Hello!
Became the happy owner of the Brand 37502 multicooker.
I would like to ask about high blood pressure. Is it in this multicooker?

I am delighted with the programs "Dough" and "Yoghurt", on which the sourdough for baking bread matures for just 2 hours.
Do you put the leaven in some kind of dish in a saucepan?

Now I don't want to put the dough directly into the saucepan. My copy overheats a lot at the very beginning of the "Dough" mode. Approximately 2-3 minutes after switching on, it is impossible to touch the pan (I was badly burned when I carelessly put my hand out to check). Then the heating is turned off and the temperature stabilizes. Maybe if you wait another 15 minutes, then you can safely use it for proofing, but who knows if it will "add more heat" after a while ... Catching such a short-term overheating with water and a thermometer is impossible, but yeast ( even cultural, even wild) it is hardly useful.
In general, I am now looking for suitable dishes to put inside a regular saucepan. This is not prohibited by the manufacturer?

mnk Congratulations!
There is no pressure in Brand 37502. It's just a slow cooker. Pressure only in multicooker pressure cookers.

I baked an excellent biscuit yes, cool, kneaded, pressed the button and forgot.

what? will there be a modified cartoon 37502?

lTo ripen the sourdough or dough, I take out the pan, put the folded paper several times on the heating disk, put a tea saucer and on this "sandwich" I put a jar of sourdough after feeding or a bowl of dough, close the lid MV, "Dough" mode 2 hours or "Yogurt "by default, only after 1.5 hours, you need to look into the MV every 15 minutes. When ready, I turn off the MV.

Thank you!
I’ll try to put something on, and without a pan.
I'll just wait, probably, about 15 minutes after the start of the mode, so that the heater is no longer so hot.

The spontaneous combustion temperature of the paper is much higher than in the MV at low temperature conditions. You can put a saucer on the disc first, and then put the paper. And MV is still in it with a saucepan or something. What is the multicooker itself without a pan? Just an electric stove in a thermos with regime gadgets, with which ordinary table tiles are equipped, and stationary stoves too.

A couple of pages ago, it was already discussed that in the Dough mode (declared 30 + -5 C), the dough is baked. Today I became convinced of this on my own skin! Literally ... I touched the bottom of the pan 2 minutes after turning on this mode, before putting the dough there. Didn't expect this! A burn of at least 2 degrees, with a blister
There was no mistake, it was the Dough mode that worked! It is generally difficult to confuse it with something, since it is in the most conspicuous place - at the top in the middle. So that's it. What kind of proofing is there ...

A very unpleasant situation. We will definitely double-check!

... I put the child to bed and turned it on, it smells burnt ... I wonder how many times you need to turn it on before the smell goes away?

Latest factory odor recommendations. The smell can come from the grease on the outside of the pot. It is recommended to rinse it thoroughly before using it for the first time.

Hmmm ... I still flipped through 85 pages of discussion. So, before June, you can't buy an updated model with a manual mode? Well, I can't stand it for another one and a half or two months without a multicooker!

Should indicate other dates. The earliest date when the Brand 37502 with new modes can be expected to arrive is the beginning of autumn.

even though I'm at a loss from the dancing of our fomurchan .....
"put paper on, put a saucer, etc. ...."
I'm kind of shocked ...
I haven't tried everything in the cartoon yet ... but such reviews are alarming to me
may not need to be misused ...
or present your claims to the manufacturer then ... and tell the formuchans that this unit is not intended for this
even like that everything is vague ...
I like to use ....
I'm not a fan to be completely universal! that is, the camera should take pictures, and the phone should ring - and that's all!
the multicooker should cook ....
basically everyone buys because of some specific function that they need (if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong ... in your opinion)
I am satisfied with my needs with a multicooker and a pressure cooker (of course not 100%, only a real cook who loves and cherishes you or a mother who loves you very much and be around)

Olga Nika
and further.....
the bowl is not dishwasher-safe ...
I almost ruined the cup ...
only washing by hand or you need to modify the coating outside ...
this is my opinion ... someone will have another ...

Today I tried again to stand the dough in a slow cooker. This time it was quite successful. As I expected, heating in this mode is turned on only once, at the very beginning of the "Dough" mode. Then the dough is left for 2 hours in the residual heat. Apparently, therefore, at first there is heating "with a margin" - so that it will last for 2 hours. I do not recommend feeling with your hand at this time
I waited the first 15 minutes, and only then put the dough. Everything is fine, but I like it better in the microwave with a glass of boiling water. It is easier to control the temperature and the humidity is higher.

Soaps! I was probably lucky I had a smell when I first turned on, and again on the fifth. Then it seemed to let go ...
And the interlocutor (on another forum) with whom we ordered a multicooker at the same time. I suffered longer and, as a result, returned it to the store. They would burn chtoli tena in the warehouse so that people would not run away.
The smell is so tinny ... if I had not read in advance that it was necessary to endure the first firing ... in hysterics I would have called the store that the cartoon is faulty.
Dear members of the forum, I have such a question, is it possible to cancel the automatic heating function right away when I select the cooking mode? And then I pulled out the casserole, but I forgot about heating this ... the car warmed up an empty bowl. Sorry if I repeat the question, I didn’t find anything about that.

Dandelion, I make julienne in portions. I use cocotte makers, tin or silicone muffin cups. I put the filled molds in a steamer dish. I cook on the "STEAM BOILING" mode for 10-15 minutes. It turns out very tasty.

