Omela, thank you so much! The recipe is wonderful in all respects :-) The dough was kneaded into the HP is great. It grew instantly. I added a little lemon zest to it during kneading.The scent was fabulous!

To my mind :-) Rolls with sugar and cinnamon were twisted from the remaining dough, cut into roses. Sorry, there are no pictures. The roses open up effectively during the proofing :-)
