Zucchini puree soup with couscous and mushrooms in a blender-soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-90

Ingredients

* Zucchini 300 BC
* Couscous 5 tbsp. l. measuring under the knife
* Dry forest mushrooms 30 g
* Bulb onions 1 PC. (average)
* Carrot 1 PC. (average)
* Water (including mushroom) 900 ml.
* Cream 10% 200 ml.
* Salt taste
* Pepper h. M. taste
* Chopped celery to serve

Cooking method

  • Pour the mushrooms with warm water and leave for 1-4 hours to swell (the time depends on the quality of the mushrooms and the drying method)
  • After restoring the body of the fungus, gently drain the water, filter. Rinse the mushrooms. If large cut.
  • Wash and peel vegetables.
  • Chop the onion, fry until golden brown.
  • Cut carrots into cubes, zucchini into slices (the shape of the cut does not matter)
  • Place all ingredients except cream in a jug of a soup blender. Pour in water (including the one in which the mushrooms were soaked) Salt, as an option, can be added directly to the plates. I do this - I immediately put in only 1 tsp. salt, and the rest is salt individually.
  • Start program P1. At the end of cooking, pour in the cream by removing the lid cup.
  • If the consistency of the soup is not homogeneous enough, then the soup can be additionally poured into the P4 program or in the pulse mode.
  • Pour the prepared puree soup into bowls. Serve with croutons and chopped herbs.

What a soup !!!
It’s tastier with forest mushrooms, of course, but I have only champignons so far. As I typed them in the week, I can't adapt it anywhere.
Natul, and if with champignons, how many of them do you need for such a soup?
Thank you! I still need to weld something thread too.

Rit, I think that a glass of mushrooms, ready-made, will be fine.
Ilmirushka
Rita, I sprinkle the frozen ones "by eye", do you want me to get the scales?
ANGELINA BLACKmore
I would also not bother with the accuracy of the volume of mushrooms. I would put it as my heart desires)))

I would not bother with volume accuracy either.
That's why it's always difficult for me to write recipes. to give... I never bother! Always, as the soul desires!

Well, today I weighed and measured. Otherwise, I would also have laid the food.
For me, such dishes are purely fantasy. We'll see how it goes. But the first time I do it with weights, in order to know exactly WHAT happened and WHAT to correct next time.

If you do not cook using this technique, how long does the P1 program last? I liked the very idea of the recipe.
P.S. which couscous to take, the smallest? (I saw different ones on sale).
Ilmirushka
Naty, I know for sure that P2 is 15 minutes, I almost always use P2. And P1 is a little longer, perhaps 20-25 minutes, but I can't tell you anything about couscous ...
