The wall where the corner window is, in general, a dead zone - half of the wall is a window, the other half cannot be used because of the front door.
This means that either it will occupy two existing walls, but completely (then the small window can be left), or the working area will move onto the huge windows, which again no one needs: it is both ugly, and inconvenient, and dysfunctional.
So remove the sofa from this corner, pull the countertop along the entire wall. Then there will be enough space for both aggregates and cutting. The sofa can be pushed in with its back against a two-window wall, or opposite to where it stands now.