MV not only cooks, but also melts the dough and dough. And what, do you think I should pour the leaven into a saucepan? Vadim didn't see any sedition in my actions, or didn't he? Those who use the program "Dough" know how to act, and others should not worry about the actions of users.

The manufacturer should not worry only if the user does not go to court later. No wonder, after all, the instructions say: you can't wash the cat in the washing machine, you can't dry the dog in the microwave, you can't blow-dry your hair with your feet on the battery ...

Why can't you put the leaven in a jar (or what is it in you) in a bowl? You can also put a napkin on the bottom of the bowl so as not to scratch the bottom.

I checked the work of the program, and this is what happens. Heating switches off as soon as the temperature on the heating element reaches 30 degrees. And then the still hot heating element heats the contents of the bowl to 40-45 degrees. Here it is - overheating! This happens only at the first (initial) stage of heating. In the future, the program maintains the temperature declared in the instructions.
Recommendations in this regard are as follows: turn on the "dough" program, but load the dough into the bowl after 5-10 minutes from the beginning of the program. This will avoid "baking".

It is impossible to disable "Heating" in existing modifications of Brand multicooker. But we are planning to realize this possibility already in the autumn batch of the Brand 37502 multicooker.

We are always surprised by reports of non-standard use of the multicooker. Used it as an inhaler in the bathroom, and now you are fermenting the leaven. But I am afraid of using a multicooker without a bowl, and even using paper on a heating element. (I will definitely include in the instruction a clause prohibiting such use.)
Here is a quote from the instruction: "The use of non-recommended accessories may be dangerous or damage the multicooker".

Is 37502 being finalized or not?
Yes, it is being finalized. In the multicooker, the "Dough" and "Simmering" modes will be replaced by "Frying" and "Manual", respectively. Moreover, the manual mode will be five-step. You can set up to 5 cooking stages in one program with the possibility of setting the time and temperature at each stage.

Hello everyone. I'm yours. It took 3 hours from ordering through the local Internet to delivery. I didn't even have time to get scared.
I cooked milk rice porridge. It was not cooked so tasty even in a pioneer camp.
Very tasty. But she did not recount according to the instructions, she did, as Admin writes, based on eaters - 1 cup of rice and 4.5 milk. After beeping, I opened it, mixed it, it was watery and the rice was not boiled. Milk marks on the lid and walls.
I switched on the "milk porridge" again and put it on for 30 minutes. Super porridge turned out. That is, according to the timer, only 1.5 hours. This is normal?
It seemed that 0.5 cups were not enough for 3 adults and the hungry.
Yes, I really wanted to bite, but I didn't notice any nasty smell. he was, as it were, from the multi itself, but from a casserole. I didn’t smell anything like that from the gasket. There was no suspicious smell from the porridge either. I washed the cartoon, wiped everything where it was necessary (there was no lemon, did not float). I'll open the lid for the night.
Thanks to the pioneers for the test drive, recipes and recommendations.

But really, what a pity to kill for half a day for cooking.
At the same time, I also bought such a thing through the Internet.

Good day.
Upon reaching 30 degrees, the heating is turned off, but the heating element is still very hot, since it was heated at the maximum power of the device. Therefore, the voltage is cut off, and the heating of the bowl continues. If you have an electrical board with disc heating elements at home, then it is not difficult for you to understand the principle. Now, if on such a stove the water in the pan boils and you turn off the stove, then the water continues to boil actively for some time. And why? Because the disc is very hot.

This is just all clear. Another thing is unclear. If the heating element (disc) heats up to 30 degrees and the heating is turned off, then where does the energy come from to heat the contents of the bowl to 40-45 degrees? I can understand that these 30 degrees will hold for some time and heat the pot with the contents to a temperature of no more than 30 degrees. Well, a body heated to a certain temperature cannot heat another body to a higher temperature.
Forgive me for being "smart", but I just want to figure it out for myself

That is, the heating element operates on maximum powerso that heat up as quickly as possible bowl up to 30aboutC, then it turns off, but since its temperature is much higher than 30aboutC, the bowl continues to heat up for some time.

Yes, I was wrong. The temperature is not recorded on the heating element, but on the outside of the bottom of the bowl. And since the NE is very hot, it is he who contributes to the increase in temperature after the power is turned off.

Girls, the mountains were turned off at my house. water and heating.
for us this is a disaster for 6 months. And for me, the difficulty is where to ferment the leaven?
Thought, grieved, but there was nothing to do and decided to take a risk (not to sit without bread).
I switched on the dir. "Dough" for 2 hours and poured in the leaven. At the end of the program I received
wonderful leaven. Nothing was baked, not fried. Everything is super!
Problem solved! HURRAH!
Thanks to Brand!

And why spread the leaven over the bowl, when it is much easier to put a vessel with the leaven, you do not grow the leaven in kilograms, for example, I have a max amount of the leaven of 300g. We also turned off the heating, so without "Dough" and "Yogurt" in your favorite Brand, nowhere, if there is nothing else with similar functions. For a strong union of a bread machine and a multicooker Brand !!!

And then, that I do not have a suitable vessel that fits into the bowl.

Yes, not kilograms, but not 300 grams.

You will pour it out, it will smear itself. And how does she live with you? After all, there are always small plastic containers on sale that can hold 2-3 volumes of the starter culture, in which it will live and decompose, the main thing is that it does not exceed the MV pot in height.

She lives with me in a glass jar, but it is not enough for growing.
I don’t want to use plastic containers, because it’s plastic.
