Zamorochka, yes, the bottom is silicone. But the shape itself is too big for me. Everything seems to be correct, but somehow I dislike her ... But I liked the baby, compact.
Zamorochka
Yes, Anh, this bribed, compactness

And who has cocotte makers - tell me some recipe is not very complicated - I really want to try them

Lena, Ira (RepeShock) baked apples, here, in the subject laid out a photo, such a beauty

Galya, I can't find something. Apples are not very good right now. Another would be to find some recipe.

Ira will not write)))) because she hasn’t done anything else in them yet))) but there are a lot of ideas when only to implement them
And pate, and small casseroles, and a vegetable string, and with meat, portioned bread, again, small muffins.
A bunch of ideas)
I most often use a 1.8 liter unit, a very good size for me, I love it dearly.

Plastic dishes Tupperware - reviews

I had an average box, I don't know, I didn't really like the color and it was somehow narrow. gave it away.
Elena17
Girls, tell me, please, who has the Prelude jug (1.7 l) - can you pour hot into this jug? And another question - it is indicated that the drink can be kept cold for a long time due to the lid. What's in the lid? By what means?
LanaG
Elena17, water is poured into the lid and into the freezer (icebox), so the cold lasts for a long time. I won't say exactly about boiling water, but 60 degrees can be poured
Elena17
Svetlana, how to pour water into the lid?
LanaG
Elena, she opens up
Elena17
How else to understand how it is revealed?

No instructions
LanaG
It is in two parts: the top is inserted into the bottom, however, very tightly
Elena17
Thanks for the tip. I tried it - but something doesn't work. I'm afraid to break.
LanaG
Elenadon't be afraid, there is nothing to break, sooo tight closed

Girls. if anyone is interested in Avito-SPb. a meat grinder is sold for 3000r. Includes only a sausage attachment and 1 wire rack (iron). Received information from the seller. someone was looking for a nozzle ?. If anything. then tel. I'll throw it off (I don't know if it is possible to write here?). My friend wanted, but complete.
Elena17
And again the same question - how to disassemble the lid of the 1.7l Prelude jug? How many did not try - well, it does not work! Just some kind of delusion! Tell me - who has it.

But I discovered that the lid closes much more tightly than that of the Charm jug. I closed it completely (pressed it to the nose), turned it over - it does not pour out.

I remove the question and open it.
Mashunya
Girls may need to put the lid itself in the freezer without opening it. I saw an advertisement on Yandex, it says that there is a cooling element in the lid.
Elena17
Mashunya, I can say (since I did open it) - there is nothing in the lid. Such an empty oval container.

so it’s time for me to find out about this "miracle dish" Taper yesterday, a friend praised me .. decided to look in the internet, is it really so wonderful ..) did not find what kind of "miracle" of plastic she made, that the products in it are not deteriorate and keep their original condition for a long time. I was especially interested in the containers for freezing berries, etc., they said that the berries are kept absolutely fresh all winter (in the freezer) .. If this is really so, then this is a real find for me
But something already from the first pages of the forum realized that the opinions and reviews are very contradictory, some ... I'm at a loss .. the dishes are not cheap ..
Zamorochka
firuza83, Yasmina, well, of course, the reviews will be different, how many people, so many opinions, everyone finds something of their own in the taper. It depends on what you want, what the need is, start from this, ask, study, what you are interested in and need

Apparently, you misunderstood something ... And what about the berries in freezer will happen over the winter? they are frozen.
And they don't care what is stored there.
It is convenient for us, for example, to put them in a container or to someone just in a bag.

And what will happen to the berries in the freezer during the winter? they are frozen
Well, yes, they should be frozen for the winter in these containers, but the thing about these containers is that the berries will not get soaked, they will not become soft when defrosting, but will be just as hard as fresh ones. If not, then of course, I can store them in anything) in a bag, in a simple container - if they still become soft when defrosting ...
Who uses these containers? Is this really possible?)

RepeShock

Yasmina, I, of course, cannot tell you for sure, especially since I myself have not frozen and stored the berries like that.
But it seems to me that when defrosting, they will be exactly the same as usually happens when defrosting.
It is just that odors do not get into the container and, possibly, the berries freeze less.

But I doubt that such as fresh remain straight
But cool. I really like freezer trays.

