Pichenka, write how you did it. Sourness and whey indicate that the yogurt is overexposed.
I put it on yogurt without boiling by default. After 6 hours I pulled out, it was 8 pm. She moved the glasses to the container, and covered them in the refrigerator until morning. In general, I liked it.
I bought Prostokvashino - 6%, I'll put it in the morning.
Elena Bo
The sourdough should be diluted in cold milk (from the refrigerator). Then 6 hours is just right.
Did you cook in a separate container? Was water poured cold into a bowl? Or did they put it like that, without water?
Pichenka
I diluted it, almost whipped it with a boiled whisk in a saucepan, where I almost boiled the milk, it cooled down, but in my opinion it was 30 grams. And then poured it into glasses. I covered it from condensation.
And she poured some warm water into the bowl.
In general, despite the 6 h. Sensation. that I overexposed. And what does it mean? Are the microbes multiplying the wrong ones or too actively, or what does that mean?
That is, to breed in the hall. milk cooled to cold after boiling? And the water in the bowl is cold? Let it warm up gradually?
Elena Bo
If you make it from warm milk, then you need less time for sourdough. And from the cold 6 hours just right.

Elena, thank you very much for your advice. From 6% milk and with cold products, a very tasty yoghurt is obtained.

I propose to understand the problem so that I know exactly how to help you.
I consulted with a specialist of our service center on your question.
If the temperature sensor is to blame, then there should be problems with the operation of other modes. How do the other modes work for you? Any comments on the work?
Is the food warm or hot when using the Stew function? Does the liquid (sauce) boil during cooking? Maybe the problem is in a particular meat. Whether other foods are being cooked in Stew or not. It seems that all modes are working fine, apparently both times with meat was not lucky, or after reading topics and recipes for a time in one hour. :) we will continue to work ..

Hello everyone, I have a multicooker for about two months, I chose it precisely because of this temko, thanks to everyone. I came to ask for advice, because I don't know which way to look, a question about baking. After the purchase, I immediately made a charlotte from the recipe in the book, it rose perfectly, everyone was delighted, then I made chocolate with boiling water, the height was also excellent, I did the sorceress, everything was super. After a break of two weeks, I make a charlotte according to the same recipe, a flat pancake comes out (in the recipe, I only reduced the sugar by 20 grams and that's it!). Well, I think it's a matter of flour (I bought another one that time), I buy another flour - the pancake is flat, and I beat the eggs separately and together - the pancake is flat. How many times have I tried to repeat the initial success - flat pancake. I thought it was in a slow cooker, because when I fry something on baking, after about seven minutes a click occurs and the intensity of frying drops. But then I just put water on the baking, to see if the water boils - it boils! boils throughout the hour! I don't even try to make other baked goods from frustration. Please tell me which way to dig.
Elena Bo
Bake a simple muffin. Maybe everything works fine. There may be a mistake in the kneading of charlotte or the number or variety of apples (they may be too juicy).

I just don't believe in success anymore)) When kneading charlotte, I mix flour with a baking powder (if I'm not mistaken, you advised me), I mix it with a spoon, and not with a mixer for a short time. I put an apple in general) But the proportions of flour (120 g) and sugar (100 g) should be exactly the same?
Elena Bo
If the charlotte does not work, then this is not an indicator that the multicooker is not working. Bake other baked goods. Try it, don't get hung up on one thing.
Shelena
Irdra, I read about your problems with charlotte and, as the author of the recipe, decided to write. Your changes in the ratio of flour and sugar could not have led to such a sad result. I guess it's about apples. Try not to put them on at all. It will turn out to be a regular biscuit. Please note that the eggs and sugar should be beaten for a very short time (3 minutes), and, adding flour with baking powder, simply mix (if with a mixer, then 15 seconds!)

I can also advise you to bake "Zebra". As a rule, everyone succeeds! :) Just increase the time a little (1 hour 10), because the recipe was adapted for 1 models of multicooker, and there the heating on the "BAKING" was stronger.
Good luck to you! Everything should work out!

The fact that in the baking mode after the end of the program a huge amount of water is formed and all this is poured onto the dish, one of the useful functions of this model? Or how else can this be explained?

Take out the pastries immediately after the end of the cycle. Do not let it stand closed and there will be a minimum of condensation. Open the lid quickly, then if condensation has formed, then it will not get into the baked goods.

Thank you, yes, I do not beat the eggs with sugar for long, I just mix the flour with baking powder. It’s just not clear that the first time it turned out so great, but here, well, nothing. On the weekend I'll try again without apples, thanks for the advice.

Today I baked the first bread in a cartoon, but what a! Twisted pogacha from Sonadora Baked for 50 minutes, turned over and another 20 minutes. Very nice and tasty !!! I counted only 500 g of flour.

This is not serious. It may not even bake at all and not even speak in this model. For some reason, in the same ancient Panas there is a minimum of condensation, but in the newest model there is such a jamb ..

This is not a jamb of this model. This is how all models with a removable lid behave. So you have to adapt. I see no problem taking out the baked goods immediately after the beep.

