Forks / spoons ... Lots of ideas!

Tanya-Fanya
I saw a wall clock in the store, in which instead of arrows a spoon and a fork.
Anna67
Tanya-Fanya, I also. And also a clock where under the glass all sorts of groceries are poured, such as colored beans, etc.
Mona1
Girls, excuse me for being a little off Temke, I didn't find one. I select different kitchen adaptations for the new kitchen. Does anyone have such butter jugs? I want to take three - for oil, vinegar and maybe soy sauce.

Bormioli Rocco Olivia bottle (220 ml)

Don't know which one is better? The first one looks more fashionable and is combined with another glass bottle from this company that I bought. Again - there is a nose. But the handle of this shape is embarrassing, it seems not very reliable, you can hook it, the decanter will break or the handle itself will be beaten off.
The second option looks more reliable, but the form is somehow outdated, this paunchy. Yes, and no nose. Or maybe there is some kind of hollow inside in the right place for the oil to flow normally without sucking up. I don’t want her to be covered in oil.
I want to buy these jugs for this bottle:

Mona1, it is better to take with a spout, it's more convenient.
Olya2017
Maybe it's better in Temko kitchen stuff ask. The bottles are beautiful, but washing them is probably difficult. There are so many depressions in them. Although, maybe I'm the crooked one.
Mona1
Olya2017, Olga, it is written - can be washed in the PPM. I just recently became the owner of a PPM, I just use it for two weeks and now everything I buy - I look in the description - can it be washed in a dishwasher.)) Outside, at least, it will be washed. I don't want to wash this with my hands either))
Taia
Tanya, I doubt that a stream of water will pass into the narrow throat. It is written that it can be washed in a dishwasher - this means that this product will not lose any quality during washing.
And it happens that they write that you can wash this or that little thing in the dishwasher, but in fact it is undesirable to do this. For example Teflon pans, well, and something else there.
Mona1
Taia, Tomochka, I’m inside and I’m not going to wash; The product inside will be the same, it will be added periodically. And I will wash on a gentle mode, like all glass, at 35 degrees on a short program. And I have a German powder for PPM, very well soluble. And the glass, I hope, is of high quality. The Italian company, as they say, is quite old, founded in the 19th century. (well, maybe they are lying). So I'll take it for sure, I like these things. Most likely with a nose I'll take for oils-vinegars-soy sauce and a couple of those in the second photo for cognac and rum. Not to be confused with soy or apple cider vinegar in color.

but washing them is probably difficult.
Finely tear up a newspaper, put it in a bottle, a drop of detergent and water. Shake. Pour out, the newspaper will fall out along with the liquid. Rinse the bottle. Purely!

I have one without a nose, and with a nose))))
Here the piece of iron got out from the one without a nose, and it became difficult to open.
Mona1
OlgaGera, Ol, and which one is more convenient and more hygienic when pouring? Do not suck up so that when you have already poured. And there is that without a spout, from above it looks just like a funnel, the same in a circle, right?
And is the handle comfortable in the first? She looks very flimsy
OlgaGera
Tanya, Mona1, yes, it was okay with two. Then they got bored, and now they stand somewhere in the cabinet.)))
And without a spout it is also convenient to pour, there was vinegar.
The handles are different, but stable in the hands. It's like cups with different handles. One is more convenient, the other is less.

Well ... I wouldn't buy it now.
Butter and sauces are best in the dark and cool to stand.
Anna67
I agree with OlgaGera... In terms of ergonomics, the volume is about a cup, I don't even take cups by the handles, and even more so bottles. And I stopped keeping bottles of oil in sight. Something in the closet, something even in the refrigerator. In short, I don't use it already, thanks for not buying an expensive ceramic one
Olya2017

Well ... now I wouldn't buy it.
So I have one, the most ordinary glass one, too, did not use it. Everything is in the closet, you can't see the beauty anyway. If only it is a pleasure to look at them and use them. And I would also take it with a spout, but without a handle, if you really buy.

gyyy)))
And I bought .. two .. the vinegar evaporated ... the oil .. ugh. I bought it there, in the store. Heavier.
Wax is also in the cupboard))))

to old age I put up different old crystal salt shakers, bowls ... and I enjoy them. And those that I do not use stand on the windowsill and, like a kaleidoscope for children (there was such a toy), they refract the bizarre color. Handsomely)))

Mona1
OlgaGera, Ol, so you have such as in the photo or ceramic? FU oil became due to ceramics or why?

