Ingredients

pork ribs 600 g
pears 2 pcs
grapes of 2 varieties (black and red) 2 handfuls
onion 1 PC
ginger root 2 cm
dry white wine 100 ml
olive oil
curry powder 0.5 tsp
salt pepper taste
Marinade:
buckwheat honey (changing flowers) 2-3 st. l.
mustard 2 tsp
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Apple vinegar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Prosaic pork ribs can be a wonderful holiday dish if cooked according to this recipe and garnished with bright fruits stewed with onions and ginger.
  • Grilled pork ribs with grapes and pears Rub the ribs with pepper and salt.
  • Grilled pork ribs with grapes and pears Prepare the marinade from soy sauce, mustard and apple cider vinegar with honey.

Marysya27, thanks for such a rating! I didn't even hope that my husband would be so happy to gobble up pears with ribs and, especially, grapes. I thought that I would get everything, but it was not there - it was! All these fruits, along with onions, are soaked in ginger, curry - a very interesting range - very tasty.
