Girls, some kind of grief! What are you unlucky?
Yes, who knows ... I have already noticed that with expensive devices I am "lucky" at the first try, but with Chinese-Chinese devices I need to adapt for a long time and tediously.
And the instruction ... Does your dad have Polaris? There are 3 pages of instructions, just click to start the program written, no subtleties ...
P.S. Well, everything seems to be over with experiments .... What could be simpler than boiled buckwheat? After all, a multicooker is essentially a cooker with additional functions. We load 2 multi-glasses of washed buckwheat, 4 glasses of water, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil - all according to the instructions. We put the automatic program "buckwheat" and in 35 minutes we get perfectly boiled buckwheat, but .... tightly stuck to the bottom !!! Such a shame even on my antediluvian electric "dream" with curved spiral heaters does not happen! And why do I need buckwheat with vegetable oil? I love with creamy, cook without everything, and then add to the finished one. And if I cooked it without butter? Would it even have grown into the bottom?
The miser pays twice, and it couldn't be otherwise. Now I have a huge, small, slow ... steamer at home ... this device is not capable of anything else. Now we need to find the right words to convey this to my husband, because sidelong glances and "you wanted her so much, why don't you cook?" provided for me.
Vovan
Dumpling !!! Why is everything so bad with you? ))) Don't be discouraged. You just need to grease the bottom with butter when baking. Automatic programs are for cereals, not potatoes. Therefore, it is called STEAMED potatoes. Sunflower oil is added to buckwheat at will, and not as a binding. Well, I don't know why it sticks))). I made pilaf and buckwheat and soups-borscht, not to mention pastries. It didn't seem to stick. Well, a few grains of rice stuck in the pilaf, but not a disaster. And I do not fry the meat before porridge or soups, so I put it on, though I boil it once and drain the first water. Well, this is not for everybody. But the meat was always great. And the pig and the beef, the more the trigger))) Train - and everything will work out !!! Good luck!

Yes, Polaris. I bought him and myself the same after I poyuzala Panasonic. Polaris is made like Panas, only a little more powerful. My dad cut through one chip - what is the principle of operation of all programs, where water evaporates quickly, where not, what is the ratio of liquid and product for all programs. I cook all sorts of porridge there and dabble in soups, and carcass potatoes. Do not panic, start simple according to the instructions and everything will be OK

Thank you, I'm trying, but something's not right ...

I smeared with vegetable, is that the case? It seems that the creamy burns even more, there are more chances to stick on it ...

who cares? What's in the pilaf, what's in the potatoes with meat from below, meat and vegetables, and the program turned off when all the meat was raw and floated in water, that is, the miracle pan turned off the program until the liquid evaporated completely, but did not forget to bake the bottom After all, they make stew potatoes in Panasonic on "pilaf", and I did it, and everything was great!

yes, it has already started ... boiled buckwheat on the "buckwheat" program - why is it easier than that? Yes, boiled, yes, STICKED !!! Not burnt, but stuck to the bottom!
By the way, in the instructions the product-water ratio is given only for cereals. Everything. Point. The rest is just a description of how to press buttons. Can I have a different instruction?
It is unlikely that I will continue to train, I will try to hand over the unit ... It’s not the case that it sticks to the new pan like to an old tattered Teflon frying pan (although from the old Tefal it’s easier for me to burn away the burnt, you don’t need to tear with your nails).

And here I am from the bushes ... I also own Rolaris, and since I am always careful with technology and I had to work in the household service, I can safely assume. that such a general burning to the bottom may well be just a defect! Either the coating may be very poor quality or the heating element. There are irons that burn everything barely touching ?! Be sure to contact the service! Do not worry too much, in our time we all live according to the principle: bought - do not rush to rejoice - rejoice if you managed to get rid of the faulty one!

I haven't been to this Temka for a long time, so I went in and saw how many new multicooker machines appeared. Congratulations to everyone on your purchase! I especially want to congratulate you on Polaris 508, because I have this slow cooker, which makes me very happy! I read from someone that there were problems with cottage cheese dishes. Yes, this slow cooker is just made for casseroles! And also for biscuits and all other baked goods! And what a wonderful pilaf it turns out! The extinguishing works great! You can easily make yogurt! In general, I wish you all good luck, delicious dishes and good mood!