In general, somehow you cooled the ropes for me. I'll probably just take the bottle, but maybe I won't. Thank you all very much, girls!
OlgaGera
Tanya, yes, in ceramics. I do not know why. There was no heat at home.
I have both such and ceramic. There was a disease for all sorts of bottles))) I was ill. Not convenient.
Tanyusha
I have a glass one with a spout, at first I used it, and then I abandoned this business, I got tired of pouring it often.

I found an idea for pens on the Internet
You get tired of washing, especially if the stove is gas. The simpler the handles (without any corrugations and bends), the easier it is to take care of them, and the longer they will retain their original appearance
Svetlenki
Mona1, Tanya, I have such bottles for oil. The choice was deliberate, since it is these nozzles / bottles that are used in English culinary programs. To say that I am happy is to say nothing. The control over the amount of oil poured out is much better and it seems to me that I began to use it less ...

I bought bottles with caps, they were called a bottle for water. And then I bought separately bottle spouts for the bar.

Mona1
Svetlenki, Sveta, yes, I have met such bottles with spouts. And also with spouts and a funnel, I liked this one too

So I put up the crystal pieces. I put the sweets, the salad in one crumb. I can't say that I like it very much. But keep them in the closet, but I don't want to buy something for myself and get littered.
Olga VB
After my mother, I have a lot of different crystals.
I gave it almost by force to everyone, but there was still a lot of it left.
I thought that I would no longer distribute, but put everything in the showcase and use it, or just watch and remember how my mother was happy with each vase, salad bowl, when she managed to get something in times of shortage.
For strangers it is just unfashionable glass, and for me - fond memories. Why give them away!
Tancha
Ol, what is not fashionable then? I have all the century-old crystal behind the glass and use it. And when you wash it for Easter, the whole thing burns. Wait, you can't buy this already, as well as Gzhel. She is even a different shade. And why will I buy ikeevsky glass and take care of the crystal? Everything that is, everything is in motion.

Girls, and another question about the kitchen facades. I get them, they will be glossy painted. What cleaning products should I stock up on while waiting for the kitchen? I have already read that aggressive and corrosive and abrasive are prohibited. And what you need soft rags. I found such a list - what cannot be used for gloss:
Solvents - white spirit, turpentine, acetone;
Nitroglycerine;
Alcohol;
Ammonia;
Polymer resins;
Grandma's recipes based on soda and salt.
Now what if you go to the shops with a magnifying glass and check the composition of the funds according to the list?
And I also read that you can use a glass cleaner. But it seems like there is alcohol in the composition or not? In general, is there a specific name for a detergent specifically for painted gloss, not a gloss film, or anything else, namely glossy paint?

Wait you can't buy this already ...
I was in Grodno in the Neman brand store - an indescribable beauty.
Margonica
Good morning everyone!
Finally, my renovation in the kitchen is coming to an end, it lasted for some time since June ((((now I order a kitchen from Ikea, as soon as the kitchen apron is installed and all communications are installed, there will be furniture installation.
Olya2017
Margonica, I'm not the only one !!!
Also renovated from June. I also take the kitchen to Ikea and have already put the apron. At least a little bit, there was a discount on the facades of Budbin just in time.

I have VOXTORP walnut facades. I am waiting for delivery from Ikea, it will remain to buy a couple of hanging boxes and all sorts of things for little things))))
Olya2017
Margonica, I also wanted such facades initially. But my husband was stubborn and agreed on Budbin. I don't want to argue. The main thing for me is to finish our repairs faster.

The kitchen is my main habitat, but my husband still vibrated all the same. I’m not convincing, I guess. Our tastes do not coincide at all, so I walk around our almost renovated apartment like a stranger. But I think that if he gets used to it, he will fall in love.

Umka
Margonica, Olya2017, Girls, you probably have different kitchen styles ... Irina is probably closer to the classics, and you, Olga, most likely your husband makes a Scandinavian style ... No, you didn't guess ???

