AILIN MUM 54251 Officially not supplied to Russia, therefore it is not on the site.
Whips the whites smartly, kneads the dough. There are grains for cheese and nuts. You can also use a blender if you want
In general, we are very satisfied, I recommend
mms
Dear owners of Bosch combines, I have a question for you, who kneaded the dough, how much Bosch can knead the dough by weight? I have a Bosch 54240, will he knead the dough for 2 kg. flour?
Zima
the instructions say, no more than 750 grams of flour

.
The most profitable, I would buy it: MUM 54251 - 900 W, there is everything, even a dicing attachment !!!!! price ~ 360 $ but at the office. site no! and this is embarrassing and why is it cheaper than 54240 by almost $ 50, because it already has a cube cutter? Who knows?
I know, the harvester is just a bomb, it is made in Slovenia, in Ukraine, for example, it is not licensed, it is sold by a company with a guarantee from the store, it suits me)
I and mcm had a capacity of 1200, now my mom has it, mum is certainly cooler despite 900 watts) The cube cutter is just a dream of any hostess, the shredders also work with a bang, the beater and dough mixer did not disappoint, but I did not make a very cool dough Well, I also use the meat grinder in full. The only thing I would still like to go there is a universal knife) But then we are already mad with fat, so to speak)

I also have an idea to try to cut raw meat on a cube cutter, but I haven’t tried it yet. The owners of the cubes, what do you think, is it worth trying, and what is the best way to freeze it a bit?

I won't even try to break the knot, that's all, it is not intended for raw meat.

The combine came yesterday. I examined everything and came to the conclusion that the machine seems to be good, but there are a couple of shortcomings.
+ The fact that almost everything is dishwasher safe
- The meat grinder and cutter knives must not be washed in the dishwasher.
+ I liked the cube cutter for its technology. Made wisely. I have not tried how she cuts yet - but apparently the cubes should be perfect. Another advantage is that molding knives are a separate element, and if Bosch develops this topic, then it will be possible to safely change the size of the cubes by changing the knife attachment.
- I didn’t like the rind output adjustment system in the juicer. It was done in a very simple Soviet way.
- I also did not like the fact that the body of the cube cutter cannot be used for shredding either, and two large bowls must be stored somewhere. In 54251 - this is done better - there, due to adapters, only one case is used for both. So I recommend 251 if the cord reeling system is not important.

And finally - I found a nozzle that I have not bought yet - MUZ5MM1.
Do you think you need it? Because of this, I leave my old blender for now. But I don't want to buy either - there are again the same discs that I already have.

In general, today I will test it - I will make the Vinaigrette. By the way, I liked the instructions for the cube cutter. In twenty languages, including Arabic, the first three recipes are Olivier salad, Vinaigrette salad, Capital salad. The Europeans will join!

Where can I find these "adapters"? I bought a separate cube cutter for my 54240. I thought that I would forget about the old bowl for shredding discs that came with the kit, but no ... I can't fit the discs into the bowl for the cube cutter ...
sazalexter
emeraude Discs for shredding in a cube attachment do not fit, alas. We have to use both cases.
emeraude
sazalexter, wait a minute ... How then do they sell 54251? There is only a cube cutter body in the kit.As well as standard round shredder discs (and they are the same for all MUM5). Conclusion: in 54251 shredders are somehow crammed into the cube body, because there is no other case for them in the 54251 kit. But how?
sazalexter
emeraude The one who has the MUM 54251 or, more precisely, the Bosch service, will definitely answer this, but knowing their sluggishness ... I will try to look for the part numbers of the adapters, if there are any separately from the combine.
emeraude
sazalexter, I will be very grateful if there is a number for this part. Bosch simply could not put round graters in the kit and at the same time have nowhere to install them.
We'll also wait for the others to wake up. can someone tell me what or even put out a photo of the adapter, if it exists
emeraude
Yeah, p. 92. part number 8. separate with a special pimp.
I would not have missed such a detail in a box with a cube cutter ...

Tovarischi Who saw this very detail and under what circumstances?
We submit to the wanted list

Food processor Bosch MUM 5 ...
lemusik
This detail was seen, touched and owned by the owners of 251 models)))
And we, 240 nicknames, are not supposed to!

Yes, I have to have two rather big, completely single-functional bandura on the micrometers of my mini-kitchen ...
Probably, the SC should help in the acquisition.
emeraude
And how to order if there is no unique number? With a sketch, just stomp into the service and explain on your fingers?
sazalexter
Without a part number, no service can be ordered. If at all this part is subject to order
emeraude
No, well, formally, it can break, especially since there are moving elements. So there should be a possibility of ordering, no?
It means that the part namber of this spare part is on the wanted list ...
galka_exito
It's a pity I didn't see it right away. Sell this adapter number 652366 or 641663. Google it. It comes in a set for msm, the width is the same as a cube cutter - it should fit
galka_exito
And you measure your goblet cutter - I think they are the same, that for mcm, that for mum - and if they match, then the adapter fits.
emeraude
Well, my friends don't have MCMs to try on. And somewhere above they said that they do not fit completely from MUM to MCM and vice versa ...
It's easier to order, 400 re, in principle, is not that much money ...