Girls, does someone use such a Polaris PPC 0105AD model? Share your impressions, please

Yesterday we gave my husband's mom to the DR cartoon Polaris 0512AD. Today they conducted field trials, prepared a curd casserole (the mother-in-law had not been friends with them before) and boiled pork (a recipe from Zhorzhevna). Everything worked out great.

... yesterday I also became the happy owner of this multicooker. True, this is my second slow cooker, I already have a lot of experience of "friendship" with Panasonic. I read in a recipe book that you can make yogurt in it. Tell us more about this! I ask everyone who already has a happy experience with this slow cooker ...

Yesterday my husband and I bought Polaris 512 for our wedding anniversary, today I wonderfully stewed the eggplants in it, and in the evening I decided to stir up the porridge, put all the ingredients in a saucepan according to the recipe and left on business, I hear my cartoon hissing, ran up, and milk rushed out of it! I poured the multicooker itself, all the electronics, entrails, etc., I'm not talking about the table and the floors, it's not so important. Now I sit and think why she did this, like everyone writes in the recipes, and no one runs away milk, and what will happen to my Polaris now, probably to the landfill. Some disorders

In general, my husband and I bought a Polaris PPC 0105AD. A good pressure cooker, although personally I still need to really learn how to use it. Quite light and, despite the large bowl, looks neat outwardly (smaller than my HP). I am pleased with the opportunity to independently change the duration of the preset programs and the separate possibility of cooking from 1 to 99 minutes. Of the disappointments so far, only the lack of a double boiler and a baking mode (although they were on the Internet).

Hello everybody! I have dreamed of a cartoon for a long time. I bought Polaris the day before yesterday, a cat. in a flower. What can I say ... I cooked porridge in the morning, very tasty, really long ... 1 hour .. Soup .. no words (((I cooked 2 times for 1 hour !! vegetarian pea soup ...The potatoes remained raw ((. I tried to make a biscuit pie, the song was repeated, I put "baked goods" 2 times for an hour each. It turned out to be something raw, dry, tough. I had to finish it in the oven ... a work of art ... In general, disappointed no words .. More or less it turned out buckwheat, milk porridge and ... everything .. ((. I realized that I would live without it. I handed it back today. Now again in search. It seems everyone praises the multicooker ..

Fly +, I have a slightly different model, but I think that the principle is approximately the same for all of them. Why did you cook everything for so long - I can't put my mind to it (maybe something with tension, or maybe you got a defective one?)

I cooked the rice for 10 minutes, but felt sorry for the water, so I had to top up and cook for another 10 minutes. The rice came out excellent - grain to grain. Just yesterday I cooked green borscht for 15 minutes (though without meat). She extinguished mackerel - in 1 hour I received canned fish (all the bones were boiled, even the ridge). I am using it for the first week and am very satisfied.

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0508D

SeredaG, while there is no photo of my own, I found it on the Internet (believe the same)

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0508D

I have no experience of using other models of multicooker, so there is nothing to compare with. The bucket looks pretty decent and the coating is too. To be honest, it looks more reliable than my bread maker bucket. The spoon is disgusting - hard plastic, short and with pimples on both sides. I use a silicone long handle.

Pinkyyou found at a very good price! I (took 38 hryvnyas more expensive) I have never met cheaper
So far, everything is fine. If you have any questions - ask.
Irene
Fly +! I have the same flower cartoon. I cooked soup in it, and fried and stewed potatoes, and cooked porridge, and made meat in every way, rice, etc., but there was no time to do baking. Everything worked out for me! Many of my friends, looking at me, ran away and bought the same cartoons. Everything is OK for everyone. Plastic spoons are the same as in Panasonic, I don't use them, I have wooden spoons for cartoons.
So in vain you offend Polaris in a flower. For a ridiculous price, this is a good help for those who do not have time to stand at the stove.

