect their clients.

I don’t want to argue with anyone or prove something, but I’m a real person with this kind of real experience, believe it or not, and far from an advertising agent, I work in a bank, and right now I’m sitting with a baby on maternity leave. Therefore, it may not be too lazy to tinker with these stoves.

By the way, at the beginning, when the seller offered me Bork, I didn’t know what kind of company it was, Moulinex was somehow closer to me, I was attracted by the programming, although this is complete garbage, in fact, not particularly necessary, I am not doing anything on the X800 either I'll program it, ordinary programs are quite enough ..

As for the accessories for baking baguettes, I was also disappointed, you shouldn't pay for it, take the baguettes into the oven.

But power, in my opinion, is important, the more powerful - the better the dough, especially the dumplings. There are 2 mixers in Moulinex, it's cool! I'm afraid to praise, tell an advertising agent

Successful bread to you, sorry I can’t treat everyone with my gorgeous bread, but I can send pictures, right now, there’s bread on the table with olives, from the Mulinek recipe book "with a bite around the world."

By the way, as for the recipes, I downloaded videos of different books to different bread makers from the same M. website and try

Here's my favorite basic one:

loaf 750:

300 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil, although sunflower oil is fine, but self-hypnosis is great, it's more useful, don't know what the truth is
390 grams of flour
and one teaspoon of dry yeast.

If I add 75 grams of olives, it means we have a holiday, well, so I decided that this is holiday bread

Try it, even in the most unsuccessful bread maker, it was not bad.

Sorry, I lied! not olives, but olives

Dear Bork x800 owners! Help with choosing a stove! I choose between Panasonic 2502 and Bork X800. Bork attracts programming. But on the other hand, this will be my first HP. And do I need this programming, won't it complicate the operation? Tell me, do you use the mode programming function for what and how often? Or do you have enough of those modes that are in the bread maker? What are the pluses and minuses in comparison with others do you see in your HP (excluding the price)?

And I will still answer the question))))
You first decide for yourself HOW you want to bake bread, choose a couple of three recipes and please your loved ones with them and not buy store bread anymore, or you will be an experimenter and will bake, throw it into the trash, then bake again and be happy like a child that you have got a bun - if you choose the latter, then I think the more functions that you yourself will choose, the better, which means Bork, and if it is still standard baked goods from mixtures or the simplest recipes and quite a bit of experimentation, then you can save on this)) ) Good luck with your purchase!

Lady-drug, and there was nothing else in the store except Bork and Moulinex?

Sorry, I didn't see the question

There were ... but for some reason we were overwhelmed like that. The seller told us LJi vapsche advice, but was not attracted, in Panasonic the French bun is baked for 6 hours according to the recipe, and the seller said that they often break. We vapshche followed the Panasonic for the last time ... which is also made of stainless steel, but dissuaded Although I see that they are often praised.
It's just how they sold this Bork to us the first time, like, here's the programming! I wouldn't choose it myself, I like the company, their books with recipes are cool, colorful. But I thought, and programming is all, in others there is no such thing, but it turned out that it is not needed. But I really liked the quality, if you tried it, you would understand what I mean ... just quality, it works quietly, it's nice to touch, etc.

Firstly, as regards reliability - a three-year warranty, for example, for the X800. This was one of the selection criteria after Moulinex died!

Secondly, I wrote, I just want to eat very tasty bread, but in this bread maker, I don't know what exactly, the bread is the most fluffy, I will post a photo, really the pillow is whipped, in others there was no such effect, what is the reason I I do not know.

Well, me and my modest Panasonic are quite happy. I don't think he bakes worse than Bork and is cheaper. And the sellers just lied, it is more profitable for them to sell at a higher price.

The olives themselves are ground during the kneading process, I do not cut them. Entirely into the dispenser, I drain the liquid, of course, and by the way, I reduce the amount of water by 50 grams, that is, it turns out 250 water, if with olives.

It turns out such a weak taste like olive oil .. very subtle, I recommend it.

In no case do I even want to offend your Panasonic, I am sure that he is good.

By the way, I would not refuse to try out Panasonic, but this is already impudence in relation to the store ...

By the way, when we bought the first bork and went to change it to Moulinex, I even complained to the seller that he had given us bad advice and now I am grateful to him.

