There was a problem and the manufacturer has already fixed it. Here are guidelines on how to choose and not be mistaken.
Before purchasing a 37502 multicooker, inspect the outside of the bowl for contamination. After in the store, turn on the multicooker to the Baking mode (without a bowl) and if after 3 minutes you do not feel a strong smell (the smell of new equipment is allowed), then you can safely take this instance.

Hello girls! Help me decide, in 1.5 weeks it will be possible to leave the dacha for St. Petersburg for MV, I am tormented by the choice between Brand 37502, Maruchi RW FZ 47 and Viconte vc 801. It seems that the brand wants most of all, but they write that the smell is so terrible that they even give back because of him. Does it disappear completely? Maybe these are fakes with a smell? And the others do not have it ??? I hope you can help me with advice.
Viconte vc 801 is a bread maker, sort of like ..., in the marucha porridge the display in English also runs away, but Brand is probably the very thing, only can it be better than Brand 37501? And 502 is also good, I bought a friend for her birthday. , there was no smell ...
luntik5
Girls!! Don't be afraid ... I bought the cartoon in June .. there is no smell at all ... really .. really))) I live in Krasnoyarsk ... Today I paid for the order for my mother as a gift .. the cartoon is just super !!!! don't even hesitate
luntik5
Now help me ... how to cook beef ... after 15 minutes of baking and an hour of stewing, rubber rubber ((((
Sens
Simmer for two hours!
Marinasdl
Hello and I need some advice. Made vegetable stew: baked goods 1 hour. Then "Pilaf" - after 1 hour the cartoon turned off: the result is half-baked vegetables, there is a lot of juice from vegetables. Tell me what's wrong?
luntik5
maybe you chose the wrong modes, I think you just had to choose "stewing", I stewed cabbage with chicken, everything is super !!!!

Arka
Dear Brand 37502 users! I need your help in the form of tips or clarifications.
We decided to give this cartoon as a gift to mom.
Mom is not particularly friendly with technology.
Do you think she can handle it? Is this cartoon simple enough to operate? Is it possible to cook delicious cereals, baked goods, stew, fry in it and at the same time (this is important!) Not combine several, but use one a mode that logically fits the cooking method: porridge - on porridge, pie - on baked goods, something fried - on frying, etc.
Did I understand it clearly?
I really hope for expert answers experienced
Elena Bo
No frying in 37502 yet. The rest all corresponds to the programs. There are programs Baking, Soup, Yogurt, Steaming, Milk porridge, Stewing, Dough, and Groats (Pilaf, Standard for rice, Express for buckwheat). The only thing is a small display. If your vision is poor, then there may be problems.

Elena, thanks for the quick response!
I read that you can fry on heating. Is this so, or am I confusing?
Dealer, cat. advised, said that only the clock is shown on the display. Is this so or is there something else? Tell me, something important is displayed on the display necessary to select a mode or make a decision?
Vision is just not very ...
Elena Bo
When you select a program, a red light near the name lights up (these names are too small for a May glance, although if you wear glasses, then nothing). The display itself shows the remaining cooking time or running "ants" if the mode is automatic.
You can fry in Baking.
Omela
In a nutshell - all programs are 5, baked goods - 4. IMHO
MariV
I fully support the previous speaker!
If a mother's eyesight is not very good, then until she gets used to pressing everything on the machine, it will be difficult.

Hello, please tell me how much is the volume of soup or porridge?
Arka
Girls, thank you all for the answers!
Do you think it would be helpful to print a panel with large letters for her? or not orientated?

Helpful. moreover, there the red light jumps over when you press, unlike Panas, where there is just an arrow. You can't see her at all.

Agka, of course, your mom will quickly get used to it! My mother has been using the multicooker for a year now, although she is VERY NOT FRIENDLY with the equipment. After a few weeks, he will simply remember the location of the names of the programs!
Arka
Well, I already cuddled her
And even included baked goods to check "for smell"
All normul!
Liked it!
Now we need to implement
Arka
Thank you girls! We will teach our mother (this is, by the way, the mother of her beloved) to the beautiful!
We really hope that we will have to go to court

My mother, by the way, never became friends with MV.
Mine would definitely make friends for just yogurt

Arka, with the purchase of you !!! The mother of the beloved will definitely appreciate both your care and the device itself! Especially if you cook some favorite dish together.

Dear forum users! Please help me to decide 37502 or 37501? An impressive list of recipes is impressive for both options, they seem to be all similar, but still there are differences. Thank you in advance

Your question is already very broad. You somehow concretize your requests, then you will be able to answer. And you have simply compared these multicooker so many times. In both topics.

