We quote - When the pressure rises to 2 atm. (200 kPa) - which consists of 1 atm of our atmospheric pressure and plus 1 atm (approximately 100 kPa) excess, which not all pressure cookers have, but electric and even more.
And with a high degree of probability, your pressure cooker does not have such pressure either, since Moulinex does not indicate this parameter, does not catch the eye, and, accordingly, does not have the required temperature either.
Maybe you have this knowledge about her?
Share!
Well, while you are looking, you can read about this:
Moulinex is about the same in appearance, I suppose, and characteristics.

Electric pressure cookers LandLife
Multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000
Electric pressure cooker features:
Choice of time (duration) of cooking under pressure - from 1 minute to 99 minutes
Long-term maintenance of temperature after the end of the cooking process - from 60 ° C to 80 ° C
Possibility to pre-program the cooking start time - from 1 hour to 9 hours
Preservation of vitamins and taste of food during cooking
Lack of fumes and odors in the kitchen
Works automatically - no need to constantly monitor
You can fry, boil, steam and even bake muffins in our casserole.
You can cook cereals, meat, vegetables, legumes in it.

Security - 6 degrees of protection

A typical pressure cooker has only 2 safety valves.
The LandLife electric pressure cooker has 6 degrees of protection.

There is a security lock on the cover.
If the lid is not properly closed, pressure will not build up inside the pot.
If the lid is closed well, excess pressure builds up inside the pressure cooker.
The lock will prevent the lid from opening while there is high pressure inside the pot.

Internal tank pressure regulator.
There is a pressure regulator for the inner container inside the pot.
It controls the pressure inside the pot. This pressure cooker operates at a pressure of 60kPa-70kPa 112C-115C If the pressure rises to 70 kPa, the regulator starts to work and turns off the heating so that the pressure does not increase any more.
If the pressure is less than 60kPa, the regulator turns on heating to increase the pressure. This process is automatic.

Bypass valve.
If the protection system suddenly fails, and the pressure will rise to 90kPa, the bypass valve on the lid will operate and reduce the pressure inside the pot.

Temperature sensor.
There is a temperature sensor inside the pot. If suddenly the temperature rises above the maximum permissible, or drops below the programmed one, the sensor will work and turn off or turn on the power supply.

Temperature sensor fuse.
If the temperature sensor is defective and the temperature inside the pan rises to maximum permissible (145 ° C), the fuse will blow (melt). It cuts off the power supply completely and then we go to repair - approx. the author.

The last degree of protection.
This method of protection is patented. This is a very important mechanism.
Inside the pot, at the bottom, there are three flat springs.
In case of failure of all stages of protection, the pressure in the pan may rise very high, up to 200kPa, that is, to a temperature of only 132C, this is when the pressure cooker is already undergoing a light cracker and all botulinum bacteria will naturally die - approx. author).
In this case, the springs are activated. The internal container under the action of pressure presses the springs and falls down. As a result, a gap forms between the inner container and the lid, through which the pressure is released.

sleepyhead, cooked a baked ham according to your recipe - very, very tasty and very juicy: girl_claping: Thank you! : rose: True, I did not take beef, but pork, not 500g, but about 1kg, stuffed it with garlic and carrots, smeared it well with mustard and marinated it in my refrigerator for more than 12 hours, because something was being cooked in a multicooker all the time , she did not have time to rest with me. Of course, the piece became a little smaller, but what a delicious one!

Yes, the price is very similar to the design. It would be even more accurate for her characteristics and photos inside.
Here the photo did not come across for viewing. I'll look at the first page and go.

I looked, everything was confirmed. Like a pressure cooker, exactly the same type as LandLife.
The question is cleared.
Of the high-pressure electric pressure cookers, only the KuKu 1054 works.

kubanochka, you managed to exaggerate the capabilities of Mulinex and, except in the CIS, did not find where this model is still presented. Also a thought.

