Good day!
We bought a Bork х800 bread machine, everything was perfect for 2 months.

But already three times when baking in Basic mode after about 15 minutes, the kneading stops, although the time itself goes on, while the backlight stops working and stops turning the screw ... the stove does not work completely - only the menu where the time goes, although it blinks mode "2" is the period when the batch should continue, before this was not the case, everything was clear on this mode!
And it's very embarrassing that the backlight stops working!

To make the stove work again and start the program again, turning off the stove for 10 minutes helps ...
someone came across a similar, what could it be? Tell me please!!!!!!!
I already think, maybe due to the fact that we do not bake purely on white flour, but add gray? Although they added it before and everything was fine without any problems.
tanja-55
the backlight should not be on all the time, and the fact that you are confused by turning off hp, you better consult, there is a special phone in the instructions.
LN_natalia
It is clear that it does not always have to be lit)) I meant that when you press the button, it does not light, when the screw stops working in HP, as if some kind of relationship between the work of the screw (and its sudden shutdown) and the work of the backlight ...

hello everyone .. haven't come here for a long time. I have had a stove since mid-September 2012. At first there were problems, I even thought that the faulty one was caught .. Tips from the forum helped a lot. Now somehow calmed down)))). I bake the simplest white bread every other day. It turns out quite nicely. And most importantly, everything I wanted - without unnecessary problems, fresh bread with known contents, and not with what strangers will lay. The easiest recipe for 400g of water, 600g. flour, 1 tbsp. l sugar, 1 tsp. l. salt and one and a half tsp. dry yeast saf. Since the bork allows you to adjust, I select the basic mode, the weight is 1.25 and keeping all the other settings, I change the baking time, setting 1 hour 10 minutes. According to the recipes from the book, it somehow does not work out very well, I tried a lot and only the recipe for homemade white bread (it is the first in the book) suited me. For the rest of the recipes, the result was disappointing. On the issue of fresh bread for morning breakfast, the forum says that hot fresh bread is not the healthiest food))). In the army before (now I don’t know) there was a requirement that bread should be at least 6 hours apart after baking. And the standards of the Soviet army in many respects were very reasonable and tough. So think for yourself)))))

Hello. I thought of making yogurt in our bread maker - and stopped ((((There is no special mode, and if you manually turn off the mixes and leave only the proofing (rise), then three times 1 hour 40 minutes) is not enough time. 6-8 hours are needed. it doesn't give less than 60 degrees, but you need no more than 34. Who can tell you what? Do you have experience in making yoghurts in bork 800?

Something tells me that ... since there is no regime, then perhaps this device is not adapted for this. Is it worth torturing?
rin
Since it is possible to set the temperature, I decided to remove all the mixes and kneading, and on three proofers it takes 5 hours))) set 33 degrees. He removed the cup and replaced it with a jar of mixture. Then I'll add time, let's see what happens. After all, a strict temperature regime is also needed for a live sourdough, so let's practice
rin
Interestingly, if the baking mode is canceled, then the keep warm mode does not turn on.

I regret to inform you that nothing happened ((((((((. the milk did not turn sour, I will buy a children's thermometer for water and put it in a bread maker with a jar of water. . for bacteria, after all, a little more than 34 is already fatal ... let's see what and how

well, I do not !!!!!!!!!! it is supposed to work in heating, so let it work! )))))))))))) Let it prove that bork is not so overrated)))) probably the milk was harmful)))) the day stood on the table and still did not turn sour !!!!!!!

The milk is really bad now. Doesn't turn sour. And if it turns sour, then bitter ... I think you should take draft for yogurt.
rin
I found out that I chose a low temperature, about 40, and I have 33. I will try further. by the way, the bork still keeps the temperature floating, set 33 and increased to 34 although everything is within the margin of error
rin
Well, everything worked out !!!!!!!! I immediately took a liter of milk into a liter jar, poured 4 capsules of yogulact and put it in the HP instead of a bucket. The temperature regime was set at 34 (we have this maximum at the RISE stage). And at 10 o'clock - two times five. The milk sour well, only rose a little to the top. Now in the refrigerator. After 10 hours of standing with a towel covered over the HP, the thermometer showed 36 degrees. That is, from 34 they sailed away. hope for

Hello!
I bought this HP last week, I bake almost every day with sourdough without yeast - adjusting the temperature is just the thing for such a live dough! I downloaded the components, launched my program - and for 5-6 hours you don't have to approach the equipment. Happy as an elephant, BUT! When kneading 2 (KNEAD 2) starts, you hear a short but painfully creepy XPRR! then the stove beeps and continues on. I suspect that a gear or a worm is slipping in the blade drive. Someone had this, please tell me! I suspect that if I take it to the store and demonstrate it with the test, it will work perfectly according to Murphy's law.
gela
And you, by chance, do not confuse the operation of the dispenser with your incomprehensible sound. When it works for me, does it rumble specifically?
Peppercorn
I am the owner of Bork 800. Answer me!

