Dear ones, a recipe for baking with stevisoid was recently published, I finally received an order with this expensive product. It seemed to me that I threw this recipe in the bookmarks, looked for it - I did not find it ... Maybe someone knows, remembers - he will tell you ...
Fuh, I found ... everything is out.
Crumb
Lyudochkashare later when will you try please, how do you like stevioside ...
Mandraik Ludmila
Inna, of course, the girls and I were asked to share in the recipe, it turns out that the taste of stevia depends on the manufacturer, it happens that it has an unpleasant aftertaste. I will check this is how I will buy the rest of the ingredients, and I will bake.
I am looking for a recipe on our forumCurd roll with whole flour poppy seeds
(Podmosvichka)

True, I will bake on first grade flour, I have no whole grain and have not seen it in the nearest stores for a long time.
And I will replace the poppy with something, otherwise it will be removed from the teeth for a long time.In general, I will do it based on the motives, but with a stevisoid

Luda, I have been cooking everything with Fit Parade for a long time instead of sugar, including cereals. I take any recipe I like and replace sugar with a fit parade. Well, of course, except where the whole recipe is based on sugar (meringue, charlotte and the like). The rest is all perfectly baked and prepared with a substitute.
Mandraik Ludmila
Larissa, yeah, I already found it in St. Petersburg, until we managed to recalculate the sweetness into the price. Stevisoid is insanely expensive, but they write a ratio of 1: 250g, Fit-parade is cheaper, but the same expensive, they write a ratio of 1: 10g ... I’ll think if I need it at all ..
Larssevsk
Ludmila, the fit parade is really 1:10. For a very long time I could not get used to the fact that for 1 MC of porridge I need it on the tip of a knife. Too long sweetened
Kleopa
Girls, hello everyone! Already several times I baked a biscuit according to this recipe, and each time a failure - settles in an egg cake. Moreover, it can be seen that initially it rises strongly, but apparently settles in the process. I sinned on crooked hands, the oven, the quality of the products. But the result is always the same.
The thought crept in that it might be the recipe itself. Here he is.

4 squirrels
4 tbsp. l. ice water.
200g sugar
seeds of one vanilla pod
4 yolks
0.5 cups flour
0.5 cups starch
sachet of baking powder Dr. Oetker.
Beat the whites, continuing to beat, add water, add sugar, vanilla, yolks in portions, one at a time.
Sift flour, starch, baking powder.
Gently whisk the flour mixture to the eggs, trying to maintain airiness.
Bake for 17 minutes, at 180g, in a well-preheated oven.

It's not the first year I've been baking, I follow all the subtleties. Everything works out. Except this bastard.
Please advise what may not be so.
Chamomile
Tumanchik, the compote from such grapes with apples is just very, very tasty! Do it, you won't regret it.
Mandraik Ludmila
Lida, it's hard to say, but from my own experience, when I tried to get an airy casserole with a small amount of flour, it turned out to be in the temperature regime, and I succeeded only in a slow cooker. There is a very long baking at a low temperature, that is, 1 hour at 130 degrees and standing on the heating for another hour ... Long of course, but the result was worth it. I'm not sure if this is your case, but it might help

And I also have doubts about the need for ice water, I would replace it with vodka in the amount of 1-2 tbsp. l.
Sonadora
Kleopa, Lida, a strange recipe. Such a large amount of baking powder (10 grams?) And starch.
I can offer time-tested:
eggs -120 g (weight without shell)
sugar - 120 g
flour - 100 g
starch - 20 g

Separate the whites from the yolks (the eggs must be warm!).
Add 2/3 granulated sugar to the yolks and beat in a white fluffy foam, about 3 minutes.
Beat the whites until a dense white foam, add the remaining sugar and beat for about a minute until a shiny, glossy state.
Use a spatula or spoon to very gently mix the whites and yolks.
Mix flour with starch, sift into egg mass and mix gently.
A baking dish (20-22 cm), preferably one-piece, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour, lay out the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 200C (convection 180C) degrees and bake for 25 minutes until a dry toothpick.
Kleopa
Ludmila, Thank you! I also baked in a multo for about 1 hour (I have a small Panas), but the same thing - an egg pancake. I also think about the temperature regime. It's a shame, of course.
Maybe the analysis of electricity is going on big (I'm on the 1st floor of a high-rise), so the temperature is unstable, jumping. It turns out without options, at all. If only to put the stabilizer.
Why replace water with vodka?