Well no! I rather underestimated the capabilities of Mulinex. Indeed, the instructions say: "Mode" Low pressure "3 kg, Mode" High pressure "5.5 kg" (mode table page 5)
Believe me, this is not about the weight of the product. I am engaged in the design of automatic fire extinguishing systems (sprinkler, gas, etc.), we often measure the pressure in the system not in atmospheres, not in kPa, not in Bars, but in kilograms.
1 "kilogram" (kilogram of force per cm2) = 100 kPa, (more precisely, 98.0665) or 1 atmosphere. Therefore:
"Low pressure" (LP) mode 3 kg = 3 atm, hence the boiling point is 132 * С;
"High pressure" (HP) mode 5.5 kg = 5.5 atm, therefore the boiling point is 155 * С

And this is perhaps a significant PLUS in favor of Mulinex. And LandLife is my Sinbo's twin brother, there really is no such pressure as in our Mula.

Therefore, claiming that I perfectly understand what pressure is meant to determine the boiling point of water, I really know what I am talking about.
Now, indeed, the question has been removed

By the way, I did not answer for so long, because I was doing a project for automatic fire extinguishing of a hypermarket under construction. Considering hydraulics, I found an argument in favor of Muli, remembering the "kilograms"

I don't have a 1054 cuckoo, maybe it's as strong as a pressure cooker. But I have Cuckoo 1010, also a pressure cooker So, with Mule, as with a pressure cooker, there can be no comparison! Only our Mule has good pressure! The cuckoo is good for porridge, languor, soups are more rich ... I put ordinary potatoes to boil under pressure for 15 minutes - RAW. In Mula, it would have cooked much faster. It turns out tasty in Kukushka, but for a long time.
Conclusion: "Our Mulya is the best!"

Blessed is he who believes!
The instructions really have such notes that they mean the secret of the translator.
Most likely there is a problem with zeros, which seems to be true - 0.3 and 0.55. There are similar pressure cookers with this pressure.
A clipping from the standard temperature dependence table confirms the assumption -
110С 1.415 atm 1.362 kg / cm2
111.7С 1.5 atm 1.55 kg / cm2
And also the incorrect designation of the working pressure in the instructions in kg is not kgf, and not kg, and not kg / cm2.
Not alarming?
At an overpressure of not 0.3 and 0.55, but 10 times more, the pressure cooker will simply collapse.
Not only are you mistaken yourself, but others here read your calculations.
You can check your fornication very easily by measuring the operating temperature inside the pressure cooker in any convenient way, for example, by putting an oven thermometer in it and then correcting your erroneous statement about this multicooker here when this is confirmed.
Unauthorized people reading your incorrect information can endanger their lives, botulism is not a toy!
Think about it!

How to check the truth - for everyone who wants to find an error in the instructions in this way.
The test method is not complicated, a thermometer is placed on the grid in the pressure cooker, it should not touch the water, a glass of water is poured at the bottom, after the pressure cooker enters the mode, turn it off and release the pressure as soon as possible by opening the valve.
Open the lid and look at the thermometer readings, in a couple of seconds the temperature will not run far.

What nonsense! Why is it that the pressure of 3 and 5.5 atm scares you so much? Not only are you afraid yourself, but you also intimidate others.
But what about the standard in the world of espresso - pressure 8-9 bar Coffee machines provide this standard. Something I have nothing exploded so far
Well, this is for reference: from the standards for fire extinguishing. The pressure in the system (for which plastic pipes can be used) must be at least 1 MPa (which is already 10 atm!). And this pressure should be in the system CONSTANTLY, and not at the time of extinguishing the fire. The working pressure of the flexible hose of the KOFULSO company, approved for use in fire extinguishing, is 13 Atm, the maximum pressure (water hammer) is 68 Atm !!!

For the whole year I cooked in it only soups, pilaf, casserole and fried potatoes with meat. And now the kids have grown up a little and I can't really get enough of her. For young mothers, it is simply an irreplaceable thing. Now I am in it and make omelette for a couple and cheesecakes for a couple, and it all takes all 3 minutes. Colossal fast! I also practice fruit purees in steam, it turns out delicious. And most importantly, the small ones are already running))) In general, I am delighted!

