Girls need advice! I have a multicooker Polaris PPC 0105AD. Can I bake in it? I tried yesterday it does not work. (((Is this even possible ??
Polaris 0105 is not a multicooker, but a pressure cooker. There is no Baking program in it. Before you, in my opinion, no one tried to bake in it. Here is a Temka on it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=164271.0

on the website where I bought it was written a slow cooker ((((((I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that in the book of recipes and instructions a pressure cooker was written ((((Just now I looked (((((((((((((

Manufacturers call it a multicooker-pressure cooker. Well, sellers do not bother at all. Most often they themselves have no idea what they are trading
But don't be discouraged! Polaris is smart, I adore him. Of all my miracle brews, he is the most demanded for me (and I also have two wonderful cartoons besides him, by the way!).
Only with a saucepan is more accurate - in some specimens it is of poor quality. But, fortunately, coating faults are the exception. So far, only two such cases have been seen on our forum.
azaza
Well what can I say? Only that at first it would not hurt to look for information on the Internet, reviews. At least - a description of the programs. For even multicooker not all have a Baking program, let alone pressure cookers. And nobody promised baked goods specifically in this model. Your link does not indicate any modes at all, only a very vague description.
Try baking again. Perhaps something was done wrong. If other pressure cookers bake - and ours should, since all pressure cookers are created in the image and likeness of each other, some in general, instead of buttons with programs, have only a mechanical timer with one temperature regime, and at the same time they bake excellently.
Go to the profile topic to which I gave you a link, ask there: maybe someone has already baked, has such experience. Here we litter Temka with offtopic - Temka was created to discuss MULTIVARS Polaris, and we are talking about SKOROVARK. Various units. Let's go there.

Hello everyone!

Question to the owners of the multicooker Polaris PMC 0512 AD.

read it and was unpleasantly surprised - I quote -

The Chinese-made appliance is equipped with only six food processing programs:

Quenching (the temperature is maintained at 90 degrees for 2-8 hours);
Buckwheat (126 degrees, there are no time control functions);
Pilaf (124 with fixed time);
Warming up (115 degrees without regulation of duration);
Steam treatment (from 115 to 120 degrees for 20-50 minutes);
Milk porridge, pastries (only 93 degrees, for 1-4 hours with the inclusion of a five-minute step).

Please tell me urgently! Is that so? and what we have is not Chinese ??

Hello everyone!
I regret to state that there is no 3D mode in POLARIS PMC 0512 AD, because there is no heating element in the cover.

Finally, I decided to buy Polaris 508 :) But after reading the reviews I saw such a pattern, almost everyone who bought in the period from December had problems with the "baking" mode :( Girls and boys who have such a problem could not Do you write the batch number? I want to compare with the one I want to buy, if it matches, I will not risk it: (Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone, for the New Year they gave me a Polaris 0508, this one with flowers. There was no multicooker before, and I began to master it with interest. At first everything was good, even wonderful.Kasha never ran away, and she never tried to do it. I re-cooked a bunch of dishes and soups, and stewed a lot of things, and jellied meat, and cottage cheese casserole, and charlotte ... A month passed in joyful euphoria and problems began, the saucepan began to stick and at that very much. The porridge began to burn strongly, the bottom of the casserole remains in the saucepan
And how, tell her to use it now? What is the bowl made of, if after a month of use it has become unusable, although there is not a single scratch on it
I tried very hard not to spoil it, I typed all kinds of silicone devices, but alas.

