Girls! Meet the new owner of 37502! I settled on this model precisely because of the discussions and tips here (and very appetizing photos)
While I was cooking in a slow cooker 4 times, something worked out, something not very Probably, you just need to adapt. But it definitely saves time. One thing I can't understand - is it normal that steam is coming out of her very much ??? I had never dealt with such devices before, I cooked only on gas and in the oven. The valve is inserted. I think that is correct, because it is simply impossible to insert it otherwise - there is such a special pin sticking out. Above the MV there are wall cabinets, since their entire bottom is covered with drops, I'm not sure if this is useful for furniture. Maybe I haven't closed something somewhere? Or should it be?
Omela
Kotofeyka , welcome to the forum !! With a new assistant to you !! Steam during operation of the MV is normal. When cooking, you can pull the MB out to the edge of the table .. or place it in a place without hanging shelves.
Pichenka
I, too, as it seemed to me according to the instructions is not clear about the valve. How does it work, is it right. There was steam, but the hood was above it. I didn't notice the phlegm. But the instructions clearly state where you don't need to put. Well, maybe over it, attach paper towels, safets on scotch tape ...
Kotofeyka
Omela, Pichenka, thanks for the quick reply. Now I am confident that everything is working correctly. And we'll think of something with the steam.
You will not be able to put a MV under the hood - it is exactly above the gas stove. The only place where there is nothing to dampen around is the windowsill, there is only glass and plastic. But there are no outlets nearby. In general, I will think.

Yoghurt on the program Yoghurt (no boiling) by default 6 hours. 1 liter. milk 100g. sugar and 1 bottle of Imunele. Not sour, thick, better than in a yogurt maker. I'm not really overjoyed.
This is after a night in the fridge.
Multicooker Brand 37502
Lena, I did it for the night - I've already had breakfast! And my question is - sugar 100 g - is it for the taste or?
Made from Mozhaisk milk and Mechnikov's curdled milk.
Cats say hello too - they liked it too!
Elena Br
Good day.

When using a multicooker, I put it sideways and closer to the edge of the table, thereby it does not float on the cabinets. And the windowsill is the rightful place for flowers.

No, the window is definitely not worth it. I just started using the stove less now. I put a piece of chipboard, some kind of shelf on the stove and put the MV.
I put MV in the kitchen cabinet. I carried out an audit, unnecessary pots, pans, forms - put them in a bag and on the balcony. It will be necessary - I will get it. And it will stand for 3 years ... (Although it’s already about 5 years old, it’s a pity to throw it away. But it is necessary - Teflon, supposedly French casseroles of 18 years. And they say a maximum of 7 and all for scrap. But outwardly nothing seems to mutant some kind of toad, neither one nor the other)

Sugar for taste only.I, like many on the forum, make sugar-free yogurt, and add it to the ready-made one before use. I make yoghurt in glass jars right away, and before use it is not touched.

Lyusya, thanks! : rose: And what did you close the jars?
Luysia
That first time I did not cover it with anything and a little condensation got into the yogurt, and then I began to cover the jars with an inverted lid (glass jars from under mayonnaise with twisting lids).

I cooked milk porridge in a slow cooker, both times with a delay, so that they would be prepared for breakfast in the morning. I used the recipes from the instructions. Rice turned out well, but something strange happened to millet. I myself did not see (I sleep for a long time), but my husband said that there was a dry porridge below, and on top of it there was a centimeter layer of something that looked like an omelet. Not for ordinary milk froth, but for an omelet. My husband mixed it all, but there the white pieces remained, did not mix with the porridge, I found only them. It didn't really affect the taste, but the view is not very appetizing. Judging by the clean lid and walls, the milk did not try to escape. What was it? And how to make sure that next time this does not happen?
This porridge was also overcooked, but I myself am to blame - I put in 2 times more food than in the recipe, and set the cooking time not for an hour, but for one and a half. But it was not because of this that the milk turned out to be a layer on top.
====
By the way, steam no longer bothers me. My husband made such a pipe on the valve from a plastic bottle - when I turn it on, I put it on top, everything is diverted to the side, I don't even need to move the MV anywhere now. I did not like to move to the edge - a small child is already reaching the tables, but there is no mind yet, she was afraid that she would grab it and drop it on herself.