At a pressure of 1.7 Atm, the boiling point of water is 115 * C. At this temperature, botulism spores die in 10 minutes (according to Karl Mayer, the one who invented Botox on the basis of these very bacteria). I put beef stew for 95 minutes! I believe that canned food sterilized in our Mule is SAFE!

I sometimes reread both the beginning and the middle of the topic I look. And here's what interested me: sometimes they write that for broth (jellied meat), the first water after boiling is drained and then only put to cook under pressure. Of course, I am still a cook, but it seemed to me that for the broth it is better if the meat is heated together with water, extracting it into it, and for the second, on the contrary, and all the juice remains in the meat.
And one more thing: maybe you should not wait two years (as they say in the instructions), but immediately get a pair of O-rings for different types of products. And then after the fish jellied do-o-olgo amber kept both from the ring and from the valve?

Good day to all! Join the ranks of the happy owners of this miracle mule! Last summer, my parents had this miracle, and since we live far from each other, I only listened with my ears about all the delights of sowing creation! For a long time already I was going to buy myself, but the time came only yesterday !!! They brought me my girlfriend !!!! They arrived late, so the first experiment was only today! And it was pea soup !!!
In general, I fried finely chopped onions and shabby carrots, added chopped smoked brisket in strips (since there were no ribs in the store, but I really wanted the soup, I bought it), on the "Toasting" mode, this whole thing was brought to golden color) and turned off mode. I added peas (did not soak - just washed), potatoes, poured hot water up to the mark, salted and mixed and turned on the high pressure mode for 30 minutes. and went to take care of the child. Min. 15 MC was gaining pressure, then the countdown began. I squeaked it, let the steam down myself - I rather wanted to see what happened there) The result is a puffing soup (the peas are completely boiled, the potatoes remain intact, even added dill), the husband immediately screwed up the plate!
In general, I will create plans for cooking!
I've been studying the forum for two days, I've already taken note of a lot of recipes!

Hello everybody! The other day we bought such a multi-cooker-pressure cooker, I didn't like the recipes from the book, I began to look in the internet. And then I came across your forum, which is very happy. Take a newbie into your ranks. I only cooked chicken and potatoes once, for 1 time it turned out fine, I think that after a few cooks I will get used to it. When I let off steam for the first time I was very frightened, thanks someone here wrote about the towel, threw it on, it became somehow calmer Pressure for some reason was not typed, apparently the lid should not just be closed on the latch, but also put a little pressure on it later to be airtight It was. This is the only way for me, on 2 attempts the pressure began to build up. Is this not a marriage? While there is time to change. You can ask a stupid question: how to find a quick recipe here so that you don't read all the pages, well, for example, you specifically need borscht or something else. Thank you.

As long as I am happy and those whom I feed

I will read your tips and recipes.

The only thing - I have a question. When I disassembled the purchased multicooker at home, I saw that, according to the instructions, there should be a pressure sensor in it, but not. The store said that they did not know what it was, and they did not find this on any of the available ones. Is this an important point at all?

Some nonsense: 1 bar is approximately the level of atmospheric pressure at the level of the world's ocean surface!
It turns out in our pressure cooker not high pressure, but low pressure. And when we release (?) The pressure, steam does not actually come out of the saucepan, but flies into it.

Today I decided to make steamed boiled pork, like Soneyka advised. I can't say anything about the product yet - it's getting cold.
But here's what put me a little in thought: hot water was poured into the pan from the tap and so much scale settled! If steamed regularly, the saucepan will instantly become dirty. And who has any thoughts other than purchasing a replacement pan? How to "protect yourself" in such cases? Our water is hard. We pour imported spring water into the coffee machine and into the kettle too. And here for one time somehow in scrap. Although, a saucepan is more expensive than a trip to the spring ...