Good afternoon, I just like you, recently bought a multicooker "in a flower". True, I already have experience of communicating with Panasonic, but now it's not about that. They took her to the village, to the dacha. We decided to cook a hodgepodge, as well as in Panasonic. But she did not want to heat at all, and everything was just like your potatoes for 1.5 hours of steaming were absolutely raw! Then I remembered that the instructions said that when you put the bowl of food in the multicooker, it must be twisted so that it snaps into place. There are no risks, or there is no click, that is, you will not be able to feel this place for sure. But! I just tried to move the multicooker bowl as far as possible, to the lid handle attachment, and everything worked out !!! She immediately turned on, and after 30 minutes, a great hodgepodge was ready!
It was a crash test for our friends, who were our guests, and generally saw the multicooker for the first time. They were impressed by everything, especially the fact that there is no need to stand in front of it, stir, fry, wash a mountain of dishes, and everything happens in one saucepan without your participation.
Hope my experience works for you and you become friends with your saucepan!
Fly +
Kava, Irene, Veronica! Thanks for the comments. Maybe I really did something wrong. I read what should be put in place, but I also did not find any risk marks. Hastened ...Yes, and the electronic board is written with backlighting, it also did not glow in any way. In general, I think I will soon buy another, maybe better. The flowered model has no "frying". The price is, of course, ridiculous 1800 rubles, but I would also like to have frying ..

Frying is great killing the saucepan, you shouldn't get carried away with it. A slow cooker is still not a frying pan. You can lightly fry the onion-carrot on any hot program, and then add the rest of the ingredients, and - for stewing, or cooking rice, etc.
rusja
I, as the second, also chose between Polaris and Liberton, because of their power, more gentle with tender baking, but I defeated Libertosh with a 3-liter saucepan

Good afternoon, I bought the cartoon three days ago! We found in Stary Oskol only in one store, the price is small -2490. I bought it for "trial" so to speak. I cooked milk rice yesterday, it turned out delicious, nothing stuck anywhere, although I read about it before, in the evening steamed potatoes and meat for about 40 minutes, I added time, but the biscuit did not work out, but I don’t worry, because the oven is excellent , and so far I'm happy. Let's see ...
SeredaG
I completely agree that multicooker is just a salvation and a huge help for those who have little time for homework and cooking.

So pressure cookers do the same thing, but faster. True, I haven’t succeeded in baking in Elby, I have tried it twice and I don’t want to.
I wanted a cartoon for a YEAR, I did not dare to choose which inexpensive choice to leave. And then I decided on a multi-cooker pressure cooker and do not regret a minute. Cook buckwheat, potatoes, rice for 20-25 minutes? no - now it only takes 10-12 minutes. Any milk porridge never ran anywhere.
So it's interesting that Polaris has both just multi and multicooker-pressure cookers.

Tell me, please, how is it possible to fry in Polaris 508? I am confused by the low power, I will immediately make a reservation that I am also interested in frying onions / carrots for soup and frying cutlets.
Irene
Fry on baking, cutlets for 20 minutes on one side, 20 on the other, I do not fry vegetables, but simmer for 10 minutes about the same on baking

You can try on the "steam" program.
makabusha
I kind of also understand that it is possible on the "steam" program, but I'm still in thought before buying any of the cartoon, so I would like to hear who has already tried it for sure and can describe the results.
I am happy between Aurora and Polaris 508. The latter is available for a normal price, now I still have to run after Aurora in order to buy it inexpensively. But in Polaris, it is the lack of frying that confuses, you do not want to contaminate a lot of dishes if, for example, you need to fry something before stewing.
Irene

In a multicooker, Polaris, like Panasonic, is fried in baked goods. If a separate button with a corresponding inscription is important to you, then the matter is different. I fry chops, cutlets, vegetables, potatoes, etc. on baked goods. For example, pork escalopes are obtained as if they were first fried on the stove, and then "brought" in the oven, in the cartoon I set the stewing, then 20 minutes. on the one hand, 20 - on the other, and you're done. Chicken, accordingly, fries faster.