Added Wednesday 28 Sep 2016 7:04 PM

Manka, Thank you! My biscuits are great, I have been successfully baking for several years. But this one led me to a dead end
I found it in the insta, I thought it should be here, if it's good.
But I also doubt its quality. Maybe he's not real at all.
And the rave reviews are fake.
Mandraik Ludmila
Lida, I do not understand the need for this biscuit of water at all, it makes the dough heavier in the future, and vodka helps to beat the proteins and contributes to further friability. I somehow looked over about the baking powder, if your eggs are well beaten, then maybe you don't need it at all, or you definitely need to reduce it, vodka will completely fulfill its functions.
Svetta
Lida, why bake this particular recipe? Just sports interest or something else?
Kleopa
Mandraik Ludmila, I have Panas in the cartoon on the "Baking" mode 180 degrees. The temperature is high, of course. But most likely it is lower.
I once tried to make yoghurt in a multifunctional heated, and it did not work for me (I have been making all the sour milk myself for several years), the yoghurt maker also overheated. I had to buy a thermometer and make sure. In a cartoon on heating as much as 56-60 degrees. Should be no more than 40. In the yogurt maker, even more. Since then, I calmed down and sour in a thermos. Always consistent results.
But with baked goods ales. Well, if for yourself. But what a celebration, responsibility, and the result does not depend on you from the whims of the multicooker oven. I cry.
I don’t know what way out there might be.
Girls, if my question does not really correspond to the subject, please direct me to the right place.
Maybe someone had such problems and he defeated them ...

Mandraik Ludmila, super. I'll try to replace the water. But in general, the recipe is strange, yes.

Added Wednesday 28 Sep 2016 7:24 PM

svetta, yes I am a maniac, apparently. It so happens that an idea enters the head and does not let go until everything turns out as it should. A stubborn perfectionist, as my friend calls me.
Svetta
Lida, or maybe his, this biscuit? The forum over there is full of other recipes. I thought that such a biscuit was needed for some special cake, but if it just got stuck in my head ... well, I don't know, after the second time I usually quit translating food, time and money.
Kleopa
svetta, You are right, of course. I just thought, all of a sudden the recipe is okay, I'm doing something wrong. I was also interested in the presence of ice water.
Haven't met before.
I bake excellent, but it’s on boiling water, it’s at least clear what role boiling water plays. But the icy water put me in a stupor.
It is very curious, so she does not leave me ...
Moreover, the reviews were lighted, such as very tasty, airy and generally not like everyone else.
So I caught fire ...

The girls, returning to the forum (at the beginning of September), came across a recipe for pickled eggplants (not harvesting). I bookmarked it, but now I can't find it. Maybe someone can help find it.

Hi there! I am looking for a recipe for thick marshmallow and / or marmalade from Antonovka so that you don't have to stand to cook / stir something. I have never done it, but I will assume that you can bake apples, and not boil them - there is no time and effort for this. Of the ingredients, it is desirable only apples-sugar (if needed) -salt, well, that is, without tricky additives.
There is a drying (not used yet)
Svetta

Once again, something that I did not expect fell on me ... and of course not at the most opportune moment. But I am very happy and grateful:
an armful of green basil, a bucket of homemade grapes (red sour small with Isabella seeds) and a bag of small finger tomatoes.
share the result or report
fantasy was not enough due to warming. the family rushed to the park. therefore she pushed the grapes into the jars with basil trunks and rolled them up with compote. by the way, I cooked a pot for a drink. delicious! basil itself is not dominant. and together the aroma
basil leaves withered overnight and covered with oil. brought to a boil in a microwave oven in sterile jars and twisted it. I like to grease pizza.
I cut the tomatoes in half, salted, sugar and balsamic there. garlic. and in the refrigerator overnight. in the morning in the dryer for about half a day. then the juice dripped with butter boiled. I stuffed tomatoes into jars. I poured it with marinade. boiled and spun into the microwave. I cooked pizza on the leftovers - they fought for them.

But for long-term storage in a closet, jars can be put in the oven at 100 * C and sterilized for about 40-60 minutes.
You can sterilize peppers in an airfryer, temperature 150 * C for about 15-20 minutes.
After the airfryer, they stand well in my closet.
