Oatmeal was like thatMulticooker Brand 37502 immersed in a bowl overnight in a ratio of 1: 4 with water. I added raisins and dried cranberries. Mode - express groats, delay 8.5 hours. In the morning I woke up - I heard a signal of readiness, while I was washing and dressing, I stood on the heating. The cereal is well cooked. The daughter got up at 11, turned off the heating, the porridge is normal, not overdried. Now I cook lean borscht.

I am actively experimenting, I want to cook oatmeal from whole grains, without milk. Cook for 30 minutes according to the instructions. I understand that this is an express cereal, especially since I want to deliver on a delay.

Thank you very much for the photo tip.
I present to your court Perlovka with potatoes. Finally, I managed to take a picture, otherwise they ate earlier faster than I could take a picture.
1 multi-glass of barley (rinse well) pour 3 multi-glasses of water, salt. Croup mode is standard.
Fry 2 onions separately, then add 3 coarse grated potatoes, fry (I like the taste of fried potatoes in a dish), salt.
Pour into the cooked barley, add 100 ml. broth or water, spices and herbs to taste. Braising 15-20 min. DELICIOUS. Very satisfying, especially handy during fasting.

She also prepared a lean honey gingerbread. I really like baking in the cartoon despite the 120 degrees, just class.

Nata_2011, wow, what a yummy! And pearl barley and gingerbread are just class I also want to cook barley, but I wouldn't have guessed with potatoes. I'll have to try.
Nata_2011
Thank you so much. I would not have guessed either if my husband had not decided to fast. So the question became what to feed. I rummaged in the internet and found it. Many thanks to the author. This is a really delicious dish. And I was shocked by the gingerbread, the first time I did it in the oven - I didn't like it, but in the cartoon it's just super (especially with jam). The child wove both cheeks, although he doesn't like honey.

esya:
- I have been using it for two months already, I am satisfied with everything, but the smell remained, which I just didn’t do. At first it seemed that the smell was from the thermoelement, but it turned out to be from the bowl itself. The baked milk turns out to be tin, which smells bad, I make yogurt in jars ..
Nata_2011:
- The smell remains. And if God forbid you left the lid closed, then that's all, the procedures must be done again. In this connection, I have a question from what materials are the bowl and other elements made? After all, this is probably harmful. I bought it to cook porridge for children. Otherwise, in my opinion, everything is perfect.
Good day.
There was not a single instance where the smell from the bowl was confirmed.
The source of the smell was either the heating element or, as I can guess, in your case, the smell from the silicone pad.The smell is safe in either case.
I can offer two solutions to the problem.
- Do not close the lid of the multicooker if you are not cooking in it.
- Drive up to our office and we will change the silicone elements of the multicooker for new ones.

Nata_2011
Thank you. I live in Oryol, probably it won't work with an office. But the smell is really from the seals, they absorb the smell of the food being cooked.

PASTA WITH VEGETABLES (frozen).
I also decided to try out some recipe with pasta. There were frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, mushrooms, bell peppers) and onions. Fried on Baking for 20 minutes, periodically closing the lid. Then I poured 1 cartoon glass of macaroni (I have Shebeken "half-dough"). I poured 2 tokens of water (the second was not full). Salted and a little Khmeli-suneli. Croup Express mode. Such yummy turned out.

Nata_2011 everything is delicious, delicious!
And today I decided to make yogurt, a friend came and we found out that from the milk from our milkmaid, if it is not boiled, then yogurt does not work and I made cottage cheese.
It's just that my milk is a little sour (curdled when cooking porridge in the morning), I poured it into the MV bowl for only approx. 1.5 liters, about 1.3 liters of yogurt was poured into it. At first I kept it for 5 hours at dir. "Yogurt without boiling", nothing came out, the milk remained, and the curdled milk floated on top with a cap and then set the "boiling", waited until it began to boil a little, turned off and closed the lid. Opened in minutes. 30 it turned out wonderful cottage cheese !!!

Girls, and who stews how much beef? Mine was stewing for 6 hours today and I would not say that it was very soft. True, I cut it into large pieces, well, about 3 by 4 cm. Maybe you got such meat?

Yeah. And I also read it and was surprised, but I don't think I have 37502, so I won't climb, maybe I don't know why. In fact, it takes 2.5 hours to extinguish a piece of boiled pork and then it comes to readiness.
Yes, and on languor, in 6 hours everything should be OK!