In exactly the same way, on the eve of NG on December 31, Deh-50 "made me happy", after preparing the next dish, he simply passed out and did not react to anything, even the clock that was always running went out. A homemade craftsman disassembled it (alas, the 2-year warranty ended po and I found out that the temperature sensor fuse had blown exactly one month ago), which is located exactly under the pressure button of the heating disc.
This fuse costs a penny and he has already bought it, there are just a lot of orders (antennas are icing up, etc.) and he cannot reach me yet.
If you have it under warranty, feel free to take it to the service center or contact the seller, let them exchange it, as it is customary for you with Polaris.
But first, just check the power cord to the outlet, it has a habit of coming off
Irina.
gela, I have the same story with the cup, but only after 6 months. But somehow I didn't worry too much. For such a cost of a multicooker, it is simply excellent in functions and work. And before NG, I accidentally saw it on sale and bought a ceramic bowl for our multicooker. I am absolutely delighted with her. Nothing sticks, not a bit. Now I cook only in it. And in my own bowl I make baking cake layers, on the bottom - a circle of baking paper. I bake the cakes in my own bowl, because it is even at the junction of the bottom with the walls, and the ceramic one is rounded.
gela
Irin A. where did you buy your ceramic bowl? Is she native, especially for Polaris 508? I would also love to buy it. so as not to get upset anymore.

gela, I bought one cup at RBT, the second (for my mother) at M-Video, noticeably for 1200 rubles. It fits models 0506, 0508, 0512.

As promised, I share my feelings from the new ceramic bowl - I really liked it. I cooked millet-rice porridge with pumpkin, I am happy with the result, the only thing I did not take into account, everything is now cooking faster. The bowl keeps warm better and cooking is faster. I baked a pork neck, and today I made baked milk, I want to try to make fermented baked milk. The milk turned out to be excellent, creamy in color with a large brown foam throughout the pan, I did not even expect such a result.

Hello, all users of the MB with a 5 liter teflon lined bowl! Share your impressions of the quality of the coating, and how soon sticking-sticking begins. I am looking for a replacement for my bowl with a ceramic coating, problems with which began less than a year of operation, no scratches or chips.

gela, if you see it on sale, buy it boldly, a very good cup.
Oh, girls, well, I was seduced into this cup. Although it seems that the family is still holding on, but it’s too tempting to talk about ceramic. I looked at the site, and we in Tula also have such in M-Video. At night looking flooded there, good until 22:00 work.
Already brought it !!!! Now I will seduce my colleagues, owners of Polaris
Irina.
Tatiana, happy purchase !!! I'm sure you'll like the bowl. The bowl has not disappointed me yet, it's just a pleasure to cook in it.

The other day I had a problem with a cartoon, for the second time in 1.5 years she has such a jump. I put a biscuit for the cake to bake, turned on the "Baking". After a while I look, it is on the Heating ", and without a signal it jumped to" Heating "and almost immediately after switching on. I tried to turn it on again, the same story. I tried to put it on" Extinguishing ", but again switches to" Heating " I also put on “Rice.” In general, I tormented this biscuit for 2 hours, baked, but it wasn’t suitable for a cake. And the funniest thing was the next day. My husband told me that I got such a cool and tasty cake that it almost I ate half at once.
What was the matter with the cartoon, I still did not understand.
Girls, does anyone have this?
puzyna
Hello. Tell me, please, and if, when purchasing a multicooker 0508, everything in the bowl burns the first time - is it a factory defect, or is it still a lack of the multi? The girls and I bought for work, in general, everything is not bad - but absolutely everything burns. It's unpleasant somehow .... What to do now? Yes, still, so far only pilaf and lazy cabbage rolls have been cooked ...

Girls, and the mode that "Buckwheat" and "Plov", are they sensory in Polaris or not?
Irina.

Something at the beginning of the topic such positive reviews, but for the last half a year mostly. I almost ordered it (508). Now I got to the last pages and thought hard. Although my relative Polaris has been very happy with everything since March 8! Here is absolutely everyone .. And now I am in thought
Tatiana S.
And I have this model for the second year, I am not complaining yet. I bought one for my daughter, she is also happy, although at first she was skeptical about the multicooker, and many of my colleagues have such MVs, everyone is happy. Recently, I also bought a ceramic-coated liner for her, this is for safety reasons, otherwise I also read a lot of negative reviews, but so far the "native" cup is behaving normally.

