Wasp, not ashamed?! Ice cream in a personal! And what should the rest of us do ?!
Nope, not a bit!
Berry ice cream

Sundae, as I prepared:
Ingredients:
625 g milk 1.5%
1 full glass of HP sugar - about 270g, it turned out very sweet, but I like it so much
1.5 tsp starch
4 egg yolks (from C0 eggs).
Preparation:
• Pour milk into a saucepan, put in Panasonic 18 on Steam mode. Boil.
• While the milk is boiling, turn sugar into powder in a blender (Bosha-cube), add starch, yolks - nifiga will not mix until you pour 30g of milk. Beat until smooth. You should get a consistency that resembles liquid sour cream.
• Gradually pour the resulting mass into boiled milk, stirring constantly.
• When the mixture boils again, remove, turn off the MV, place the bowl in cold water and continue stirring until the mixture is warm. Leave to cool.
• Put the cooled mixture into the refrigerator on the lower shelf, cool it additionally, then pour it into the ice cream maker and after 50 minutes the ice cream will be ready.

Omela
Well, here I am frozen !! Thank you, finanna ... I put a bucket in the freezer .. it turns out to be so big !!! I wanted to check it somehow, but did not understand, should the blade be constantly spinning there or periodically? At first, she turned on it did not spin at all .. I just poked something back and forth, spun .. strange, however.
lemusik
The stirrer turns only when the pin on the motor is pressed - it is from below, small like that. To press it, you need to install the cover with the motor and turn it until it clicks.
And so it should spin without interruption.
Omela
Elena, Thank you! Hope it keeps spinning. Maybe she just didn't put it right.
lemusik
When I checked the ice cream maker upon receipt, at first I got scared - the timer is ticking, but nothing is spinning ... Until I guessed to click on this pimp that sticks out from the bottom)))
Omela
Wow .. and I also checked .. the sales boy got cold feet. I went to turn it on, pressed a pimp - everything is OK!
Scops owl
And I'm with an ice cream maker, thanks to Anya. Now she has collected it, and she seems to be rubbing with one side and creaking at the same time. Rearranged it again, twisted it and it went. : yes: Only the whole freezer is full, there is nowhere to put it, you will have to urgently eat something and more tomorrow
Omela What recipe will you try?
Scops owl
I read it, tomorrow (after sabantuy, I hope I will be able to) I'll go home for cream on my way home.
Omela
Girls, and after freezing, the liquid inside the bowl should gurgle or completely freeze? I don't know what recipe yet .. strawberry or chocolate, I guess.
Stafa
It should not gurgle, see T in the freezer - put the thermometer inside.

Omela, if it gurgles, the ice cream will not work!
Omela
Got it .. I went to rearrange it in another refrigerator.
Scops owl
And the temperature should be -18, and -15 will not work, is it not enough? Now she has also pushed her bowl into the freezer, well, and she is healthy, all the same, she barely freed up a place - I cook compote.

The main thing is that after freezing the bowl does not gurgle. It is during thawing that it will take heat from the mixture. Chill the ice cream ingredients additionally if unsure.
Omela
I checked the bowl, froze, does not gurgle. Tomorrow just the rains promise, there will be time to make ice cream ... I hope.
Stafa
Mistletoe, did you put the thermometer in another freezer? How many degrees did it turn out that the bowl did not freeze? And how much time did she spend in that cell?
Omela
Sveta, did not put the thermometer (I don't have it). The refrigerator is old, even without a separate freezer. Although the meat is freezing. By the time of about 14 hours I was lying. And here it froze in 8 hours.
Stafa
When I bought an ice cream maker, I tore it off the window, did not climb out the thermometer from the clamps. My husband pinned me to him for a long time. But now he lives in the freezer.
Omela
I'll buy it on occasion. Outside my window, I have a huge one so that the numbers can be seen well.
Stafa
And as I began to see those numbers poorly, I bought a weather station with a remote sensor - now I see everything and I don’t have to go to the window. The main thing is to break the thermometer in time.
vorobyshek
On Saturday I'm going to the New mail office for a parcel. Today I ordered an ice cream maker and a waffle iron for thin waffles Klatronic in the online store. I have a question: who knows how much my package will weigh? That is, what is the weight of an ice cream maker and a waffle iron .. I will go by bus with a small 3.5 year old child, and then walk for another 1.5 hours to the bus, get back home ... Wouldn't it be very hard for me ?!
Masyusha
vorobyshek, I think it will be hard. Now I have weighed an ice cream maker-2395gr, a waffle iron-1750gr (though I have a Supra). All without packaging. Something like that.
vorobyshek
Thank you for your prompt reply ... But I have no choice, there is no one else to pick up the package. I’ll have to call someone I know in the city to help me get back onto the bus ...
Omela
I made ice cream .. after 10 minutes the spatula stopped spinning because the ice cream was completely frozen to the walls. Barely ripped off .. So it should be ??? The only thing, it did not load completely, but by 1 \ 2.
Stafa
Mistletoe, according to everyone, it was so with me when it was in the freezer - 25C. As I set it to -20C, it stopped stopping the mixer so quickly. I still like soft ice cream more.

