Casserole Like in a garden

Ingredients

cottage cheese 9% 2 packs
milk 125ml
sugar 2 tbsp (with a slide)
semolina 2 tbsp (with a slide)
eggs 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar (I do it with a whisk), then add the cottage cheese, mix well. Pour in milk and add semolina, mix well again and immediately pour it into a mold (I don't need to lubricate it in silicone, I recommend it to everyone). We put in a preheated oven of 190 degrees for about 40 minutes if convection, 1 hour if the top and bottom heat. Delicious. I cooked different ones, I took this recipe in the kindergarten in the kitchen, I have become a favorite cook almost every day. It is not for nothing that her children eat well in kindergartens (just don't make it burnt, it should be golden). Bon Appetit!)