She was one of the first, but at a low price, so all of them were typed, and for that price it was a very good multicooker, but the current price is no longer happy, for this money you can buy a multicooker, a multicooker-pressure cooker with a good bowl ...

Of course, after some time, almost everyone's bowls "flew" ...

We still have one of the cheapest 42 ye. I just thought, maybe there were good reviews before, and then sharply negative ones, maybe the quality has deteriorated ... No, I understand, you shouldn't expect miracles for 42nd .. But I want to!
Irina.
I have this cartoon for the second year, I have never regretted that I bought it, bought another ceramic bowl, sometimes one bowl was not enough, there was a queue for cooking. I bought another pressure cooker. It happens that they cook for me at the same time. But for Polaris, I have my own dishes, which I cook only in it - rice, cereals for a side dish, pilaf, stewing. Here are just two times at the "Pastry" was a failure, I do not even understand why this happens (maybe magnetic storms or whims), and then the cartoon works, as if nothing had happened.
And why there are more negative reviews, because when everyone is good and everyone is happy, we don’t write, everything’s good, but when something bad happened, then I immediately want to write, ask for advice, etc. it’s always like that in life.
And one more reason, there is not enough free time, everything is multivarim, we stew, bake ... With cartoons I want to cook and cook.
mIRCa
I tried it on buckwheat milk porridge. It cooked perfectly, just right, nothing ran away and did not burn, but I store milk. By the way, who has burnt milk, maybe you have homemade fatty milk, I have always fried such milk on gas in a thin-walled pan. Exit, a little water to the bottom, then from above it is milk ..
Now frying is done for a couple, it is fried.
Of the minuses, I already saw one - after the first cooking, the bottom of the saucepan bent inward - now I poured oil on the frying - it is around the edges, but not in the center, because there is a bump. But as if warned, the saucepan is bullshit, so I'm not offended.
Irina. Where did you buy pottery pots?
Aygul
Kate, with a saucepan!
And it is still better to fry in Baking. From Steam, the coating of the pan deteriorates much faster, from my own experience. Maybe on Baking it will be 5-10 minutes longer, but for coating it will be more delicate
Irina.
Katya, with the purchase !!! Let the work please and facilitate.
I bought a ceramic bowl in M-Video, for 1200, then I saw it in internet stores, for 900, but I don't remember which ones, I didn't need to, so I didn't bookmark it.
And the bowls of many (if not all, I don't know) of the multicooker are convex inward, my second pressure cooker also had the same bottom right away. In the center is the contact of the heating element and it is springy, maybe for this, the bottom is convex. It seems to me that the native bowl was immediately with a convex bottom, and did not bend during the cooking process. The oil first spreads around the edges, but when you fry the food, it spreads evenly.

I always cook porridge with the addition of water, almost always 1: 1, store milk, depending on what fat content. And I always put the steaming bowl on to keep the lid clean.
The porridge always stuck to my own bowl, it turned out to be a crust, so I ruined the bowl myself, cleaned it with soda after the porridge. And in ceramic there is no such thing, I mix and the porridge turns out to be homogeneous.

Aigul, and I also like to fry on a Steam, I tried it several times on Baking, at first it sizzles well, and then it calms down and only stews. Maybe that's the only way on my cartoon? How are you?

mIRCa
Thank you! The soup cooked perfectly. Tried it difficult in my opinion for multi-with noodles. Fine. The macaroons are not boiled. Next time I will try to do frying on baked goods. I myself am very happy. Came from a walk, and she cooked us a soup, miracles. Before the walk I made a frying, then I left everything else in a saucepan, programmed it for a timer and left. Class !!

