Hello multicooker!
Users of this model, could you measure the exact volume to the amount where the maximum mark is? Well, that is, how much you can maximize by displacement. It is very necessary to quickly decide on the MB model, and most of all, the maximum volume for cooking under pressure is of interest. Thank you in advance.

THANK YOU!!!
in terms of volume, for me, the choice is in favor of this one, but in terms of functionality and the final choice - now I don't know ...
I also consider this https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=168914.0, it has a ceramic bowl and seems to be more functional, maybe someone has both, so they will tell you what you like best

All these modes, IMHO, are not needed ... unless the Drinks mode is interesting - is it for making moonshine?

Comrades, help !!! For the second time the mule let me down, well, how let me down ... In general, pressure is not gaining, steam is coming from the valve. It is in a closed state, I rechecked everything, the lid is clean, there are no pieces anywhere, I disassembled and washed everything. The first time I cooked beef broth, as usual, I poured it with cold water, put it on high pressure for 30 minutes, while the water warmed up, then yes, in general, steam came out of the valve and the time didn’t change for 15 minutes. , threw off the steam forcibly (it still came out for a long time), the broth was cooked, but the meat is very tough. Now I began to cook soup, fried everything, put in the potatoes, poured boiling water over it, put it on the LP for 5 minutes - the same garbage steam goes, there is no pressure gain. I turned it off again by canceling it, forced it off steam. The potatoes are cooked, the meatballs too - I don't understand anything. I threw in the vermicelli, let it boil a little on frying and closed the lid so that it would stand on the heating until lunchtime. I read that in such cases it is necessary to change the O-ring and pressure indicator. What's wrong with the indicator? Tell me. and if it really needs to be changed, then where can all this be written out? We have no service centers, the closest ones are in Yekaterinburg, my husband will be there for November. thank you in advance.
Vero_nika
Although I have a new MV, I immediately had the same garbage with pressure. I also close everything, I hear it gurgles, it warms up, then steam begins to whistle out of the hole in the handle, that is, the very pressure indicator. I turn it off right away, I don’t wait for the time to change, it won’t start if the steam has gone, I open the lid and start closing it again. And so to catch the moment, so that when the lid is closed, then this indicator already jumps out to the upper position, that is, this means the pressure will be typed up instantly, because everything is hot inside. And if the lid is closed, but the indicator does not jump out, then I reopen and close it. In short, it all turns out far from the first time, I get nervous all over, but then everything works fine. So I think what I'm doing wrong, why do I have to re-close the MV, or is it a factory marriage I got.
sleepyhead
Girls, when you turn on the MV on pressure, it starts to gain steam. When she has collected steam, then there is a short-term emission of steam through this valve, about which you are writing. But, I repeat, the release is short-lived, then it works without steam release. Maybe you are in a hurry, and when there is this short-term release, you start to take action? If so, then your MV is working fine.

no no no! not a short-term steam release! I know how the pressure builds up, I also thought, I'll wait right now, the pressure will build up and start cooking. so no! all 15-20 minutes steam falls :(

check the sealing gum, it may be worn incorrectly, or it is leaky
Olekma
Tanchello, press the small O-ring inside the lid tightly against the lid and it will work.
Vero_nika
I, too, do not have a short-term release, I have not observed this at all, steam is blowing specifically and for a long time. I'll try to press the O-ring, maybe that's the truth.

I received a 6-liter bowl with a ceramic coating from ARC and a sealing ring from ARC at Rostov joint ventures. Everything fits perfectly. So that you can buy for our Mulechka.
Soneika, I decided to address my question specifically to you, because you already have the cup. At our joint venture, they ask to indicate to which model of the multicooker I need the ARC bowl, the QDL or DSB model. To be honest, this question puzzled me. Do you by any chance know which model you have a bowl for? If you do not know, then at least write down the dimensions, since the dimensions indicated in the forum 24.4 * 24 * 17 are too big for mine from above. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Measured the ARS bowl. Top: diameter is the largest, at the very top
with a side - 24 cm,
Bottom: - at the very bottom - 17.7 cm,
- slightly higher - 19.7 cm
Height: - 16.4 cm with a side,
- 16 cm to the side.
My bowl was declared as a bowl with a ceramic coating, but it looks a little like ceramics. However, it does not scratch, I work even with metal spoons and a ladle. But the oven is better in Teflon, in this one it sticks to the bottom.

I don’t know about the name. I also bought on the joint venture. In my bill it was written: Inner bowl 6L. whitfort coated with grill

Good afternoon everyone !!! I am now also lucky - the owner of a multicooker))) I took it from my mother, to whom the miracle machine seemed too confused
I've already cooked pilaf and stewed potatoes ... I liked it))
I want to cook soup with chicken, girls-experts, tell me, pzhl, how to boil meat in a slow cooker, so that there is no scale and a rich broth is obtained ???
I am very glad for my successful purchase and the fact that I came across such a wonderful forum
And another question, as I understand it, VD is in order to cook a dish quickly. When is it better to use ND? I just read the recipes on the forum ... someone cooks pilaf with ND, and someone with ND. Explain, pliiiz, otherwise I'm still confused

Welcome! Regarding VD and ND - let more experienced girls correct me, if anything, but as I understand it, you can cook at least in that mode, at least on this one and the same dish. With HP it will turn out faster, and with LP (I persuade myself this way) it seems to be more useful. Well, a little longer!
The broth in the multicooker always turns out rich and beautiful, I also put lavrushka there and the peppercorns (well, many probably do that) As for the scale ... I have never had it in the multicooker broth ... The only thing, on the top of the lid scale happened, but rinsing it is not a problem!
Good luck!

kubanochka Lena, although I don't have such a pressure cooker as yours, if you remember I was wondering if it was possible to make canned meat in Land Lay, well, today I conducted an experiment, made a canned chicken. For a start, I bring any meat to a boil in a saucepan, on gas, drain this broth, put it in a multicooker and fill it with clean water, well, then I cook it ... I tried to put the meat in a multicooker right away, I had scale all over the multicooker ..