Adams, in general I love experiments, I want not only white bread from the stove, but not only me, but also an elderly person will use it. And I would like to be easy to operate, but Bork has a display in English and I'm afraid that everything is complicated. This will be my first bread maker and I can't even imagine what to expect from a simple stove and stove with programming, but after reading the forum I realized that everything is complicated with instructions. I am not afraid of programming, I’m not afraid of this, I’ll figure it out, but where to get the programs, this is a question, and again, whether they are needed, maybe there are enough standard ones for any bread.

You can experiment in any stove, I think, no programming is needed, there are enough standard programs for experiments, there are a million recipes, you know. Download the Mulinex book with bread around the world and experiment in any bread maker, the recipes are not tied to the bread maker, in my opinion, absolutely

As for the Bork menu - everything is elementary, there is nothing tricky, everything is simpler, and programming does not complicate, just choose standard programs and that's it, but you can forget about the presence of programming, and if you want, go ahead, select this mode and set the parameters, in the instructions everything is simply explained, do not know what someone found difficult there.

And an elderly person, I don’t know, depends on the person whether he will figure it out or not. But in any bread maker, programs are launched by four taps with a finger - program selection, crust color, weight, and start and Bork is no exception.

Yes, what should you write about, the stove was not developed, if only you independently contact the developer.
Well, get in touch and kindly write an answer.
In Bork x800, the maximum baking temperature is 150C degrees,
but this is most likely not the case and the temperature is higher
(the question is, where is the measurement taken),
need to be checked by measuring C / P at the top of the working chamber.
For a crispy crust, the temperature of 150C is not enough, and the stove bakes decently.
So the question arose.

Sazalexter? and you vapsche used Bork to argue that it is a divorce and what is not?

I can tell you a secret, but a divorce is to buy what you offered me, Alaska da Binatons for 3,000, and not a good technique for normal money.

If 13 thousand is critical for someone, then of course you can choose something cheaper, and if there is a possibility, why not? This is not the most expensive technique either ...

But for me personally, after Bork, other bread does not roll.

As for the laws that you sent me, I honestly do not even want to understand, but what you insist on is not a fact at all, and any lawyer will prove it. You just need to be able to negotiate and all doors will open easily, even when exchanging household appliances