Don_Verde, recipes for the most part do not depend on the MB model !! And the main difference is in 502 bowls with a ceramic coating, dough mode. B 501 - manual mode.
Don_Verde
Is manual mode mainly for baking? It seems that the release of the changed 502 is expected soon, do not know when? It turns out they become the same? Another 501 is almost 1.5 kg heavier, is it much more or does it depend on something else? We have different time zones, so I try to ask everything at once

Manual mode allows you to set the time and temperature required for a particular dish. Manual mode can be used not only for baking. For example, I use it for defrosting, and for cooking pasta, etc. In principle, you can adapt to cook without manual mode ... Especially if a bowl with a ceramic coating is important. The 502 does not yet have the Fry mode that the 501 does, if that’s relevant to you. After the changes (which are not yet known exactly when they will occur), they will be the same only in manual mode. Wow! I didn't even notice that there is a 1.5 kg difference in weight. And on Ozone, the difference in weight is generally 2+ kg. This is probably essential for the transfer ...
Don_Verde
Is the ceramic coated bowl important?

Is the ceramic coated bowl important?
Well, it is generally accepted that such a coating is more environmentally friendly than non-stick.

Are the programs otherwise configured differently? Well, the frying mode, of course, with soup
Elena Br
Good day.
Where does the information come from that the difference in weight is 1.5 kg?
Multicooker 37502 and 37501 weigh almost the same. The gross of these multicooker is 5.5 kg, net is 4.2-4.4 kg.

The main modes, such as Stewing, Steaming, Baking, Milk porridge, Yogurt, work almost the same.
Omela
In 502, you can fry in Baking.
Don_Verde
We still can not decide on the model .. Roughly speaking, they prepare the same according to the programs, but the advantage of 501 due to the manual mode? Did I understand correctly from what I read on the forum pages?
Omela
Quote: Don_Verde

advantage of 501 due to manual mode?

Yes, against the 502 eco-friendly ceramic coating.
Don_Verde
With non-stick like people cook and nothing but a bowl from 502 to 501 does not fit, I suppose?
Omela
The bowls are not suitable. If ceramics are not important for you, take 501.

We still cannot decide on a model ..
Don_VerdeI know how difficult it is to choose the first multicooker. Perhaps my experience will help you.
- I carefully examined the pictures of the multicooker, chose the ones I liked by color and shape. (501 and 502 are different in appearance!)
- I read both instructions. I tried to understand HOW I would operate the device.
- I compared the modes and determined which ones are more important for me.
- I read user reviews, took their opinion into account.
- I looked through the recipes (it is clear from them whether it is EASY to operate the multicooker, HOW to cook my favorite dishes).
After that I easily settled on the model.
P.S. Wouldn't particularly consider the coating of pots in THESE MV. It has been said many times that in both models they are very, very durable.
Good luck with your choice!
lesyara
Well, only I leaned thoroughly towards Viscount vc601 - it turns out that you answered me that it loses significantly functionally. I would be very grateful if you write more about this. The lid does not have a removable plate, which is bad. The lid opens to the right, inconvenient. And what else? And here's how to determine from which batch of MV - the corrected or the old one (I mean Brand)? Can you tell me about the dates of manufacture? In fact, I still wanted to give one MV to my daughter, maybe start with Visconte, and then Brand, let all the odorous ones sell for now. I am very afraid of the smell, and you have inspired me very much that Visconte does not smell. I also chose HP Visonte, but I need to arrange delivery from Moscow to St. Petersburg, but my Internet is very buggy, nothing comes of it. In general, I'll go to sniff Brand on Saturday!

It is, of course, possible. But there is still a difference in frying at 120aboutC and 160aboutFROM.

The bread maker is good because it kneads the dough. If there is no oven in it, but it does not matter what kind of coating the bucket has (non-stick or ceramic). And it is just possible to arrange bread and bake in Brand 37502.
MariV
lesyara, I have both a viscount and a brand - don't waste your money buying a viscount. The smell, it will pass. And the results of using the brand will not disappoint.

Dear Brand representatives! Can you please tell me, at the moment, are the release dates for the new MV model discussed in this topic known? It is very important for me!!! Thanks in advance for your reply.
Elena Br
Good day.
The production of this batch has not yet been launched, so it is too early to talk about exact dates. Approximately December.

It is easy to cook: on the "Baking" mode, first fry the onions, carrots, then add the Turkey (until it turns white). Salt and pepper (I add curry or spices for the poultry). After 15 minutes I switched to the "Stew" mode, add cream and simmer for minutes 40. Delicious