Hello girls !!! cooked yesterday julienne in cartoon... it's so delicious !!!! I advise everyone to do it, especially since it's as easy as shelling pears. I took a chicken breast (about 500 grams was in it), cut it into small pieces (I did everything in the "Frying vegetables" mode), a little vegetable oil (you can put a small piece of butter), fried it, added one small onion ( cut into cubes), then added mushrooms - 300-400 grams (for some reason I like julienne most of all with them). Fried for 7-10 minutes, then added 1 tbsp. l. flour and sour cream (3 full tablespoons) (you can add 100-150ml cream), fry it all until tender. I took the cheese, grated it on a coarse grater (100 grams), added it to the mass, mixed it. Grate the cheese separately (100 grams), sprinkle the mixture on top (do not stir), close the lid of the multicooker, turn it off and let the cheese melt. You can put it on HP for 1 minute so that the cheese melts faster. It was sooo tasty !!! I even forgot to take a picture))) Bon appetit

Thank you, girls, for the advice. And I still cooked meat (chicken thigh) right away in Multa. I cooked without frying, immediately threw meat, onions and carrots and VD for 15 minutes. Then she let off steam, threw in a pot and noodles and for another 5 minutes at high pressure. There was no scale and the meat came out very juicy. The soup is insanely delicious))
In fact, the multicooker is easy to use, at first it seems difficult. Wonder machine

Eleanorochka, did you add cream instead of sour cream or sour cream + cream? I ask because I'm afraid that sour cream + cream will get a lot of liquid. And I love julienne without gravy

Girls, hello !!!! I am now with you with our beloved pressure cooker. My husband made a wonderful gift for the DR, by the way his choice fell on her, after reading your forum. And then I was shown this site where you share delicious recipes and thank you for that!
Girls, I've already done a lot in it during these 20 days, I found raspberries in the freezer, and I think some of you made some kind of dessert with it in our assistant?

lensca, congratulations on your gift !! You have a great husband, who understands, and now the saucepan is excellent
Here, on the forum, there is a recipe for charlotte from Nicoletta, I baked according to this recipe with apples, pears, and raspberries (I took frozen, defrosted, let the juice drain). It turned out delicious. I made a sauce from the juice, but this is optional.
Bon Appetit!

I was making raspberry pie. I took the recipe on the Internet.

Airy raspberry pie
Ingredients:
1. Raspberry 150 gr
2. Eggs 5 pcs
3. Oil 100 gr + a little to grease the mold
4. Milk or cream - 100 gr
5. Sugar 150 gr
6. Flour 200 gr (one and a half glasses)
7. Powdered sugar
8. Baking powder 2 tsp.
9. Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Preparation:
1. Stir in soft butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, milk, flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla sugar.
3. Grease a mold with butter and lay out the dough. Scatter raspberries evenly on top.
4. Oven for 45 minutes in the "Fry" mode
5. Allow to cool. Remove from saucepan.
7. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.

It turns out a very tender cake. But the raspberry bones crunch)) But you can't get away from this.
lensca
zweto4ek thank you tremendous !!! now I will definitely add raspberries

Do not salt the rice, mix it with your fish and let it stand for a while.
You can also make a salad with boiled rice (unsalted), onions, eggs, or whatever other ingredients you have. Dressing sour cream (yogurt) mayonnaise.
Rice draws out salt very well.
Dare, it will be delicious, the main thing is not to be shy and assure yourself and everyone that it was intended that way. No one spoils any products and cannot spoil them.

Good afternoon girls!
I have had the cartoon since Saturday, I haven't mastered it yet. But yesterday she upset me, so I came to you for advice. I cooked a fillet of pink salmon on a pillow of vegetables. There was a similar recipe with salmon on the forum. I didn't have a lot of things, so I served as a pillow for the fish: onions, yellow bell peppers and apples. Top with pink salmon with lemon. In principle, everything worked out, however, I will try it at lunchtime. But ... the O-ring began to smell strongly of pepper! I washed it, soaked it, nothing helped. I decided that it was not scary and began to cook porridge for the morning in the evening. Imagine my surprise when in the morning the porridge, incomparable in consistency, began to smell ... of pepper! What do you advise? How to avoid the smell from this gum being transmitted to the dish?

And also look for a replacement ring, and a bowl too. I myself got to this problem.
IRR
all silicone absorbs smell, all and always ... all smells at the same time. Whatever the appearances. Never close the lid tightly when storing the pot. Let it always be on the air, this does not solve the problem, but at least somehow minimizes it. And yet, who are very VERY sensitive to smells - pregnant women or the like, it is better not to buy a pressure cooker and so do not spend money.
Yulyashka76
However, there is a problem .... It turns out that after cooking chicken with garlic, you cannot bake a biscuit .... Is there the same problem in Panas?

I have a second (or rather the first) slow cooker, too, Mulinex, the usual one. In it, the O-ring is also silicone, but not removable and much thinner. Smells somehow did not notice, so that they accumulate very much in it. But somehow I decided to wash it thoroughly, unscrewed some screws, took out the ring - what was there, dear mom! So the fact that the ring is removable here is a huge plus.
Lerele
To prevent the ring from smelling strongly after cooking, I first wash it with a sponge and soap, then rinse it with cold water and wipe it off. But if there was something smelly, with a tomato, for example, then after rinsing with water I pour vinegar onto a sponge and wipe it, and rinse it again. If the ring is not sniffed, then after such washing, the smells do not transfer to the food.