And don't drive on M video, cool modern boutique

I think that it makes sense to move all the jambs on BORK into a separate branch.
I decided to give myself a bread maker with money donated by my parents for my birthday, in order to delight my own with delicious and aromatic homemade bread. And after all, I was going to buy specifically Panasonic, having "read" a lot of positive things about it on the Internet.
Divorced it ... The seller just threw it up in the M-video, confidentially informing that she, they say, has personally been at home for 3 years already Panas, and everything would be fine, but ... But the plastic cladding turned yellow, the outdated buttons, they say (!) that the lid breaks, but it cannot be found, that an additional spatula is required for rye bread, that there is only one form and, most importantly, it has a "plastic-metal" drive! It also struck me. But next to it, they say, what a handsome man in metal, with sensors, a beautiful display, two shapes, a German mark, etc. And the main thing is that if something goes wrong, you can easily change it, or return it within two weeks.
And I bought a BORK X500 (as I later found out, he's Gorenye 900AL, he's something else ...).
There was no bread. None at all. Neither on the main mode, nor on baking. But that's not all. Smell. This nasty smell when baking! Some kind of medical and technical. And the bread smells like that. And absolutely inedible. Only the dog was not averse. Neither the device nor the manual contains any information about the manufacturer. Only BORK and "Made in China". The lid heats up to an indecent temperature - after baking, you cannot open it by hand, only with an oven mitt.In general - ATAS.
Climbed into the network (only late), and there everything is crammed with warnings, like, "Caution - Bork". I read about the pseudo-German origin, and about all the ordeals and torments of people like me. Well, for example, the same Gorenye costs about 5 thousand, and its twin under the BORK brand - almost 9. The secret of success, as they write on the Internet, is high commissions to selling managers throughout the country (from 1000 rubles per unit sold), aggressive and well-thought-out advertising and stylization for elite equipment.
He dragged me to the store, wrote about the smell, about the disgusting quality of the bread. I thought that they would immediately return the money, or replace it with Panas. Shchass! .. They said that they would bake and check. Shit some. Like, they will say that it doesn’t smell and that it’s delicious, but I’ll argue that it smells and you shouldn’t eat it? I called the information service of the trading network, they say that they have a "check" up to 20 days. I got it.
I am a stubborn person, especially if I am offended. And I was specifically offended. Not only did they sell shitty quality goods, under the guise and at the price of an airplane, but then also the sales assistant (who sits on commission from BORK) shamelessly lied in the eyes (when the next day I tried to return this "bread maker"), that did not promise the possibility of a hassle-free replacement, or a return within 2 weeks. I will make her name public yet. Necessarily, out of principle.
But okay, closer to the topic ... For several years I myself have been working in the kitchen with an electric kettle (I bought it myself for the kitchen) and a toaster (presented) BORK. They worked for themselves, worked, without complaints. And what are the complaints? To make a kettle really bad, for example, today can only be a moron: a boiler - it is a boiler. Now only the lazy does not let them out. It's the same with a toaster - a heating coil with a timer. Only they cost, of course, crazy, in comparison with analogs, money. Well, okay, "show-offs are more expensive", as they say, - all the same, "premium class" equipment. However, not all so simple...
Having rummaged on the Web, I discovered the following: the ill-fated BORK X500 bread maker (aka BM500) has counterparts produced all over the world. BORK X500, aka DOMO B3975, aka Gorenje BL500, aka UNOLD 68415, aka BREVILLE BBM600. "Zhora, he's Gosha, he's Goga ...". Only there are all the doubles, in terms of rubles, in the range of 3500 - 4000. Maximum! And BORK - 9000 rubles. Great, isn't it? This, I am sure, is not yet a complete list ...
Maybe it's just such an outstanding bread maker that all manufacturers "tear it out of their hands"?
With a toaster, the same "parsley". Toaster BORK T700 (TM EBN 9910 BK), aka BREVILLE CT70, aka GASTROBACK 42404, etc.
It's the same with juicers.
It's the same with steamers.
It's the same with grills, stoves and everything. Absolutely. Do not be lazy, look on the Internet yourself
What a premium class there!
Everything from one cauldron "hatches" and spreads all over the world. And everywhere it is ECONOMY-CLASS technology. In China, you can buy this "for 5 rubles per bucket." And only in Russia there were businessmen (the owners of the Electroflot company, now Technopark) who decided to present this as some kind of premium-class equipment, selling this household appliance 2-5 times more expensive than its real value. It is as if "Muscovites" suddenly began to be sold in England under the Jaguar brand, and at the price of the latter.
It's all about marketing and advertising.
There is such a company in Hong Kong “Housewares International Limited” (HWI), which “specializes in the marketing, development and production of household appliances for the home all over the world”, as it is written on the only Russian website BORK (neither in Germany nor anywhere else is there BORK does not have a website). It is she who, for all sorts of international skiers, is engaged in the selection of cheap goods in beautiful packaging, placing orders for production and creating supposedly elite brands. BORK type.
And then I just quote from this site (it's worth it): “BORK comes from the German word” abborken ”, which means“ to remove the bark, to remove the bark ”. This is precisely the idea of the BORK business - to implement interesting ideas in the field of household appliances, to test and select only the best and highest quality of them (emphasis mine), "clearing" the market from copies of dubious quality. " Like this.
Translated from a bird's-eye view, this means that we do not develop anything, we do not produce anything, but simply take ready-made solutions, mold our own brand and sell it to you as something significant and serious. And the main thing is expensive. So to speak, "abborken" we you, sorry. “We take off the bark,” we strip it off.
It is a pity that the epiphany comes when he presses himself. Laziness is our ignorance.Well, look for information, read it, and then go shopping. Be careful friends.

I think that's enough.
Lady-drug
Nonsense. Moreover, throwing some kind of quotes from incomprehensible people. Well, let me send you reviews of people who liked it and who just don't pull their hair out. If you do not like it, do not use it for God's sake, but what do you count other people's money and impose your opinion? I don’t impose my own on you .. I just told how it was with me, in the hope that it would be useful to someone.

All equipment breaks down, everything is done in China, just when you bought something for little money, you think, oh bake, and okay. And when you paid more, you already start poking around. Panasonic yours is also not done in Japan for a long time
And it is both expensive and cheap, different models.

It is somehow strange for you to see agents everywhere
Lady-drug
Bork does not shout that it was made in Germany, China is written everywhere. I will tell you a secret, Japanese Panas too, and French Moulinex and English Kenwood. Why are you driving to Bork? To be honest, I don't believe Lady-drug either.
1. I do not believe in exchanging used stoves, and more than once, although she baked it 1-2 times. All the same, it is clear that they used the stove.
2. Lady-drug writes that she is on maternity leave with a baby. On maternity leave, they don't sit with the baby, well, if only he is completely tiny, but there is no time for bread makers. They sit with the baby on parental leave. (I'm just sitting, so I know)
3. For some reason, Lady-drug writes only strictly during working hours, although on vacation with a baby it would be more logical to do the opposite.