Any happy owners of summer cottages and vegetable gardens in the summer have a question about harvesting for the winter. Compotes, jam - this is certainly good, but very long and laborious. Therefore, in our family, this issue was solved simply - we freeze berries, fruits and some vegetables. Previously, I just packed all this in packages, but it didn't work out very well - a lot of frost, uncomfortable and ugly.
The containers are very tightly closed with lids, so moisture and foreign odors do not penetrate inside. The result is a minimum of frost, the products retain their taste and aroma to the maximum. When I opened the tray with berries, I really could smell summer! Believe me, berries frozen in bags, even purchased ones, do not smell like that! The frost was only on top - a very thin layer, and the berries were clean, easily separated from each other.
The walls of the containers are slightly flexible, so they are easy to open and close. They are convenient to place in the freezer and look very cute. The material from which they are made repels water and does not absorb fats and fruit acids. Therefore, you can freeze anything you want.
firuza83
tata2307, but how do fruits and berries behave after defrosting in such containers? lose their appearance, "shrink", become soft, watery?
Mashunya
Last year I froze pitted cherries. There was little juice when defrosting. The berries have not changed in appearance. The containers have elastic plastic, the lid is soft. The quality of the plastic is amazing. Do not feel sorry for the money spent. I also store the chopped dill. Looks fresh. I am glad that the sizes of the containers are different. I advise.

"shrink", become soft, watery?

firuza83, I think it depends on the berry. When defrosting, any berry will release juice - more strawberries and raspberries, currants and cranberries less. I used to freeze in zip lock packages. If the berry is well dried before freezing, there is almost no frost in the bag. Now I use cooling trays, if they are not enough (and they are still not enough), then bags. The trays are more convenient, of course - nothing will break, nothing will open by accident. If you dry the berries well, they do not stick together. It is convenient to put on top of each other.

It is convenient to freeze the minced meat. Then I take it out (so as not to occupy the tray), wrap it in a film or a bag - such a compact cube is obtained, and not a shapeless piece. Space is saved in the freezer.

It is also convenient to freeze kefir - then make curd from it
firuza83
Elena17, that's right, I also freeze the dried berries, and I have them one to one, as much as I need I scoop and take, defrost - only they give a little juice and lose in the form, they are no longer even berries, but become a little shriveled .. ( but I would like them to be "intact" .. I basically freeze my currants, cherries, strawberries .. purchased blueberries, cranberries .. and they all do not quite retain their original appearance when defrosting ((and I really want to ... eh. I thought there really was such a miracle dish ...
mowgli
firuza83, everything is the same as in normal freezing, just compact and convenient
LanaG
firuza83, the temperature is kept in the cooling trays for some time (it is important if the power engineers like to turn off the light for short periods of time), the bags are torn, disposable containers sometimes fail, some plastic containers become fragile after freezing, ... BEAUTIFUL
To buy or not to decide is purely individual
firuza83
Thanks to everyone who answered, shared from your answers and posts from the topic (which I managed to read), I realized that the thing is good, but at the expense of the "pristine" type of berries / fruits, doubts remained .. but oh well, you just need to buy and check it yourself) especially since they are not so expensive and are (relatively) for a set of 5 pieces .. I was also interested in the container (or as it is called Confectioner "New") for carrying cakes, or, in common people, a cake bowl)). Maybe someone has it, share its advantages, well, except for easy portability) .. And while I just started studying the products of this company, I choose what may be useful to me)
LanaG
firuza83, I use the cake maker for storage, not for carrying cakes, especially since I have a model with an ice container at the bottom (a rarity). About the transfer, I met reviews that it is not worth carrying heavy cakes, the locks may unfasten (the cake on the asphalt is somehow not very (((()

Girls, once again I appeal to you for help ... A question about smart refrigerators. X means do not put in the refrigerator. But I, for example, put plums or tomatoes in the UX with a lid whether it is necessary to close it or not. And the valve is in what position?
LanaG
Umk @ 74, if you put something in the UX, you need to close the lid. It is not recommended to put tomatoes in the refrigerator, they lose sugar. And it is better to determine the closing of the valve empirically, tomatoes in different seasons they are very different
mowgli
Girls. and I put the smoked meat in the UH, close the valve?