Omela, I never cool the mixture in the refrigerator or freezer. When I prepare the mixture, it is hot and I cool it by putting it in a second saucepan with cold water, stirring the mixture with a spatula or spoon and periodically changing the water in the lower saucepan until this mixture cools down to room temperature and then sending the mixture to the ice cream bowl. I wrap the bowl with a terry towel, it keeps the cold better, or rather longer. Ice cream is prepared for 30-40 minutes. It was cooked only once in 20 minutes. It seems to me that there is no need to send it to the freezer, then there will be no such problems. And I always load 1/2, because ice cream rises half higher when freezing, so it can run over the edges (into the hole) ... Ice cream always sticks a little to the walls, but it always turns out not hard and not soft, but average - pleasant to use.
Omela
Svetlana, Maria, thanks for the help! She also reduced temperament in the freezer. And I really chilled the mixture in the refrigerator, and bananas from the freezer. Next time I'll try to make it from fresh berries.
Lagri
My temperature in the freezer is -33 degrees. The bowl is always there. And the ice cream is great.

At the end of the video, you can see the consistency of the ice cream. And I take off the ice cream that stuck to the walls with a narrow silicone spatula.

It happens, of course, it sticks well, so you can leave it in the bowl for now, it will slowly move away. All the same, the bowl must be washed later. I noticed that not every mixture sticks to the walls that much. Maybe if ice cream is fatter, then it is better removed from the walls. I did it with cream, it seemed to go away better that way, but I don't often make fatty ones.

For these cases, it is very convenient and safe to pick out ice cream with a spoon from a multicooker.

Next time I'll try to make it from fresh berries.
With the first yummy Berries will turn out deliciously! Made from raspberries and black currants Soft in the center - I eat them, during this time the sides thaw, then I easily scrape off the ice cream remnants with a silicone spatula and distribute muffins to silicone molds. I usually make 700-1000 grams, so I cool it well, otherwise it may not freeze.
Scops owl
And today I made ice cream according to Anna's recipe
I immediately take 100 grams of sugar and make icing sugar in a glass with Bosch knives, then 500 ml of 20% cream (15% is possible) and frozen berries there (any - strawberries, cherries, blueberries, etc.) 250 -300 gr. Beat everything for 2-3 minutes and into an ice cream maker.
I set the time for 30 minutes, and then added another 10 (just in case). So the ice cream maker only stopped for about 6 minutes and began to jam, then spinning forward, then backward. And the consistency of the ice cream was like thick sour cream. Have Lagri in the video, the ice cream seems to be from 2 lumps, and I have an airy, air-saturated mixture, and on the walls at the bottom of the bowl it is already frozen. Probably on this and the mixer began to stop. How do you know when ice cream is ready and stop mixing it?

Is it possible to make less fat, otherwise 22% cream is too thick for me? Just diluted with milk?
Stafa
I make from 10% cream 500ml and 100ml 1.5% milk and berries the same somewhere.
Omela
ABOUT, Laris, as I have straight. I had 20% cream.
Scops owl
So according to one recipe they did
Stafa And not a lot of 500 and another 100? I was kneaded to the milestone and I wanted to run into the hole. I’ll also try it now when we eat it. I ate something for the night. It's terribly satisfying
Stafa
No, sometimes he tries to escape into the hole, but he has never run far away.

You know, when I did it for the first time, I also had ice cream tightly frozen to the walls, I couldn't tear it off And then I read somewhere in this thread that you must first turn on the ice cream maker so that the stirrer works, and then pour the mixture, otherwise Pour the mixture into an idle ice cream maker, and then just turn on the stirrer - in these seconds it freezes to the walls (according to the principle of a tongue in winter to a swing). When I started doing this, the problem disappeared, it no longer sticks tightly.
But the popsicles are still tasty, you must agree

When I make from 22% cream, after whipping in a glass, a lot of thick mass turns out to remain on the walls of the glass and I just pour about 50 ml of milk into the glass, rinse the glass and add it to the ice cream maker It turns out the cream seems to be diluted
And as soon as the mass rises to the lid, I turn it off, sometimes 10 minutes is enough, and sometimes 40, in different ways ...

I am making it fruity out of hopelessness, because the fastest thing - mixed everything into a glass, whipped and ready
It's just that I'm now at the dacha and there are 6 children - my three and three nephews, so they can't wait for a long time, they need a lot at once and quickly Today I made a cherry, so even in the freezer they gave him a little freeze, ate almost a kg and went to sleep
