They chose, they chose, they chose Bork. Already resigned to the price -12990. They pulled with the purchase because they wanted to give the mother-in-law to the doctor. And then I see that the prices have been raised to 14,480. They already have a mark-up wow, in the USA such a stove costs $ 270, and that t just $ 1,500 was glued to the price tag! Goodbye Bork, because of the principle I will take another brand.

Still, it's amazing that M-Video changes used equipment

No wonder! Knowing the laws would not hurt! According to the law on the protection of consumer rights, in the event of a defect in the product due to the manufacturer's fault during the warranty period, the seller must exchange defective goods for a similar one, or return money! True, in order to establish the causes of the defect, an examination will be carried out at an authorized service center. The examination can last no more than, in my opinion, 45 days from the date of application. In the event that the ASC does not fit into the specified deadlines, a decision is made in favor of the buyer.

So it is clear that they will change, but after examination, etc. But they immediately talk about another case - when they just came back and changed right there for another !!!

Good afternoon everyone!
I am also a beginner, I read the forum and study. Nakosyachil already in order, since I never dealt with the dough.
Sometimes the wife joins in (she has no time), then it turns out more fun. I try to bake according to recipes specifically for my X800 stove.
Sometimes I take third-party recipes, it still tastes better than the store one. The grandson constantly carries pieces of bread when he comes to visit, calls him "cookies", the grandson is 4.5 years old.
Only one question interests me, can someone explain it: when I take a recipe with a total baking time of 3.40, and in my oven the longest baking time in the basic mode is 3.05, where to distribute, to what stages, the remaining 35 minutes of time?

I have a freshly bought Panasonic 2501 at home. When I want to experiment, I will be sad about Bork.

It is not hard.
For example, go here,
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9345.0
you read the tables of the modes of programs of different models and compare, if there are no similar ones, then you program one of your nine.

Yeah, I had a tambourine for a computer from CDs and floppy disks, but I don't even know what a tambourine for a bread machine looks like ... But I know how to make rye, rye and Borodino bread using Vanya's recipes! Thank you! That would not have raised Bork prices for this HP, I would have had Bork, and so it’s not destiny.

On February 3, I bought my wife bork x500 although they followed Panas, but the seller tore a shirt on his chest that there was no better bork, they took it from the Oryol technopark, I will not tell you everything in detail, but one thing is for sure the stove does not correspond to the advertisement and the price (8880 rubles) suffered with it tormented well, and yesterday I took it back to the store and exchanged it for Panas SD-ZB2502 (though after learning that they brought the bork they exchanged without looking, apparently such a brand) do not take the bork.By the way, yesterday they baked bread in Panas, it turned out just a miracle (they baked both wheat and rye-wheat), not to be compared with the bricks that were obtained in bork.

Good day!
Happened and I had such a misfortune, the roofing felts began to creak or moan somewhere from below in the area of the engine. The stove is new, I have been using it for only a month. I also thought about the guarantee, but I wrote from Moscow to Nizhnevartovsk, the nearest service center in Surgut. I decided to try it on my own. I examined the bottom cover, there were only two cunning screws under an asterisk, no seals. I had to buy a set of heads for an asterisk. He removed the bottom cover and, as it seemed to me, the drive belt touched the stop washer on the engine shaft. This washer does not allow the belt to jump off the gear, this washer was curved and eight, touching the belt. It seems to me that this was the main reason. I aligned this washer with a small bearing puller, I think it can be done even with pliers. In addition, I turned the belt over, removing the protection from the driven gear (large plastic, the protection on the latches can be removed easily). Well, he smeared it with silicone grease, where he considered it necessary (rubbing and rotating places). It has been quiet for three weeks.

Hello everybody! I have been baking at 500 Ohm bork for over a year now - an excellent oven! I haven't been on the forum for a long time, but here I look, nothing has changed, everyone is looking for agents

It's funny :) I have been baking for a long time without any recipes, by inspiration ... The bread is excellent, whatever one may say!

