I compared the instructions from my hp with the instructions for rus. version - I had 3 more programs. There are Italian, sandwich and brioche modes.
Do you have dumplings? and jam too?

if yes, next time I will order Panasonic from Europe.

And what is the nominal voltage for these stoves? In Europe, it's a bit higher and hertz there are slightly different

By the way, I looked at the Canadian Panasonic (on the Canadian office of the Panasonic website), it's old design and it seemed to me that there is no such riot of programs

HELLO FORUMEN!
Big, Human THANKS that you are
Thanks to the Forum, I decided to:
a) the purchase of a bread machine (hereinafter - HP)
b) buying the right HP - Panasonic
c) buying the correct HP Panasonic, which knows how to bake rye and custard without any tricks like first on this program, then on that one, and it will be as if ...

Today my wife decided to cut an apple to the raisins, when she poured the slices onto the raisins, it turned out in a dispenser "with a slice".
I closed the lid and it all hopped safely inside
...
I took out the dispenser and, while baking the bread, did the following:
...
Now the bottom holds confidently

Had a similar experience with hooting inside
On the third in my and hers, SD-2501, bread, I decided to use a dispenser in which I finely chopped dry-cured sausage. I didn't have time to turn it on.
How, among other things, and put the bucket. Therefore, all the insides and the heating element were in the sausage and lard. I updated the stove with sausage,.

Thanks to Vladimir for ratsukha. I take a file in my hands ...

And I pour liquid on the scales, taking 1 ml for 1 g.
however, the ratio is only true for water, isn't it?

And this is how to shake the bucket so that there is something mixed?

No matter how much I read this forum, there has never been such a thing that someone got mixed up just because the bucket was moving. As there were no cases, when calmly poured in the usual way, water reached the yeast through wheat flour ... even with a long delay.
But I've created such conditions: there is no way to pour the oil over the water - it would float for itself, so I put it right on the flour, and then water. The butter somehow soaked the flour so easily - and "pushed" a hole to the bottom, and there water.

And the very first bread came out with a bang. The recipe from the manual, "Milk bread", size L, crust at least, measured everything in order as it is written, weighed it carefully, filled it in, filled it and voila:
🔗
From 0.5 kg. flour turned out to be 825 grams of the finished product.
But the taste is closer to a loaf than to bread. Still, if you really want bread, you should do it on water, and then you can set the timer without fear that the milk will turn sour.

Yes thank you. Tested with decorative glass pebbles, "to the eyeballs" gained 480 g. , the bottom does not tear. Raisins with nuts will last even more.

I also put a glass in there, maybe in the evening, there will be time - I will show
oh, okay, why, have I seen the glass?
IMHO, there is still only steam on the glass will be visible ... do not poke holes in the apparatus. Or do you have a paw in the service and if you would fit a new cover for yourself?

instruction p. 17 recommends us the cheese all the same inside (I put it right away), and the recipe on p. 21 - sausage - into the dispenser (also right away, the dispenser will spit out the sausage inside at hour X by itself).
RTFM!

Please help me figure it out! I have some experience in baking in a gas oven. Now we decided to buy HP. It seems that he stopped his choice on Panasonic. I cannot decide on the model choice (Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502). According to the information that I found, the difference is in the absence of rye bread in 2500, a compartment for raisins and nuts for the rest, and a compartment for yeast in 2502. Is there a need to overpay or is the simplest CP (2500) enough and you can bake rye in it? Is it true that agitators for kneading rye bread were added in 2501 and 2502, but there is no recipe book and measuring spoons? Sellers in stores do not understand such intricacies. Do you really need additional compartments and how do you get a normal top if the compartment flap falls and remains hanging? Doesn't it interfere? On the other hand, it is not clear how to use the bread readiness delay mode if there is no separate compartment for dumping yeast? I would like to understand thoroughly before buying, and not regret then about unnecessary things ... Thank you in advance for the clarification.

Well, I don't know, we also chose for a long time, doubted, and ... bought a Panasonic SD-2501WTS two days ago. While satisfied. Spoon and measuring cup included, plus stirring paddle for plain and rye bread. There are recipes! I don't know what falls and hangs there, nothing falls and hangs with us! iskra_dyshi, thanks for your quick reply. I meant the raisin and nut compartment flap. You haven't baked with raisins yet? And explain, pliiz, how yeast is introduced into HP? Especially when using a standby delay? Do I really need additional yeast compartment like 2502?

The grace period has not yet been used. I put the yeast first, then flour, salt, sugar on it, then water / milk. I haven't baked with raisins yet, but today or tomorrow I want to try it with cheese and sausage. I will lay out and describe how I will bake.

There is a compartment for yeast only in one single (for today) HP, do you think the rest do not bake with a delayed start? They bake and nothing bad happens to them. Flour prevents water from leaking to yeast. Or you can use simple pressed ones, then a yeast dispenser is not needed at all. The raisin dispenser does not close itself, if you want, you can close it with your hands, and if you don’t close it, there is still no trouble. The open lid of the dispenser does not reach the bread. A rye spatula can be useful, but many people do not use it, although rye bread is baked. You can bake rye bread on the automatic program, but there (in rye) there are enough nuances, so it is still better to look after the rye. My opinion is that if money is tense, then the 2500 model is also very good and without specials. spatulas, and without a dispenser, everything can be baked. Only bread with additives cannot be baked at night. But practice shows that all sorts of breads with additives are not baked every day (only at first, until they play enough), and then, as a rule, just ordinary bread is baked.

Dear bakers, tell me, please, is there any bread machine with two "stirrers" in the Panasonic line?))
And yet, in devices without the "Rye bread" function, is it really possible to impose it ?!

I used "a kind of Russian" grated on a beetroot grater. Cheese is not visually detected in the finished product - it is rubbed and spread apparently. Cheeses are different. For example, Bukovinian can be fried in an egg and breading, and Russian will spread in a frying pan. Maybe more experienced bakers can tell you what the pitfalls are with cheeses?

Today Panasonic does not produce a bucket with two simultaneously working mixers.
But as easy bake rye bread at any Panasonic models

By the way, there is a large list of convenient bread makers for this,
with one stirrer and with two stirrers,
with folding mixers and non-folding mixers,

Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
There is no pair, the process can be seen no worse than on the built-in nedopanasonics.
And then one owner of an athetical "HORIZON" got me here, that his device is better ...
The real benefit of glass, only when I'm not baking on the machine - it allows you to control the rise without fear of breaking the thermal regime, and since I hardly bake on the machine, it turned out to be a very useful thing.
And only something business - glass cutter, sandpaper and ten minutes of time
And the dispenser can be returned to its place instantly, as soon as you need it.

Is Panasonic generally Japan or China? For some reason I have it written in China
maybe I still had the mixer not properly dressed .... could this be?
Elena Bo
Now China does everything (cheap labor). The stirrer is put on with the straight side to the bottom. But with a glass they could have pricked, some confuse weight and volume.

The agony of choice invigorates !!! Cool!

Mode yeast-free bread is absent, but everything is solved easily, you knead the dough and switch to baking.
Mode yeast-free bread there is a Bork X800 for 12,000 rubles.

depending on what you mean by "yeast-free". There are no programs like "cake". There is a separate "baked goods", but its temperature is still too high for sweet pastries. There is "gluten-free", perhaps it will do (one batch, some heating, etc.).

Or do you need a sourdough bread program? So it is absent in almost all CPs of the CIS market. We'll have to look for Western European models. For example, there is a similar one for me in German Yunold, where the duration seems to be 9-12 hours.

P.S. Kisa and Osya, begging for gratitude is at least indecent, this practice is not accepted on our forum.
