Coffee and chocolate ice cream
Ingredients:
• 2 yolks

• Instant coffee - 1 tsp.
• Cocoa powder - 2 tsp.

Cooking method:
1. Grind the yolks with sugar until white, add 1 tbsp. l. flour and 2 tsp. cocoa, continuing to grind until smooth.
2. Bring 200 gr of 10% cream to a boil and stir in 1 tsp. instant coffee.
3. Pour in a thin stream, stirring continuously, into the egg mixture. Then pour into an aluminum saucepan, boil over low heat, with continuous stirring, until thickened and cool the resulting cream well.
4. Cream 22% and 33% combine, beat with vanilla powdered sugar.
5. Put the chilled coffee and chocolate cream in the whipped cream, beat a little more, pour into an ice cream maker.
After 30 min. It turns out a full bucket of chic, delicate ice cream.
We transfer it to the container. Bring to the required hardness in the freezer.
10% cream can be replaced with fatter milk, and instead of a mixture of 22% and 33%, take 33% alone. I took this out of savings, because 33% can not always be bought from us.

Yes, I have a bowl in the freezer all the time, it has a place there. When I make ice cream, I take it out, it will work, rinse it, wipe it and again in the freezer.
When you make a mass for ice cream (you mix it yourself, of course, according to the recipe, the ice cream maker will not do it for you), transfer it to the ice cream maker and it will mix and freeze you in 30-40 minutes, and then you can feast on. Leftovers in the freezer. Sometimes the mixture does not freeze even in 30-40 minutes, so I extend the freezing for another 10 minutes (5 minutes remain until the end, and you do not like the consistency - move the timer back another 10 minutes). Without an ice cream maker, you won't get the same ice cream from the mixture as with an ice cream maker. I've been making ice cream for a long time, but I bought an ice cream maker recently, so the difference is very big, and it's much easier.

I took everything in half and replaced the milk + butter in the recipe with cream (22%). It turned out well, sooo tasty! And most importantly, everything is so simple: all the ingredients are whipped, except for the cream, and the cream is brought to a boil at this time, then the whipped mass is poured into the hot cream in a thin stream and brought to a boil, then the mass is cooled and into the ice cream maker for 40 minutes. But the recipe itself, maybe someone will come in handy.
Take 500 ml of cream (22%), 1 cup of sugar (3/4 cup can be, as it is very sweet), 1 tsp. starch, 3 egg yolks.
Preparation:
• Pour cream into a saucepan, put on fire. Boil.
• While the cream is boiling, mix the sugar and starch, add the yolks, beat until smooth.
• Add a small amount of milk to the resulting mass, mix - you should get a consistency resembling liquid sour cream.
• Gradually pour the resulting mass into the boiled cream, stirring constantly.