And how was it before?
It seems to me that in 6 hours, the iron will break apart!
LyuLyoka
I was surprised myself. I put it for 4 hours, at the end I tried it and added 2 more. There is a lot of liquid, should it evaporate at all in this mode?
Nata_2011
Lyalya TOY, thank you very much. I make yoghurt in a yoghurt maker. When preparing yogurt, you need to take either boiled milk or ultra-pasteurized milk. Since the technology requires a certain temperature (heating), then other unnecessary bacteria can develop (you can simply get poisoned). Therefore, in order not to multiply what should not be in yogurt, it is better to boil milk. And in order to get the cottage cheese, it is necessary to warm it up, then the sour milk is curdled. (there are other ways, but in my opinion this one is more natural).

In mine, 37501, on stewing, the liquid does not evaporate, but on the contrary, the meat gives juice.
Elena Bo
The liquid will not evaporate, since there is almost no boiling during extinguishing. But it seems to me that it's all the same that you've messed up with the regimes somewhere. Or a terribly old brute.
LyuLyoka
With modes, order is for sure. But I can't vouch for beef

Then, ancient the cattle was already.
It remains to check the regime with other meat.
LyuLyoka
And besides meat, why would such a thing be extinguished, can you tell me the recipe?
Nata_2011
Or maybe pre-marinate the meat, in gochitsa, for example, and delicious and piquant.
And I also have a question, did anyone cook ham in a cartoon? Here I found several posts, but somehow I didn't really understand.

ysbor Thank you.

Yogurt too. Add sourdough (yogurt) to the milk and voila. And how to add this and how to make it turn into cottage cheese immediately?
Lyalya Toy
Try adding a little curdled milk or thick yogurt to the milk and boil, if you don't heat it but let it boil, you should get cottage cheese.
Dusya Tapkina
Girls, when I don't have very good milk, I buy loose cottage cheese and a liter of decent milk in the store. Boil milk and throw cottage cheese there. If you then hold it on heating for 20-30 minutes, and then drain and squeeze, the cottage cheese turns out to be very decent.
Nata_2011
You can add 3-4 tablespoons to boiling milk (1 liter). tablespoons of calcium chloride. The milk will begin to curdle, making cottage cheese. You can also add 1/2 lemon juice instead of calcium, the effect is the same.
Lyalya Toy
ABOUT! Exactly! And I completely forgot about calcium and lemon. Someone else adds vinegar. Even without additives, cottage cheese is good from homemade milk, especially when my dear reduces its consumption, so I have to curd and yogurt milk.
Nataly-84
And you can get very delicate cottage cheese if you take milk and kefir 1l: 1l

Good day.
If your gum smells like food being cooked, thorough washing with detergent and airing can help. (I have been using the Brand 37502 multicooker for several months, and did not notice that the gum absorbs the smell of food).
But if you cannot cope with the smell using the proposed methods, then send the multicooker to us at: 109382 Moscow, Egoryevsky proezd, 2.
We will replace all silicone parts and send the multicooker back to you.

Class! Flax, dry, right? Where did the humid environment go? Was it dripping from the lid? What is the recipe?
Elena Bo
The cake turned out to be not dry inside, but moist, as I like.During baking, it did not drip from the lid, and when I opened it, turn it over, I collected the condensation from the gum with a paper napkin.
Experimental cake, made for the first time. Not classic, but quite interesting in taste. I would probably even say that this is something between cake and yeast cake. I was wise.

Wonderfully prepared borscht today. First, I prepared all the ingredients of the borscht. I washed and chopped vegetables, washed the meat and cut into 3x3cm pieces. I switched on the "Krupa" Express, poured the grows. oil. After heating the oil, put the onion, fry with stirring for 3 minutes. Then the vegetables were laid with an interval of 5 minutes, in the following sequence: beets, carrots, tomato paste (puree). Mixed everything up. Almost at the same time, she put meat, potatoes and cabbage, added salt and poured 2 liters of boiling water over it, mixed. I closed the MV lid and switched to soup, by default 1h30min. For beauty and pungency, I always make paint from the cleanings of well-worn beets, pouring them with 3% vinegar when there is no lemon. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, I pour in this paint, add 1 tbsp. l sugar, put a couple of laurels. leaves. It turned out to be a thick rich borscht. My grandson told me to always cook borscht like that.