I used the standard set of programs for the first week, experimenting with the recipes from the attached book.

I mostly bake only whole-grain starter culture, so now I have 3 main programs: Kneading (Pizza), Proofing - the programmable mode is set to the maximum - for 5 hours, and then baking, which I also adjust as I like ...

And depending on the bread being baked, I control the proofing and baking ... most often I do it at night, so as not to suffer in the languid expectation of the bread cooling.

Alternative use: Baked fish with tomatoes, regularly bake potatoes in foil or in a baking sleeve, or just with butter in a bucket, pies.I also brew malt there and sometimes melt the sourdough in it, because there is no heating in summer, and I want ready-made sourdough as soon as possible ...

In general, I get everything that I need with it .... And any recipe will successfully adapt to it ... here it's not about the bread maker, but the availability of ingenuity ... and there are alternatives in this bread machine!

One minus (but not for everyone) ... a large bucket ... for our family for 2 people who use a little bread, the recipes are mostly half, and the bread turns out to be wide and flat ... but in fact, it's not in shape, that's the point ...

We bought a bread maker half a year ago. They were so happy, and she, like a bastard, took it and screamed at the batch. we often put on the night and a terrible creak ... At this price, in general, an unexpected thing.

Natalie Loik
So, our Bork X800, bought six months ago, creaked during mixing. She just howled. I baked, on average, once a week, which means that it worked 25 times at most! Since I put bread on at night, and soundproofing in houses is simply not accepted, I think the neighbors around me also enjoyed the creak. We gave it to be repaired. "Call in 2 weeks, I think it will be ready." I called: "Oh, we ordered spare parts, call in a week." I called: "Ah ..." and this song has been since July 22. And the money was worth a lot. So: think, think, think ... I understand that other firms are also not ideal. But the prices are different. Bork is perhaps the most expensive.

For someone, 5 sput is a mega-price tag for such a technique- for me, for example. The red price for all HP is no more than 3000 rubles. The rest is show-off!
I totally agree 3000 this is the amount you pay for the quality of raw materials, build quality, design. I think that when choosing a foreign car, you first of all pay attention to the smell. )) I would advise you not to limit yourself ever in your choice.

tell me !!! Is it possible to turn off the dispenser? so that he does not bother once again, and there is an opinion that an open dispenser does not allow the top to fry, the heat comes out !!!
craftsman
it is no longer a secret that Bork's products are the world-famous Breville Brand !!! 🔗 so there is only one plant in China, they just write Bork, apparently some of the rights to these products were bought by someone !!! but the quality of the products is the same, this is one product under different names !!!

Hello! Two weeks ago we bought a bork x800 for my mother. All is well, but a week later, on the second batch, a terrible creak began, they handed it back to the store. Also, when using it, it was found that the coating of the bucket began to peel off in some places, and the folding scapula peeled off pointwise in places where it was folded. I really liked the functionality of the oven and the bread turned out delicious, but the moments with the coating and the spatula confuse me. I never found any information about what kind of coverage is used. Can you please tell me who else had such problems? I really don't want to pick up another bakery
Igvalpet
I have been using it for two years, which you write about is present in almost all Bork X800 stoves.
The manufacturer ignores these childhood illnesses with stubborn persistence.
In the bucket, too, recently a point of bare iron appeared in the corner, the paint from the scapula is still peeling off, measured. I bake only rye bread in 3-4 days, the other is not recognized in the family.
If you want to use this bread maker, then you will have to measure up with painting, and eliminate the creak yourself, this has already been written on the forum, look for everything described. The bottom cover is unscrewed and the restrictive washer is straightened, which, touching the belt, gives out this howl. I had the same trouble, and I removed it quietly for two years.
The rest of the oven is wonderful, I don't remember the recipes and don't use them, all the best recipes for us are crammed into the oven's memory, I just press the buttons.
Good luck.
Woda-2012
Thank you ! !! Interestingly, a bucket and a spatula from the 500th model will suit her, otherwise I don’t want to eat the coating.

I just bought a stove. For some reason, yeast-free bread does not mix well with me (I have not tried another one yet). There is enough flour on the left side of the wall. Maybe someone can tell you what this means?

and how much leaven do you put by weight?
Alvla
I bought a bread maker about a month ago. The development process is generally going well. I bake three different types of bread so far.
But I faced such a problem.

The first two times the finished bread popped out easily. Then there was a problem. The spatula is clearly not folding when baking. Because of what it became very problematic to take out bread. Once at all, I took out the bread along with the spatula. I had to pick it out from the finished loaf.

Please tell me - what could it be connected with?
rin
the rod on which the spatula sits is poorly washed, and it sticks during baking. how to bake, simply turn the screw at the bottom outside of the bucket clockwise several times, the spatula will turn in the bread and will not get stuck when removed.
Alvla
Rin, thanks a lot! I will definitely try to do this today. But the bread will be baked.