Good day!!!! Yesterday I became the happy owner of a multi .... I am trying to bake bread and did not quite understand ... everywhere they write .... "put the finished dough in a saucepan on the heating mode" .... there is a "heating" mode in polaris .... and the heating button (the one under the shutdown) ... which mode is meant?
HELP!!!
azaza
Happy new clothes, Annushka!
I don't have Polaris, but let me share my opinion. I think you shouldn't use any kind of heating at all for proving the dough. The saucepan is already warm and the dough rises perfectly. The "Warm up" button is categorically not suitable for these purposes - there the temperature is brought to the boiling point. And the "Heating" button (the one that maintains heat) is softer, but even there the temperature is raised significantly higher than 35-40 * required for the test. At a higher temperature, the yeast will die, and, accordingly, the dough will die. You can, of course, turn on "Heating" for just a few minutes, but the temperature is still impossible to track, then is it worth the risk? Instead of a wonderful bread, you can get an unviable dough.
I myself bake bread in a slow cooker. After kneading, I give him the first proofing in the HP, and after that I transfer it to a multi saucepan. I close the lid, and it rises perfectly there in 30-35 minutes.
annushka80
Thanks for the answer ..... it looks like my bread was covered ((((((.... I turned on instead of heating to warm up ...... so I wanted hot bread for the borschik) (((((((((( ((((((((....
If I understood correctly .... should I let him distance himself and immediately go to the cartoon for baking?
azaza
The ripening dough requires two proofings (at least for wheat bread). Do you knead the dough by hand, with a combine or in a HP? If in HP, then leave it there for the first proofing, having previously covered it tightly with a lid. After the first proofing, put the dough in a MV saucepan (after having greased it with oil, it is enough to grease it just a little). This transfer will simultaneously perform the function of kneading the dough. Transferred, smoothed the dough - and send it to the multicooker. They covered it with a lid and left it alone for half an hour. Half an hour later, we looked under the lid, made sure that the dough rose perfectly (or did not rise, then let it stand for a few more minutes), and then press the "Bake" button on the multi-button (there is no need to shift anywhere, you have everything ready, a saucepan with the dough a long time ago is in the cartoon).
Well, now, most likely, your bread will not work. Unless you just put it on, and the temperature did not have time to rise too high.
annushka80
Thank you very much, Tatyana .... no, I put it a long time ago 20 minutes .... knead again .... then for 45 minutes to heat up .... then baking .... almost did it ... only instead of heating, warming up .... that's the result ... . a piece of dough in the trash (((((
azaza
So you've already looked into the cartoon? Maybe not everything is so sad? In the end, you can bake something like flat cakes from the killed dough in the oven. not bread, of course, but they say it's quite tasty.
annushka80
I looked in, it seems to have already grabbed, and I have a gas stove .... I am not very happy with it in terms of baking, it dries ... so I really wanted to get bread in the cartoon like from the picture and all different biscuits)))))
azaza
You will also get pastries, like from the picture, what your years are. It's okay, the first pancake is often lumpy. Next time it will work out. In general, it would be nice to first get an answer to the question, and then make drastic decisions.
And the bread in the cartoon is really tasty. True, it depends on the oven - someone likes the oven more. To be honest, I never baked it in the oven. Firstly, laziness, and secondly - why conquer your own laziness if I really like bread from a multicooker?
Good luck in multicooking!
Pinky
I've been looking at the Polaris pressure cooker for a long time. Ripe for purchase (in a couple of days I will make myself a birthday present). Looked at the models on the links SeredaG I didn't understand the difference (except for the cover design). The same power, number of programs, functions, bowl cover, etc. In addition, the second 0205 is almost 300 UAH. more expensive. What's the difference, does anyone know? Which one is better to take? And then the pens are itching to urgently order.
azaza
Quote: annushka80