I am waiting for my pressure cooker the other day, I have read the whole topic, questions about the instructions, the recipe book, the valve, and the preparation are repeated with enviable regularity. And the old-timers answer the same thing several times.
If possible, put, am, links to instructions, etc. in the topic with recipes in the first place. * They are on Moulinex's website, if necessary, I will post links. *

First, I want to say thank you to everyone! for helpful tips, recipes and good mood!
Secondly, I propose to be friends on the basis of love for cooking in a wonderful pot!
And, of course, the heading - newbie questions -
1. When I turn it on and start cooking, Mule starts to turn like that .... Who had that?
2. And today I was preparing a stew, I didn’t bleed steam, so the valve was bubbling .... I thought there was a lot of water, but from where? all in its own juice .... I wash the lid and valves constantly.
3. Why else does it happen - the pressure has accumulated, the point has stopped and is being prepared, then the point blinks again, then stops again? so it was when I cooked rice in water.
4. Is there a table indicating how many cereals are cooked for both high pressure and low pressure?

Thank you!!!!

I promise to share recipes and help everyone if I know the answers))))

Welcome to the ranks of the fans of our beloved Mulechka

Here's a sample I made for myself:

RIS- Rinse and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then strain and pour in a 1: 1 ratio of water. LP mode for 13 minutes.
BUCKWHEAT - Proportions 1: 2 water. LP mode for 13 minutes.
WHEAT - Proportions 1: 2.5 water. ND for 13 minutes

But recently I cooked rice without soaking on HP, it turned out great, pour water visually as much as rice and turn on HP for 6-7 minutes (depending on the amount of rice). You can bleed off the steam, or you can not bleed it off, I blew it off.

Not so long ago I conducted a kind of experiment with cooking cereals in our Mula, here is the result:
I took 1 glass of rice, 1 glass of water at room temperature, turned it on for 2 minutes, the slow cooker was cold! The start time of the experiment was 10.25, at 10.33 the multicooker gained pressure and the countdown started, at 10.36 the multicooker gave a signal to end the cooking. I usually forcibly bleed the pressure, but for the sake of the purity of the experiment, I decided not to. Gave the pressure to fall by myself. I opened the multicooker at 10.42. Rice was ready Smiling
But my husband then said that he would have put it not for 2 minutes, but for 3. But for me the rice is completely ready, protomilya, all the liquid has been absorbed and the cereal has steamed smile.gif
result: 17 minutes passed from the start of switching on until the rice was fully cooked.

Next, I set the barley to cook.I took 2 glasses of cereal, rinsed it, poured it with 3 glasses of water at room temperature, turned it on for 15 minutes. The start time of cooking is 13.10, at 13.20 the mule gained pressure and the countdown started, at 13.35 the multicooker gave a signal to end the cooking. At 13.45 the pressure subsided, the pearl barley is ready.
Pearl barley was cooked for 45 minutes
And I cook millet groats in a ratio of 1: 3 for 4 minutes at high pressure.

I got acquainted. Something in our area I did not come across horse meat (yet). Maybe she was looking badly. And if you take beef, how much shorter is the time to make, do you think?

I make from duck, wildly true, a dish like pilaf, but only with pearl barley. I cut the duck into small pieces, 1-2 bites, fry, then fry the onions, carrots in the same place, salt, turn on the HP for 3 minutes, then add. pearl barley and turn it on on high pressure for 15-20 minutes. After that I don't release the pressure, I wait until it releases itself.

Can you please tell me, I cooked only 3 times, and then I pulled (not hard) on such a small handle on the inner lid, but I still have it in my hands, I can somehow fix it myself, because it is only to pull out the inner lid for washing and everything, it seems, does not carry any other function.

Good day! Take in your ranks. I am the proud owner of this miracle technique since August. My husband and I had a question: is it possible to cook French fries in it? Has anyone tried it? I read somewhere that it is possible, but I cannot find a description. (

"She", which remained in the hand - is it a small pen or an inner lid? If the latter, then the inner lid must be removed for washing after each cooking. And if the handle falls off, you need to try to rivet it in place or replace it with something suitable.