Milk curdled?
Lyalya Toy
Girls, today I measured all the glass bowls and found one suitable for proving sourdough in a multi bowl.
Then everything was as usual, I added water, flour to the sourdough, put it in a bowl and put it in a multi bowl. Dir. "Yogurt". After 3 hours
the leaven turned out to be 5 +++. Now I have no problems with proofing the dough and sourdough.
MariV
Made in jars - great! Naro-Osanovskoe milk, Ostankino thermostatic curdled milk. On the bottom of the rag, on the rag of the cans, I covered the cans on top, the water on the hangers of the cans - and at 6 o'clock - by default.
Thanks everyone for the idea!

Understood nothing. We are talking about sourdough or still about yogurt.
Why curdled milk? If about yogurt. Is it just for fermentation?
And I haven’t made yogurt yet, I decided now to rush into the production of Imunele without additives. Or am I not in the subject at all?
F
girl, tell us in more detail about the cereal mode .. otherwise I'm afraid I will do something wrong .. for what dishes, in what proportions you use ..
Pichenka
So see the first post. There are also recipes for different types of cereals. Do you mean proportions?
Of course you have to stick to them. It depends on what you want to get - smudged or crumbly. So everything has already been written.
And they are porridge porridge - milk or a side dish, or type 2 cereals with additives .. And what else?
The express is the express - the fast one seems to be, the standard is the usual one, and the pilaf, as it were, takes more time for rice.
So it is programmed there.
For example, today I decided to cook chicken soup from the wings, fried it lightly on baking, brought it to a boil, boiled and put it not on the soup, but on stewing. Well, how would I do it on the stove, it boiled and reduced it to a small one. How much of that meat is there? Or maybe I, too, did something wrong, maybe I need to boil it longer, so that I’m sure to beat some kind of salmonella.
And I noticed the most delicious broth when the broth does not boil, but a little bit ... Do not believe me? I'm not lonely...

but my meat on stewing is damp after 2, 5 hours .. I made potatoes with meat .. I loaded everything together .. for 1.5 hours on stewing mode .. the potatoes turned into porridge, the meat was raw ..but about the cereal mode, I was wondering when each one is used separately, well, for example express .. what result does it give .. I figured out the cereals ..

F, Express and Standard modes differ in cooking time - 30 and 45 minutes, respectively. so choose by product - for what time. On the Express I cook rice, pre-soaked in boiling water, lentils. On the Standard buckwheat, pasta.

I can hardly imagine it. : pardon: I can only assume that the number of products was very large.

Thank you .. so I was wondering what the standard is what they cook on the express. :) but about meat, I would not say that there were a lot of products .. a little or almost half a bowl .. is that a lot?

It's a lot. It was necessary to first stew the meat for an hour, and then put the potatoes. Then the meat will be soft.

Well, you see for yourself, next to 2 posts about jars. I didn't understand. And you shouldn't be so. Well, they would explain that for yogurt, not only these microbes are needed, for which you need to run around the city to look for, but something else may come up. Or they would have sent where, where it says about it. It is not immediately clear what and how.
In general, I do not go here as in a reading room, but in the same way as you master MB.
SchuMakher
Pichenka I make yoghurt on Activia, on any other yoghurt that is in the store, the main thing is that there are live bacteria and there are no additives. I have never done it in jars, I do it right in the bowl, for 2 liters of milk 250 g of yogurt Good luck

Do not worry. Yogurt cannot be made from curdled milk - only curdled milk. Good too - but not yogurt. It requires special leavens - evitalia, for example. Sold in a pharmacy.
MariV
"Yogurt - fermented milk product with a high content of dry fat-free milk substances, produced using a mixture of fermenting microorganisms - thermophilic lactic acid streptococci and Bulgarian lactic acid bacillus. Federal Law of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2008 N 88-FZ "Technical regulations for milk and dairy products".