It is not always possible, but if you cook on a delay. I am not saying that everything is bad in this model, but this moment is very unpleasant. Apparently it is his own fault, since he did not study all the information before buying.
Elena Bo
As I understand it, it was about baking and condensation that gets into it? What postponement is in this case? What can you bake on delay? Delay is cooking not immediately after the start of the program, but after a set time.

Charlotte, casserole. Even in the cereal mode, that's just what buckwheat was doing, there is a lot of condensation, everything will remain on the multi sides, on the rubber gasket near the lid, after each cooking you have to wipe off a bunch of water. The container, which is on the back of a multi, intended for condensation, is practically empty after cooking.
Elena Bo
When it is not baking, condensation does not interfere, as it forms on the stove, if the pan is covered with a lid. You can't go anywhere. And such large sides are specially made for condensate drainage.

I have a question for Elena Br
A month ago I bought a slow cooker 37502. She lives in my dacha, that is, I do not cook in it every day and I also look at it only on weekends. This weekend, I was surprised (to put it mildly) to see some kind of insect behind the glass of the display, very similar to a food moth. This rubbish was very lively and crawled briskly, since the "Steam cooking" program was on, apparently, it was hot.
Bringing a multicooker from the dacha to the service is quite problematic for me, and this does not affect the work of multi in any way, but a certain feeling of disgust appeared and the rating of the Brand firm in my eyes greatly decreased.
And now the question is: how could this muck appear there? I did not find any visible cracks into which she could crawl. Most likely it is a Chinese moth. Then in what conditions is the assembly of Brand electronic equipment, if possible? There, in a corner behind the glass, there is also a cocoon, either she hatched out of it, or will give offspring.
Unfortunately, I did not have a camera with me and I took a photo with my phone, but it is quite possible to see it.

Good day.
Take my word for it, this is not a resident of China. This is a local insect that has taken a liking to the Brand multicooker.
At the bottom of the multicooker case there are ventilation holes, through which it penetrated to the display. If you come to our office, our master will delete it. If it is not possible for you to reach us, then try to delete it yourself. It will be necessary to unscrew 4 bolts and remove the lower part of the multicooker body. Then unscrew 4 more screws that hold the display. Then open the lid of the multicooker and remove the display. This will be the most difficult, since the display is held by the buttons and they will need to be "pushed away". Then clean the display and assemble the multicooker.

Thanks for the info.
Then two more questions
1. After all these manipulations, I seem to lose my warranty? That is, if, God forbid, something serious happens (mmm), then ...........
2. Can any crawling creature enter this path? This is a dacha, there is a pair of every creature! Maybe then put the cartoon on some non-combustible base and periodically water it with something from crawling insects? And somehow I don't really want to watch this series "Behind the Glass"

1. Write to me in a personal message your data (surname and name, as well as the model of the multicooker and the date of purchase) and I will transfer them to our service center. If there are problems with the multicooker, then the guarantee will remain for you.
2. I can suggest another option. When not in use, put the device in a plastic bag to prevent insects from entering.
sgf45
Elena, thank you!
I can’t send a message to you in a personal message, Kaspersky is furious, and responds to any attempt that it contains a link to a malicious object. I'll try to send it from another computer tomorrow.
But I want to say THANK YOU again for the skill and, most importantly, the desire to seek and find a way out of any situation.

Good day everyone, today they brought my Brandik, though there was a marriage on a saucepan (cleavage (((but tomorrow they will replace it, I want to cook pilaf right away and I'm interested in this question - after frying, when we fill the pilaf with water), what kind of water to pour? Hot or it is possible from the tap, because the cartoon is still hot after baking?

If the bowl is hot, then it is necessary to pour hot water so that there is no sharp temperature drop.

Hooray !!! I, too, today became the happy owner of this miracle - an assistant named Brand 37502 I have already boiled water with lemon, and tomorrow we will start serious tests)). And by the way, the smell was only a little at the very beginning, and then only the smell of lemon. And then I read here that many have a long smell that lasts and was afraid))
Elena Br
Good day.
I would like to say a few more words about the very smell, about which much has been written. The technology for applying the outer coating of the bowl has been changed. And this completely eliminates contamination on the heating element, and as a result - the absence of odor during burning. There have already been two batches of Brand 37502 multicooker with the indicated changes.

Ladies, congratulate the new MV Brand adept

And your newbie advice is needed! I test modes, mainly dairy - porridge and yogurt, results:
1) Milk porridge 60 min - rice, milk "Clear meadow" - milk, I don't even know how to describe it correctly, probably stratified or curdled a little (it became heterogeneous, grains appeared) and 5 mst of milk per 1 mst of rice turned out to be a lot
2) Milk porridge 30 min - rolled oats, milk "Yasniy lug" - great! The porridge is not thick, not liquid, very tasty and right for breakfast
3) Yogurt without boiling for 6 hours - milk "Lianozovskoe" 1 liter, a jar of Immunele with blueberries)) - yogurt turned out, but liquid - I like this even more, although I wanted to see a different result in the miracle casserole
4) The biggest disappointment - yogurt with boiling for 6 hours - homemade cow's milk about a liter + a jar of Actimel without additives - again a slightly curdled mass, even on a plastic lid ...

What's wrong? How do you get what you want?