In our service, understanding people work, so I went with a sketch when I wanted to buy a cube for MSM, though I never bought it, it’s too expensive, you call and ask if you can agree to do this, everything depends on people, but of course it’s better to find it under what number is

Very relevant, however
I compared, one to one everything, applied from different sides and tried on the height of the parts, so the disc holder from msm would easily fit mum, just like the disks themselves, I myself use msm discs in my mumika)

Today my dream has come true - I finally bought myself additional graters for my favorite combine! I hasten to share my opinion, maybe someone will come in handy ... I didn't like the grater for Korean cuisine at all! In my opinion, the average grater coped with the task much better! Photo for comparison: on the first, grated carrots for julienne (in my opinion, very small, the slices are short), on the second - the work of a medium grater

Good evening!
Owners of Mum, please measure this marvelous unit in height. Will he be able to fit on our table and, most importantly, work (i.e., do not need to move it to load or change attachments ...), since we have a cabinet hanging above the table at a distance of 47 cm. For Mum 8 .. ., read that a little 60 cm.
And yet, as with specialists - does rye dough turn out well on Muma?
Thanks in advance. Irina.

measured 48.5 cm approximately, but plus if the pusher is inserted, then I think you can add 1 cm more, from the table to the lid of the shredder compartment -38.5 cm, plus a compartment for loading 10 cm high, look at the link for clarity
Irina13
Lillu, thanks, I had no idea how it might look with the attachments - yes, it won't fit.
But we will mainly use Moom for rye dough. Somewhere I saw that to change the nozzles "that part" - "nose" in which the hook, whisk are attached .... from the bottom rotates. So I want to know what height he then becomes. Can we knead the dough without dragging it from place to place.
My husband categorically refused to put it on the windowsill.
Irina.
sazalexter
Irina13 With the "nose" raised, it will be somewhere around 420-430 mm.

I knead pure rye dough by hand, it does not need to be kneaded for a long time, and Mum 5, in my opinion, is not designed for this.
Too heavy dough, the resource of the combine will not last long. IMHO.

It is on the Vneshremtorg website, I will call about its availability, and then we will see if it is there or not.
Natasha K
sazalexter, tell me you have a nozzle for molding dough? If so, is it in demand?

I looked at the cube cutter on the citylink. Indeed, the price is good. How much did the delivery cost? I did not understand how they deliver to other cities. Something did not find information there

Natalia K Do you mean rolling dough? It is not available for the MUM 4X-5X.
The stock that you brought it not from the nubikorezka, but from the MUM 4/5 combine

In the refrigerator for a thousand more.

My axle from universal cutting broke, one of the pins broke. In my mum, she is exactly the same. And the dough is rolling out on the refrigerator, they write that it fits mine too, I just haven't decided whether we need it.

so I'm just about "sneezes" and think) but still tend to take China. I broke it out of stupidity, even assumed that it would break, but I did it anyway. And when I saw the price of the part, I think, yeah, oats are expensive now)

Owners of mum5 harvesters, tell me what is the weight of the harvester bowl? not heavy? Is it convenient to use it? And another question about the assembly of shredders, is it quick to assemble and disassemble them? to use it often ... I am still torn between two combines Bosch MSM 5529 and Mum 54251. I bow to Mum, but confuses how convenient it is to use him
sazalexter
tar-alla Not heavy, it's not cast iron like a simple stainless steel pan. It is assembled, disassembled and washed easily.

the bowl is not heavy, but most importantly, it will never break) In general, as the owner of msm and mum, I can say that I like mum more, one minus that it takes up more space and is twice as expensive) but I am very happy

Thanks for the quick answers. I just read in one of the reviews that the cup was heavy and began to doubt. Why is it larger in size? I looked in the internet then Mum 28 by 28, and a cube of msm 33 by 33.
Due to the fact that it is twice as expensive, I doubt it for so long not to regret it later, well, so that I like it

and where will you get it, and what are they selling for? I can give a link to the store where I took it, it seems to be the cheapest there now. But the guarantee comes from the store.

Allow me to wedge in! I have 2 combines - MSM 5529 and MUM 4855. For the price - together they get 2800. At the same time, there is an excellent food processor with cubes, and no less excellent kneader - a beater with a planetary bowl. They complement each other very much. And yet - today I cut mushrooms for freezing. Out of stupidity, she began to cut in MUM - at 4 speeds sneeze-puff. I switched to cutting in MSM - I cut it at 1 speed in a couple of seconds. Regarding cutting-chopping-grating-kneading dumplings dough - MSM is ahead. In relation to whip - knead a soft dough - MUM rules!

at the expense of mushrooms, I did not understand, but with regard to the test, probably the advantage of msm because the power is 800 watts, and your mum has 600?

no, I only need 1 harvester, my husband with two will definitely not understand me, and there is nowhere to put 2 And what dough for dumplings is better to knead?
