But I want to say that the 40 cm length of the bundles turned out to be too small - you need 50 so that the ends fold well. I got overtightening - where I pulled strongly, the dough burst in two places during proofing. This joint was well camouflaged with sesame seeds)). And yet - I almost stole my Boshik processor. At the 5th minute, it began to stink, immediately turned it off, stirred it a little with my hands. And the dough is crawling on the stick, infection)), but this yeast always creeps in the processor. Soon, the kids should receive Kenwood as a gift - then I'll come off with the test! There are photos of this miracle, but I can't insert it from the phone, I'll insert it as I sit at the laptop (this does not happen often now, more a tablet, a phone). Thanks again! And another question - the bottom crust is too thick - how to deal with it?




Well - I found the answer to my question from Admin - a thick crust due to the intense heat in the oven. First (knowing how my oven fries) I set the braid to 190 *, for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes. the braid was already dark brown! And on the bamboo stick in the very center it was a little sticky. I reduced the temperature to 180 * and held it for another 10! min. Hence the thick crust! Eh, it was necessary to initially set 180 * (as always I bake) and the time is 25 minutes. But the experience is good)). Girls, be guided by your oven - everyone has different ovens, and the voltage in the network!