So I decided to update the model to 800, and send 500ku to the dacha, otherwise I was tortured to carry it back and forth ..

A question to users (agents offering stoves for three thousand, please do not worry), is it worth buying 800 or from 500 is it no different except for a dispensary?

Thank you!

P. s Especially for anti-fans Borka: I also have a toaster, a microwave oven, a coffee station, and a kettle and a meat grinder Borkovsky are :))) and do not stink and do not hide, I am happy with everything)) gee!

Is different, everything here in the topic has already been written about this, read 13 pages.
Bread makers in stainless steel from other manufacturers - full analogs 500 models from Bork cost almost a third cheaper.

Oh woe to me - from the tales of Shaherizade!
You go and buy spoons at Ikea, whether they are included or not - it doesn't matter.
As well as electronic scales at the same time in the same place. And everything is not expensive.
In English, only the display and the plate in Russian in the instructions for it.
This is not a new design for the stove, this is a new manufacturer for Bork!
Are you going to put down pies on the occasion?
For extra laziness, you will also have a drink!

P. 35 instructions:
Equipment
bread machine: 1 pc.
baking dish: 1 pc.
kneading paddle: 2 pcs.
recipe book: 1 pc.
operation manual with warranty card: 1 pc.
Natina
I already have 2 pieces of scales, at first I changed everything, but I have not used it for a long time (have you guessed why?) I measure everything with a glass!
As a spacer - my favorite recipe: "Health"
All grams - in a measuring cup from 500th (200gr):

350 g milk
Yeast (live, which is in a pack like butter) -1/6 of a pack
Salt 1 small scoop (teaspoon)
Sugar 2 large measuring (table) spoons
Olive oil - 2 large measures (table) spoon
2 large scoops of Belovodye bran
2 large scoops of Belovodye grains
1-2 large scoops of flaxseed flour
2 large scoops of flaxseed
1 large spoonful of sesame seeds
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped

3 measuring cups wheat flour

The dispenser can hold walnuts and even raisins.

The mode is either normal or fast or French.

A glass in grams - of course, you can calculate the volume by weight,
but here it is customary to measure the volume in milliliters, and the weight in grams.
And to guess with the size of the packs and sprinkle salt on the eye, for this there is a corresponding anecdote about a bunny and a gray wolf!
If you take the trouble to correct your recipe (approach) at least through the equal sign - 100 gr. water = 100 ml. water, then make it easier for others to read.
There is also a special topic for recipes - Baking in Bork.
Natina
So, just from the store with a purchase, I immediately sent the stove to the test. For interest, I took a recipe from a new book for the 800th, a French baguette.
I am writing the differences between the 800th and the 500th, which I have been actively using for over a year :)

For those who doubt whether there is a difference, there really is, even surprised that the difference is not only in design.

1. One bucket. For me, a plus, because I always have a second in the house dangling, I never used it.
2 NOT a touch screen - in theory, this should be a regression, but the wheel turns quite comfortably.Buttons on the 500 were not always easy to press - we'll see here. There is a suspicion that the buttons will get dirty with dust and different things, we'll see.
3.4 sizes of bread instead of 2, it is convenient for me, because I like to bake small breads. And sometimes, the company had to bake 2 in a row. I'm not sure that the bucket will hold the declared 1.25 volume, I'll try.
4. Folding paddle - really folds :)

5. And finally, the most important thing is the different principle of bread kneading !!! Even while I was reading the instructions, I thought it was a glitch.

First there are 2 mixes in a row! (knead 1, knead 2) And then 2 proofings (rise 1, rise 2), I don’t know if all the recipes are, but on the crusty program, the stove 2 crumples and squeezes the dough with these mixes so that it’s already quite ready for the first time ... At least bake it right away.

