Now I will measure it ....

Diameter 23 cm, height 3.5 cm.

Really like. I decided to take the second - one is not enough. The other day I baked cheesecakes in it, there was a lot of dough - I had to get all sorts of other molds
Zamorochka
Lena, thanks! Probably, too, must be taken, the Princess is included in height.

It was not possible to take a closer picture - they ate everything very quickly. And most importantly, almost without flour

Lena, the height is good at the syrniki

Do you bake cheesecakes in the oven? What is the recipe?

Katya1234, Katya, no special recipe.

Beat 2 eggs with sugar (if the cottage cheese is not sour, then a little sugar, and so - to taste, who loves sweeter, who does not - if they eat with jam). You can add cottage cheese, raisins (if you like), candied fruits. And then we look - if the cottage cheese was dry, then there may be 2 spoons of flour. If it is damp, a little more. Stir and spoon into molds. In the oven at 200 degrees. Time depends on the oven - 20-30 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden stick. It turns out just like a cake.

Galya, there were a little more than half in the molds, they got up like this. And they didn't settle, by the way. Mine love these cheesecakes. Fried people are no longer eaten at all. They are delicious and just like that, and with sour cream, with jam

It's more useful after all! I'm making a casserole in a small cartoon, but I want cheese cakes

how much cottage cheese for 2 eggs?

I'm always by sight. Puzzled. Well, somewhere 800-900 g was probably. I just bought 1.5 kg, my son ate twice, the rest was for cheesecakes. On a casserole - in principle, it seems likely. Cold ones are even tastier (in my opinion). Only I grease the casserole with sour cream on top, but there are no cheese cakes. Cut the casserole. And my laziness. Cheesecakes are more convenient for them - they wanted to, took them from the plate, the size was convenient.

It is more useful! Therefore, I began to make them in the oven. We have a relative - he doesn't eat cottage cheese at all. Came to visit us somehow (it was at the dacha). I just baked these cheesecakes. He sat down to drink tea, tasted it, said - how delicious, what is this made of? And when I confessed that it was made of cottage cheese, I didn't believe it ...

I used to make them in the oven just on a Teflon sheet - it's also delicious. But there you need more flour - otherwise they blur on the sheet - cakes are obtained. And in the tins - everything is fine.
Albina
Elenahow to care for these silicone molds? I ordered a set for the joint venture: a baking sheet + a mold for muffins + for freezing. I want a baking sheet for rolls, otherwise the roll sticks to the substrate. And the most delicious and beautiful part remains. I think it will be better to lag behind the baking sheet with a beautiful crust. Who has a baking sheet, brag.
NataliaVoronezh
Albina, I have it, but I haven't tested it with rolls yet.Rada-dms did a roll on it, try it
Elena17
Albina, nothing sticks to my silicone molds. I don't grease them with anything. I baked it, washed it with AOS, dried it (or wiped it off with a towel) and put it in the closet. And my silicone molds are not only taper. There is also Regent, there is generally noname (for cupcakes) - all bake normally.
Albina
Thank you girls 🔗 So I will feel how it comes, but it is not soon.

Elena17,
Elena, thank you very much! I need an approximate composition to understand the taste and consistency. I'll try to cook it.

Judging by the video, this one also remains on the baking sheet.
I also saw that the baking sheet is sprinkled with water before putting the dough, I don't know why

Katya, the consistency - to make it clearer - if you baked muffins from a ready-made mixture (Pounds, for example) - it turns out a little thicker for cheese cakes. The dough does not flow, it is laid out with a spoon. It turns out even tastier if you rub the cottage cheese (I don't always have time for this).

Irina, I don’t know how it is now, but earlier in the DC, Taper's forms were advised to sprinkle with cold water before use.
I don't have a baking sheet, but I really rinse the silicone mold for muffins (red-haired round) under the tap, and then shake it off well. I got used to doing this. But I only bake muffins in the microwave.)))
Katya1234
Elena17,
Elena, I have never baked cupcakes from such a mixture. But I realized what a consistency. I often make cheese cakes on the stove. Now I will try this option.

LudMila, Ludmila, understandably. So I saw it on some video.

I, too, now have two coasters - both Taper's and Joseph's. They stand in different places, both are in use, but tapering more often. Really like!

Katya1234, Katya, this morning I again baked such cheesecakes for theirs (they like these with me - I constantly bake). For 1 kg of cottage cheese (was dry) - 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons. tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons.tablespoons of flour. I didn't even add raisins. It turned out great! I even managed to take a closer picture of them, later I'll post a photo - now I'm running away