We have a loft as my husband says))) Brick, under a tree.
Yesterday, the whole evening, they chose the floor, brought a bunch of samples, in the end we agreed on one option, woke up in the morning and beat everything))))) because I brought another sample)))

He, of course, is still a designer. But in the end you will probably end up with something similar to the Scandinavian style. Here, of course, the facades create style. But, if you really stick to it, then which table and chairs to choose? The Budbin kitchen is gray, with an apron, clinker tiles and walls in the color of "child surprise". Only somewhere lighter, somewhere darker.

well, he loves everything gray, beige and dirty yellow

Girls, such a technical question. Furniture body - chipboard, including sink cabinets. The bottom in this cabinet is also chipboard. I am worried that it may periodically begin to drip onto this bottom from the siphon connection, hoses or from the structure of the osmosis filter. I would not like the curbstone to drip and swell. Maybe some pallets are sold for sinks. If so, what is it called and how it looks. In a couple of hours we are going to Epicenter, we can look there, just know the name. Or if this is not the case, then how do you do it - just lay the oilcloth or the trays may look to put on the bottom. Oilcloth does not want to, there are no sides. I don't want it to flow onto the floor behind the sink.
Cvetaal
Tanya, my kitchen was originally equipped with metal foil flooring. But you can put silicone liners for the boxes. Now I'll take a picture

Tatyana, a long time ago we bought a rubber pallet with high sides and put it under the sink. Alas, I can't take a photo, that's all for my mother. But the pallet was called "for the bathroom". The size seems to me 50 * 50. Such a heavy one. But the rubber is thick. The sides are 5 cm high. Very helpful.
Svetta
Mona1, Tanya, and under my sink, under the siphon, there are a stack of large bowls that do not fit into other cupboards. And sometimes water gets there, but it doesn't overflow from the bowl.

My flow is not from the siphon, but from the holes next to the tap, there should have been some other mechanism underneath that we did not install. The holes are covered with plumbing silicone, but it dries up little by little and the water digs in.

Promised photos:

Mona1
Cvetaal, Sveta, thank you, about the silicone liners for the boxes is an interesting idea, but they are with sides or just like sheets, otherwise in the first photo there is water without sides, but on the second it seems like there is a side? By the way, we were not even offered such a master for the boxes.
gawala, Galya, it would be nice to find such a tray for the bath, I would have bought one in the bathroom, I did not even know that this happens.
svetta, we have bowls, you can put it under the siphon, but we also have an osmosis system there, it is cumbersome and heavy, it stands right at the bottom of the cabinet, something stationary is needed under it, so that it is not necessary to remove it.

Tanya, rugs without sides, and under the sink there is a built-in flooring made of dense foil, that's what they did at the factory.

Tatyan, well, that's approximately what we have.

Cvetaal
Tanya, I also remembered that in many household departments we sell rubber rugs with bumpers for outdoor shoes.
In Ikea there is, but, probably, the size is larger ...

Twig
In fixprice the same as in ikea, but for 99r
Mona1
gawala, Galya, good pallet, we need less, probably, there are differences, I will look
Cvetaal, we probably don't have Ikea, but I'll take a closer look, maybe I'll find it in the Epicenter. And the rug would fit the link in size. We have places under the sink of 48 * 73 cm
That's it, girls, I'm leaving for the store, thanks a lot for the tips.

I gave as an example. That would know what to look for.
Vesta
And then there are car mats, they are also with bumpers.
Mona1
I returned from the store, but I could not find anything coming. with a little choice we have.
Vesta, Sveta, I looked at the cars. But too expensive, it will be too much for a pallet.
I also thought that there are such pallets with sides for growing seedlings, you can look at flower and gardening shops. There are also different sizes.
Olga VB
Mona1, Tanya, in such a situation, an old baking sheet from the oven can help out. You probably get a new oven for a new kitchen, but where is the old one?
You can just look for a baking sheet in an inexpensive store.
And if there is someone with hands, then you can bend one exactly to size from an aluminum sheet or from a thin stainless steel.
Good luck!
Mona1
Olga VB, Olya, the old oven for scrap, but there are never many disgusting things, they will still serve me. I bake a lot of gingerbread. There is a lot in the December season. On some I bake, but on some baking sheets they are already decorated and dry, in general. no superfluous. I even use a baking sheet from the oven before last)))
But the idea is good, maybe I will do it as a last resort. Thank you!