Of course, Lady-drug will now write that this is not so, in any case we will not find out the truth. She won't write that I'm sorry, it's really not true, I really am an advertising agent.

Oh, excuse me for being wrong with the concepts, really the leave is called childcare, everything is correct, but the decree is 140 working days, two months before and two months later, it's just that usually everything is called I'm sitting on maternity leave

During working hours, because when my husband comes home from work, I have no time for forums, I have to tie up the vapish, I registered for the first time, and then I got hooked, I can’t resist straight away not to answer, although I want to sleep, I’m dying while the child is also asleep, but no, I'm writing like a fool again

And if you are on maternity leave, well then you yourself have been choosing bread makers for a day, what to choose there, friends went to buy from me and not be fooled, and they laugh at me. Tomorrow I will definitely send pictures of my bread machine in my kitchen, bread and baby Che, I don’t understand how to attach pictures, I’m too lazy to poke around, and in the evening for our birthday, if only at night.

Damn, why I don’t understand this just, don’t want to don’t believe Call the Park House in Samara in the M video, ask about the fools with bread makers, they will immediately remember us, especially the store manager Sasha.
Lady-drug
And vapsche, I do not care about this Bork, I do not want to convince anyone of what, to whom and how to spend money. It just pisses me off that they call me an agent. Straight is bursting with a sense of injustice. Damn, I now understand why people sit on the forums for hours, really addictive.
And about Bork, what can I say, maybe some kind of dubious company really, I looked at Wikipedia, since there are such disputes here, I think, well, just like that, people will not talk either, in fact, in my opinion, a bunch of entrepreneurs registered a company in Germany, and write that Germany, although they produce everything in China, and by the way their FAS dryukala for this, they stopped writing to Germany. On Wikipedia, a publication as a supplier of moulinex, tefal and someone else complained about them.

But I will not give a bread maker to anyone, the bread is cool. Although I will no longer buy bork, probably. I love when a firm respects its clients. BEFORE the bread makers, I didn’t even know such a company.

The first time I baked according to the recipe from the site with kefir. I took the recipe from the site because in the recipe from Bork there is no simple recipe, for example, with powdered milk or with unusual flour, in short, I didn't have that, but there was kefir !! The only thing all three times the bread turns out to be very pale, although for the second and third time I put it on the darkest crust. Is that why it happens? Can the owners of the side tell me? maybe I'm doing something wrong? And I would also like to know if the recipe contains milk powder and water, can it be replaced with just milk? And in what proportions? Thanks in advance!

garibaldi , and according to what recipe they baked ?? What is the weight of a loaf? In principle, there may be a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we met here with such a case. But, since you say that the bread was a success, then you, I am sure, are not the case. To be sure, bake a bread that contains an egg, milk, sugar, butter, i.e. a bun. By definition, it should turn out to be rosy.

And I would also like to know if the recipe contains milk powder and water, can it be replaced with just milk?
In this case, milk should be put in the same amount as water. Although, milk powder in bread and regular milk are somewhat different things. Dry - gives the dough more airiness!

Good luck!

Thank you for the info. Of course, I studied the manual ... But, initially I wanted to conduct an experiment on the exact filling of everything, and do nothing more :-))))) I wanted to make sure that not everything is so simple :-))))) I was convinced
In principle, I drew conclusions, and almost everything is clear ... Boom to continue experimenting ..

Question: (did not find it on the forum): And if you use self-rising flour?
In theory, do not pour yeast at all? Or add a little bit? Or maybe just a little bit of baking powder? What do you think?

Another recipe from the book (haven't tried it yet)
Notice the amount of this "damn yeast"

California nut bread.
750 grams, basic mode:

Nuts - 100 gr.
Kefir - 300 ml.
Walnut oil - 80 ml.
Flour - 450 gr.
Yellow sugar - 1 tbsp l.
Salt - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Yeast - 2 and 1/2 tsp
Hello!! Which book did you get this recipe from? I don't have that in my bread maker book.
garibaldi

Have you made a recipe for not the simplest bread for Bork? There, the recipe is apparently calculated for bread for 900g (this is the standard of the old Bork models, we have 750 and 1000) - I also do this - it turns out awesome, but if you put 750g and the darkest crust on the bread - and even if you sprinkle the top with sesame seeds - then generally delicious))))

I don’t understand what is the simplest bread in the bork recipe book? I did rustic French from a book, only I did not add whole grain flour, but from simple one. Good bread turned out only very pale.