As always, strictly following the principles of laziness, I did not weigh any grams of flour, but the bun turned out perfectly, nevertheless it seems to me that thanks to 2 real kneading in a row, where the dough flew all over the bucket (from time to time, during the second kneading, the blade folded and the dough flew around the perimeter) - a cool theme by the way, because in this way all the flour and nuts were collected from the corners (which sometimes had to be swept by hand with a spatula in 500), especially with a small size of bread.

6. And yes, and a dispensary, for which a special thank you from me! Tk infuriated always to hang around and wait for the signal!
7. And one more plus signal, which is most important for men, can be turned off! By 500 I had complaints about the beeping!
Minuses:
1. The menu is not Russified. I know English fluently, but it offends me! Could nah!
2. There is no measuring spoon and a glass - this is a big disgusting thing! This is beyond my understanding! Could put it! Well, raise the cost by 300 rubles at the worst, but put a measuring cup and give recipes in measuring cups, as in the previous instruction to the 500th. It was convenient, I usually have about 10 minutes for bread and there is absolutely no way to go around with the scales!

Bread - in the baking process, how will it be ready to lay out the result!

To MariV:
This is my first HP, but it seems to me that there is nothing supernatural in it. I assume that it is no worse and no better than other stoves.
From the pros:
- 9 programmable recipes
- you can turn off the sound (I have a small child), although the dispenser sound does not turn off
- pretty
- it is very easy to wash (I suppose that this applies to all HP) and the bread falls out without problems, as well as a small hole in the loaf (the spatula is folded before baking)
- backlit window (I repeat: the stove is the first, so while it's curious to stick your nose there)
- the menu is intuitive to me personally, but not Russified

Of the minuses, it has so far been noticed that fingerprints remain very well on the case.

Let's see what happens next, but so far I'm happy with everything.
From my little experience, I concluded that the whole point is in the recipe, in its proportions, and not in HP. I baked according to recipes from the book several times - everything worked out.

Honestly, my husband and I went to the store for Panas 2502, but we did not like it outwardly (this is our subjective opinion), well, we decided to walk, so walk!
Personally, I was bribed by the programmable recipes.

So the choice is yours, I think that a good baker will have luxurious handmade bread in any oven
Nutka, I agree with you, but the "fingers" on the body can be easily wiped off))) I am not satisfied with the fact that after baking it is necessary to unplug the plug from the socket, it was possible to equip the stove with a shutdown button. And so she really likes it. I love my assistant!

Cupcake is baking on mode Sweet - Sweet pastries.
You take any recipe for a cake from the site and bake, there will be a need to correct this mode of the bread maker, it is not difficult and it allows it in two ways.
How to do this - understand the stove by reading the instructions.

It depends on what kind of cake you are going to bake.
If on a baking powder (soda, for example), then the program Yeast free/Cake. 10 minutes kneading and 80 minutes baking.
On the program Sweet/ Sweet bread bakes rich yeast bread, including yeast cakes, but they taste more like cakes than muffins

In fact, out of 15 pages of the topic, you can barely scrape together a dozen posts related directly to this stove and carrying useful information ...
Hmm ... that's how it happens. Spun around, 2 months almost did not see what was going on here. And then African passions ...
Guys, after all, indeed, a person will come in to find out something useful and will not see anything but swearing ...
Moreover, users of this stove do not want to fully open its merits, they do not really answer questions.
And negative reviews are left by those who have not even seen the stove "alive"!
And the arguments are rather strange, like "but I just don't like Bork" or "but I have Panasonic" or "A Brand is cheaper"!
I still want to say that this stove has no analogues on our Russian market yet. And Brand, judging by the branch about Brand, still falls short of X800 in many respects. But Brand's price covers all these shortcomings.
Yes, each unit has its own pros and cons.
The main disadvantage of this stove is the prohibitive price. But this is the law of the market. Demand creates supply.
I don't drive a Porsche. And the purchase of Bork X800 seriously undermined our family budget, but I do not regret buying it.
Second minus. Yes, it's Bork. And this is alarming. For some time now I have come to the conclusion that it is still better to purchase equipment from reputable manufacturers. But then time will tell. I hope that you will not have to be upset.
So I poured water.
Therefore, I'd better get down to business.