And I also have this question (on the eve of Easter). How to bake Easter cakes? After all, the bucket is rectangular, and the cake should be round. Maybe you can put a paper cake mold in the bucket? But somehow scary.

rin
the spatula will spin and collect all the paper. some models have just a round muffin bucket. we do not have
Alvla
It's a shame! And if you put the dough in a (paper) mold before baking? That is, knead the dough, let it stand, and then remove the screw and put the future cake in paper form in the bread maker?

For the advice on scrolling - thanks! Yesterday I took out the bread without any problems!
sazalexter
Alvla, You can use a non-standard form at all, but this is all at your own peril and risk.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=173600.0
Alvla
Sazalexter, Thank you! I will definitely study it. But I think I will not risk it. We'll have to either make a rectangular cake, or bake in the oven after kneading in a bread maker.

Unless someone shares the experience of using "left" containers.
rin
Why don't you like rectangular? We eat bread of this form ... but what's the difference? take it to church, sanctify it and you will have joy

Hello girls! I decided to bake a cake for the first time in hp, according to a recipe from a booklet for BORK. I put in all the products, turned on the "dough" program, I couldn't cope with the program, I had to help with a spatula so that all the ingredients were mixed. Finally, the dough is ready, came up. I turn on "baking" for 45 minutes. The dough rose and rested against the lid. Now the time is up, I get the cake. The sides are hefty brown, and the lid is white, and still failed. It was not baked inside, in short I was upset, and regretted that I did not bake in the oven. : girl_sad: Can someone bake kulich in hp, according to Borkovsky's recipe, share your impressions.
Alvla
And I kneaded the dough in KhP, then transferred it to the cake molds, let it come up and flowed out in the oven. I and everyone at home really liked
Easter cakes really came out sooooo high.
tanja-55
After two years of good service, my BORK started to get buzzy. The bread is not baked as beautiful as before ...
sazalexter
tanja-55, In 90% of cases, CP has nothing to do with it, see flour, yeast, and other components.
tanja-55
Thank you so much! You calmed me down, I'll try to change the ingredients for baking bread.

Mashilda, Carefully scanned the whole topic. I am interested in your plates, but they do not open for me. They write that the file has been deleted. Maybe you can somehow update the information.Or does it just not open for me? The bread maker was purchased a week ago. I really wanted to study everything in detail. So far I only bake simple recipes. But I really want to tackle dark breads with various additives.

Sorry for not answering right away, lately I rarely visit the forum in particular and at the computer in general.
Zerbe
Good day! We bought this model not long ago, the seller praised us in M_VIDEO so much.
In general, while we tried to bake 3 loaves in strict accordance with the recipes.
1. Rye in WHOLE WHEAT mode
The result is that the bread is damp. not very lush
2. Mixed bread
It also turned out damp
3. White bread BASIC mode
that's horrible. it turned out some kind of raw pancake, and the bread maker constantly changed the time

There are many similar reviews on the Internet, someone writes to change the time of standard programs, someone to change ingredients. But is it possible that the stove itself is married? What do you advise. otherwise the wife is very upset, a friend's stove for 5k from the same bakes beautiful bread right away without any problems, but something doesn't work out for us, although the ingredients are the same
sazalexter
ZerbeFirst, please read the topic # There are a lot of typical mistakes for beginners, everything is detailed there.
Zerbe
Yes, of course I read this wonderful resource. but I would like to understand once, maybe this model has its own characteristics. For example, I found that the problem of raw bread was encountered by many users. It is advised to increase the baking time by 25 minutes. There is a lot of negativity about the recipes from the instructions for the car.
OlgaGera
Zerbe, HP is good and comfortable.
I started baking in it after this message Vanya_28

Quote: Vanya28
Mix 1 slow - 5 minutes
Mix 2 quick - 15 minutes
Proving dough 1 - 60 minutes
Dough rising temperature is the maximum possible.
Bread baking - 90 minutes
The baking temperature is 150C, but in reality it will be 40C higher degrees, a small discrepancy with the instructions.

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...=9345.0.
I really wanted to bake this bread.
That is, we have only one kneading for rye bread
And I never used the recipes from the book.
There are so many tried and true bread recipes here.
You can take any and bake. Just remember always - when putting in a bucket, the liquid should be first, then flour, salt / sugar in the corners, and yeast in the center
Good luck
Zerbe
The result after a series of experiments is still not happy

White bread standard, BASIC mode
increased the heating temperature to 150 degrees, baking time by 10 minutes (750 g)
Then we tried for 15 minutes
The crust of the bread increases. but inside it is still damp.

In the process of cooking, well, we checked everything, it seems that the bun is good and the sprout is normal. The problem is already with baking.

It turns out. that if we change BAKE in time, then the crust increases, but all the same, the crumb is damp inside.
Can increase the KEEP WARM time?
OlgaGera
Has the bread been completely cooled before cutting?
What was the recipe for baking?