just looking at him realized that something was wrong
Here's another mistake, by the way. It is better not to disturb the bread again. Rather, the dough. You should not peep endlessly during proofing, and even more so during baking. We looked in once after half an hour of proofing - and that's enough. The dough loves warmth, peace and silence (!), And looking in, you let in cold air to it, it can fall from this.
But next time you will definitely succeed!
annushka80
The next bread turned out to be slightly better than the previous one, but still, not like the picture, it is moist inside and not very high ((((
Pinky
Good day to all. Girls, help me out! The question is probably still more to Kava applies. For my birthday, my husband gave me money for a very desirable pressure cooker. Now everyone is in thought - well, what is better to take: a pressure cooker 0105 AD or 0205 AD? I never found a difference in them, other than design and price. And the toad presses me to overpay for the second almost 300 hryvnias, but for beauty it turns out? Another question - is the bowl in this SV removed? And then I read in some reviews that the bowl is NOT REMOVABLE (how is it?) And complain that washing is inconvenient. The second, of course, is more beautiful in appearance, but it is about her that they say that the bowl cannot be removed. Is it removed in 2105? Well, share your opinion, please, otherwise I’m already sitting on pins and needles, I was determined to place an order. I'll buy it ... and not to regret it later
Kava The 0105th works and how simple is a multicooker, right?
kava
Pinky, I will not hide, also looked at the second model, but the issue of extra overpayment for me became decisive. The lid and bucket are removable. And by har-kam it is a pressure cooker. I'll write in more detail in the evening
Pinky
kava Thank you! I've been rummaging around here for half a day and still ordered 0105! I'll pay it tomorrow morning and arrive on Friday. I did not find any significant differences or innovations in the second model. I did not understand why she was better, for which the price was so increased. And now I'm digging through the forums, looking for recipes directly for Polaris. Although ... you can adapt any recipe for a pressure cooker, probably, when you adapt and know the cooking temperature. For Multipovar, they often indicate at what temperature the dish is prepared. So here, probably, you can set the temperature - there is also a function of adding and decreasing time. In general, in a couple of days I will join your ranks and start torturing with terrible force (while I learn). True, I have never had anything to do with pressure cookers - I'm afraid of her so far.
kava
Pinky, Congratulations! : flowers: I think that you will not be disappointed. I was looking for a pressure cooker, as I wanted to minimize the cooking time. Agree - soup for 15-20 minutes, potatoes for 10 or rice for 10-15 is a good time saver. On the "rice" program, you can fry well (if you do not close the lid). I cooked beans - there was even a lot of the standard program. It is convenient that you can vary the time, stop and switch to other programs. She cooks even with a minimal amount of water (just a couple of tablespoons and she will already gain pressure). Now, if "dry", then it can turn off. I haven't tried baking (I can honestly say I can do it in the oven without any problems), I tried the curd casserole, but the pressure cooker was capricious and turned off a couple of times. Somewhere I came across information that the valve can be removed, then there is a place for steam to go out and there is no pressure, but I did not understand how this can be implemented. It washes perfectly, the coating is quite decent. Only the spoon that came in the set, I immediately threw away (and I advise you) and use only silicone. You also need to find the correct ratio of cereal / water, so that it would not be dry, and not smear. Well, something like this. If you have any questions, please contact us. I am still a beginner too, we will master together
Pinky
kava, Thank you. Yes, just yet there is nothing to congratulate with. I hope that I will receive it on Friday - I agreed that they will send it tomorrow. Well, I also take it as a pressure cooker. MV I have Panasik, with whom I am very pleased. But sometimes you need an accelerated cooking option, and meat on the bone is very much praised in SV. But if this SV can be used as a slow cooker, then there will be absolutely beauty! My husband is unlikely to understand the purchase of a second multicooker, but there are situations when it is needed. So I will try to use CB in both variants. Baking in it bothers me least of all - ovens and Panasika are enough for me. But soups / borshchiki, jellied meat, meat ... it is very attractive in terms of cooking speed. In general, I’m already tuned in and getting ready - I’ll open the cabinets in the kitchen and see how to shuffle the contents so that I can also shove the pressure cooker next to Panasik (I don’t like it when everything is on the tables and the space becomes less and less). So wait for the next beginner. And a lot of questions, respectively
kava
Any meat (even meat trimmings from different parts) cook well and quickly in a pressure cooker. The finished meat just melts in your mouth - very juicy and soft.

I bought Polaris, everything seemed to be made according to the recipe book, cutlets on a double boiler, potatoes below. But they put something wrong, she cooked everything, we already stopped it ourselves. It is still not clear where the error is.

Hello everyone! I figured out the "frying" mode in my Polaris 0506. It turns out in the "Frying" mode, the oil in the pan will boil in 20 minutes and therefore it is better to sauté the onions and carrots on the "baking" mode. And in the frying mode, cook potatoes, fish, chicken, meat, etc.

I would like to know the order of pressing the buttons for different modes. Help!!!!!

To be honest, I myself, too, more on a whim and act according to instructions. My dad has a lot of time (he is a pensioner) and is “fumbling” in technology, so I don’t know how it happened in his head. I have two more Panasonic big and small, so somewhere from this experience I cut something, and Polaris is more powerful. It takes time and experience to figure it out.