Good evening!
Need help! When kneading the dough and directly baking, there is a constant power off and on (bork x800), during baking, almost every second, it feels like some kind of protection is triggered, due to which the kneading and baking time is almost doubled. The stove is new, everything happened during the first use. The question is - can this be the case in the absence of grounding or insufficient voltage in the network, or is it definitely a manufacturing defect?
Thank you!

You see, the recipes are here where they should be - in the recipes. For example, I recommend:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=12549.0
But before you bake sourdough bread, or, as you say, on sourdough, you still have to carefully study the basics of baking and sourdough topics ... And only then you will understand that no one will give you a recipe for healthy sourdough rye bread, because that the leaven is "wild" and the rate of rise of the dough on it is different for each individual leaven and even different in different periods of its life.
In order to press the button and leave you will have to create your own. This is what this stove allows.
And for mechanization and stabilization of the process, fast-acting yeast, flour improvers and special additives such as dry starter cultures are used. It is they that allow you to get a more or less stable result, which, however, will also largely depend on the temperature and humidity in your particular kitchen and even on the weather outside.
Unfortunately (or fortunately ???) bread is not a salad, where everything that was required was put, stirred and ready.
So you, when you buy a meat grinder, do not require recipes for cutlets for this particular model of a meat grinder?

And more. Recipes do not need to be adjusted to the capabilities of our machine. And our stove can and should be customized according to the needs of the recipe.
We take the recipe. We look at which program in his stove the author of the recipe performed it and create a similar one in our stove.
Fortunately, she can do almost everything. How and what buttons to press is written in the instructions.
But when you have already filled your hand and merged with your stove, you begin to modify the recipe in accordance with the capabilities of the stove. For example, improve the quality of bread by reducing the amount of yeast and increasing the proofing time More on this below.

You know, I had this kind of parsley. By experience, I found out that the plug of the power cord was very tightly inserted into the outlet, so it was not fully inserted and the contact was constantly interrupted. Try to insert the plug as tightly as possible.
Or vice versa, do you say the socket is without grounding? Maybe the fork is dangling in it? And then there is a constant power interruption?
Alternatively, check how the stove will work in other outlets.Try to push the plug and hold it with your hand.
I hope that your trouble is connected with this.
And of course the socket itself must be of high quality for such a device, well fixed in the socket and with grounding. It is still a heating device, and often left unattended. This is the guarantee of your safety.

I quote Richard Bertine: "The basic rule of working with pressed fresh or dry yeast is easy to remember: the less you put it, the slower the dough will come up, but the taste of the bread will be much better, and it will last longer. And vice versa, the more you add them, the faster the dough will rise, but the bread will end up as heavy as brick, it will taste like yeast, and it will grow stale much faster."
Well, golden words that any baker will confirm to you. It is easy to remember it, but it is difficult to execute it within the framework of the standard programs of the vast majority of bread makers. There you need to put enough yeast so that the bread rises in a given time.
I'll move on to examples.
One of our favorite sweet breads is here: Bread maker Bork X800
I tried at one time, the same way to program my old programmable Kenwood, but it was impossible to adjust the baking there. Either the sides were badly burnt, or the roll was not baked inside, which is also considered a feature of this roll, the author of the recipe recommends handling it very carefully. Really, you knock and temper appears. And her waist was often. Now I have no such problems.
I now deliberately reduce the amount of yeast in all yeast breads and increase the time of all proofing.
Of course, you can do something similar in other stoves, interrupting the power supply for a while, and then turning it on again, but then there are 2 minuses, the heating stops, and the bread does not like temperature fluctuations and cannot be interrupted for a long time, the settings are reset. Well, you have to sit next to her, do not move away. And then he fell asleep and left.