"In Bulgaria, which is considered the birthplace of yogurt, products containing any other ingredients, for example, milk powder, pectin, sugar, thickeners, preservatives, etc., are not yoghurts... The Bulgarian authorities decidedly approached the problem of a large number of products that flooded the market and are called "yoghurts", considering yogurt one of their national symbols and products. The Bulgarian Committee for Standardization and Metrology in the Ministry of Health has banned Danone products and other similar products from other companies from being called yoghurts and introduced strict requirements for standardization and content of real yoghurt
Pichenka
Sunshine, yes I know that.
Just in a nearby store all these "emunels" with additives. and the special ones in the pharmacy are very expensive.
So the question arose. A long time ago, my niece left for permanent residence in America and told how she makes yoghurt, they could not live without him, without yogurt.
I told the allergist doctor, it was a long time ago, it was very unusual. We always made curdled milk from village milk. And then YOGURT !!!. Well, they laughed at me, like, who then checks there, how much and what bacteria multiply there?
By the way, my daughter suggested today that there is a store where, right in the bottles, like in a pharmacy, some microbes are not expensive. The store used to be called a diet, now it's just a grocery store, but there is a very large selection of specific products left there. That's where I'll jerk tomorrow.
MariV
Pichenka , look for Mechnikov's curdled milk in your Chelyabinsk. It will be significantly cheaper.
I made this sour milk product in a multicooker 2 times - just in a bowl and in jars. I liked the cans more, especially since in the instructions for the multicooker on page 14, paragraph 5 says "Put the finished yogurt in the refrigerator for 5 hours (do not stir)".
I put it in jars without stirring.
Pichenka
Thank you very much, I will definitely study the question. Very interesting, though not a single review, apparently recently opened. Well, the fact of the matter is that I was told that you can find it, depending on the price of the issue.
And I haven't heard of Mechnikov's curdled milk, maybe we don't sell it.

I stew meat for at least 2 hours. Sometimes longer. It all depends on the quality of the meat and on its quantity. Pork stews faster, beef takes longer.

She stewed meat herself yesterday. I fried it in baking, and then added onions and frozen carrots. She switched to extinguishing. After 1:15, I turned off the program, because the beef was ready.
I determined for myself that it takes 1 hour to cook pork in the Stew mode, and for beef 1.5 - 2 hours.
If after 1 hour on the Stew mode, the meat, cut into pieces, remains raw, then I recommend contacting the service center to check this mode.

🔗 - it's still milk.
The yogurt turned out. 1 ate with jam. I don't like sugar without anything, it seemed sour. From what? Fresh milk - 3.2%. Actimel natures, but with added sugar. This is all that we managed to get. Can be quickly disassembled.
And so everything is good, I liked it. Serum only seems to be present. What does it mean?
The girls are fellow countrywomen. Share your thoughts, where do you get the source code? What milk, what leaven, and where?
Elena Bo
Pichenka, write how you did it. The sourness and whey indicate that the yogurt is overexposed.

Hello. We bought a multicooker 37502 04/03/2012. I am very satisfied. Thanks to this thread and recipes, I've already tried a lot. Everything turned out - baked goods, bread, and yoghurts ... I can't get enough of yoghurts. And the problem made me register on the forum. On my multicooker, the latch cracked and the lid now does not close. The tongue itself cracked inside on a spring.I was very upset
So I have a question for Elena BO. What is the best way for me to proceed? I am from Tula. From the list of service centers in the instructions, I realized that there are no service centers in Tula.

If it was beef, I'm not surprised. Once I stewed for 4 hours and still the meat was ready, but fibrous. Such beef was caught. Try stewing for longer. It's not a pressure cooker, so it doesn't happen quickly.

Send me a photo of the broken part, because the description is not very clear what exactly cracked. Then we will send you the spare part you need. I think it will not be difficult for you to replace it.
P.S. In the PM, please send your mailing address for sending the details.

I propose to understand the problem so that I know exactly how to help you.
I consulted with a specialist of our service center on your question.
If the temperature sensor is to blame, then there should be problems with the operation of other modes. How do the other modes work for you? Any comments on the work?
Is the food warm or hot when using the Stew function? Does the liquid (sauce) boil during cooking? Maybe the problem is in a particular meat. Whether other foods are being cooked in Stew or not.

Elena, thank you for your prompt response. To be honest, I am somehow scared to get into the multicooker, it is still under warranty. Is it possible that you send a spare part, and we will come, for example, to the Kaluga service center and will be replaced with us? Or come to the Moscow service center and also replace it on the same day, so as not to wander back and forth for two days?