Now I'm trying a honey biscuit. It turns out well in the oven, let's see if the cartoon can handle it. So far, I am very very happy with everything.
Irina.-understandable-not our edge at all

Done-the first pancake is not completely lumpy .. but .. The dough did little + put baking paper on the bottom. As a result, the cartoon was switched off for heating every 8 minutes. Apparently overheated due to the small amount of dough and paper. I left the heating mode, after a while I returned it to baking, opened the cartoon a couple of times .. in general, I scoffed as I wanted :). But the dough came up, a little thick, but still not bad. Next time I will do everything as expected.
Irina.
Kate, I had the same story with baking twice in all the time and it did not depend on the amount of dough.I already wrote that I did not understand why this is happening. In general, baking in the cartoon turns out great !!!

Hmm, mysterious though. After all, I cooked the soup without whims .. in the same mode. In a couple of days I will try even more volume and without parchment.

About frying. I also have. I just fryed on Steam joyfully and with pleasure for half a year, and then the bowl flew, the coating peeled off, everything began to stick and stick, and not to wash off. I practically blow off dust particles from the new bowl (it doesn't help, of course, but I took the same one, not ceramic.) Now I don't even fry, and given my crazy love for pressure cookers, I rarely use and only Stew and Pilaf. Once I cooked soup, fry it in Baking, well, yes, longer, but I hope that the bowl will last longer and other food will not fry and stick.

Tell me, who has already made an omelet in this cartoon? Again, I have the same garbage - as when baking a honey cake - I greased it with vegetable oil, warmed it up a bit, poured the beaten eggs into it, closed it and put it on baking. After a couple of minutes, he again began to turn off and go into heating mode. I opened a couple of minutes later, there was a hard "omelet-like" almost not rising, sticking to the bottom tightly ... What did I do wrong?

Regarding stewing, super stews and chicken legs, and did jellied meat, everything turned out in the best possible way .. But baking does not want to :(

In MV Visonte-600 (full analogue of 0508), there are the same situations. This is in those models where the word Baking was written on the case, but in fact such a program was not laid.

I bought this unit today to help my wife. During a test run, I found out that in the "steam" mode, "paste ..." starts working when the mode is turned on, but no shutdown occurs after at least some reasonable time. On the steam mode, I set it for 8 and 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed. Water boils no shutdown occurs. It looks like a marriage. In the mode, the milk porridge turned off according to the schedule. Professionals, tell me what I'm doing wrong or is the stove not working correctly? Thank you in advance.

Shl in the process of describing this problem and fussing around the house set it in the mode for a couple of 15 minutes - there is a countdown and it encourages a little positive outcome of the case. It seems that the oven does not understand the minimum time set in some programs and starts working for slaughter. This is alarming - so you can burn down the apartment.

In any case, I ask those who are already successfully using it, help me with advice - what if it's still a marriage?

PSPS and I also have 🔗 in 🔗 it goes like a novelty, but here already 17 pages have been written. And outwardly it is slightly different from the one depicted on the 1st page of the forum. I do not understand something?

PSPSPS empirically found that in the modes for steam, pasta / sausages, frying, milk porridge, warming up, the countdown does not occur as in other modes. I carried out a full check (as I wrote above) only in the "steam" and "paste" modes. Correspondingly, those modes that I listed the tamer of the return report is frozen .... the pan is boiling ... I was especially surprised by the "milk porridge" mode. Even if you can't leave pasta unattended, then the timer should work on porridge. while very puzzled .. waiting for advice.

bought a cartoon on Saturday was not happy for long! I set the mule to bake the cake for 1 hour, after a while I switched to heating mode, I went to baking it again, again the same nonsense, so it was 8 times, well, in general, nothing happened on heating, on Monday it turned off on heating and we went to the service center, and they say wait 2 weeks until we fix it and eat fried! now we think why it was necessary to buy a multicooker, if there is a frying pan ...
TANA1971
Why did you carry her to the service center ??? !!! After all, less than 14 days have passed, it was boldly necessary to return to the store, with the requirement to return the money or exchange for another.
