Flour - 420g
Sugar - 1.4 tbsp l.
Salt - 0.7 tsp
Yeast - 5g (this is not recalculation, this is how I took it)
Kefir + water - 175g (water was 60g)
Sl. oil - 52.5g
Egg - 1 pc. (Large)
For the dough, I took the whole mixture of kefir with water, 220 g of flour and 5 g of yeast. Knead in the combine for 6 minutes. Fermentation for 2 hours.
Then I added everything else according to the recipe. Knead 15 minutes until smooth dough. Fermentation for 1.5 hours.
And then cutting and proofing for 1 hour.
