Ira didn’t reach the rabbit. Cooked mushroom soup
Yesterday my mother cooked borscht in it. Such a cool borscht. Indeed, pressure sometimes takes longer than boiling. What discredits itself in the eyes of others, after my praise for the speed of cooking

Yesterday I made entrecotes for dinner, too, according to a recipe from the forum, and the defrosted rabbit went into the same batch. What can you say quickly and tasty!

Oh-oh, something milk began to scare me after your words. I will not experiment with it yet.

We need to think about what to bungle for dinner.

This soup is lovely! Well done!

and yesterday I cooked a chicken in our MV according to the local Sonya recipe (Chicken in sour cream and mayonnaise). The truth was made with homemade yogurt. Oh tasteful. My two-year-old cub ate a whole leg of a chicken, and it fell off. Easy to chew. Steamed vegetables. 15 minutes and dinner is ready well, isn't it a lovely saucepan?
Today I got the minced meat. I think what to eat in a mulechke. Tomorrow I will master some of the first recipes

I have already decided to make lazy stuffed cabbage rolls. Look what happens. Already the truth swore to me that she did not have enough liquid, I had to add juice. I don't know what will happen
lelik79
guard! poured oil without a pot! the pan was drying.
Of course, I wiped everything with sweat, but the oil spilled out a little, it turned out to be under the bottom of the device. can it be used now?
Pinagri
lelik79, I (or rather, my husband) would take apart the saucepan and clean it everywhere. Could get on the heating elements, or whatever they are called.

I'm afraid to open it, what if we break the guarantee, I'll try to turn it on on heating. in principle, on an ordinary stove, the oil simply burns out and that's it. maybe it will ride here. the main thing is not to get on the brains, they seem to be from the side.

I decided to bake a charlotte today, but something incomprehensible is usually enough 30 minutes, and this is already 50 minutes and the dough is still raw on top ... like I did everything as usual
Antonovka
Dnipryanochka,
usually 30 minutes was enough
Was 30 minutes in a quickie enough? What setting are you using now?

Dnipryanochka, 30 minutes in a shortcut was enough? What setting are you using now?
yes, it took 30 minutes for charlotte and an ordinary biscuit, "chocolate on boiling water" baked for 60 minutes. The mode chose as always "frying vegetables", the lid is closed, but not latched
Antonovka
Dnipryanochka,
And I always have more than 30 minutes So I don't even know what to say

Dnipryanochka,
And I always have more than 30 minutes So I don't even know what to say
an hour later I took it out, it was baked perfectly, a little higher in height than always, the bottom was slightly browned
I even leafed through the topic, where I wrote, the first time I baked charlotte, for 30 minutes. baked and left for 5 minutes in a turned off saucepan. So then even the apples burned a bit. So I also don't know how to explain this
but the main thing is that in the end it still turned out
Antonovka
Dnipryanochka,
it worked anyway

But this is the most important thing

And every time I hesitate - what will happen if you put a charlotte or biscuit on low pressure to cook

oh, I don’t know, it probably will not work, it will turn off, because there is not enough liquid
Mirabella
And something went wrong with my dinner with lazy cabbage rolls. Look ugly, too salty. I decided to add cabbage so that it was not so salty, as a result, everything boiled into porridge-malache. I also made a whole pot. Eh ...
Antonovka
Mirabella,
Ol, what am I thinking - maybe because of the rice? And I, by the way, love lazy stuffed cabbage rolls "thinner" - yesterday again what we need came out again. Rice is not boiled.

Rice is also possible. I used to be mostly in bags. And now I bought a prepackaged smart masha, somehow I'll do it according to my mind.
Now I'm trying to bake a chocolate cake. True, there was no cocoa - there was chocolate, I hope it works.
I’m thinking how to grease I have yogurt, jam, 100 grams of cream, true 20%. Advise

The fish is super awesome! And so in detail, for oak like me.

Mirabella
Listen to flax and change the frying / stewing modes with an open valve?
Antonovka
Mirabella,
Ol, I generally use these modes without a valve or do not close it
I don’t know what to miss
Maybe with this, just the cream will go to the sauce?

AZal,
But I’m wondering, I think I didn’t ask the IRR - did the smell of fish leave the saucepan then or not?
Mirabella
Well, I don't know how to shoot. so I just left it open.
I cooked mushroom soup. the gum smells like mushrooms.
Mirabella
Why is my bottom burnt, I think what to do?
And the cake is cut hot or cold into pieces?
Antonovka
Mirabella,
Ol, I noticed that the quick-cooker bakes harder than Panas, but it still didn't burn.Maybe you should have turned it off a little earlier? In general, when I burn, I just carefully cut off the burn and that's it. Yes, I cut everything.
Mirabella
Cooked well. I've noticed that I somehow contrived the stove with a closed valve, maybe that's why ...
Yes, I cut off the lid too. now I think with what to smear)) with jam or something ...
Mirabella
Here's what I found on the Internet:
Jam-based biscuit cream
Composition of the recipe

Fresh butter - 100 g.
Thick fruit jam - 200 g.
Cognac or unsweetened liqueur - 1 tbsp. l

To prepare the biscuit cream, you need to soften 100 grams of fresh butter and grind thoroughly until smooth. Immediately after that, I start whipping the jam - this is the most difficult and important part of cooking. It is best to get a mixer for such purposes: with both a fork and a whisk, I suffered for a long time.

I usually beat the jam long enough, but add cognac almost immediately. In general, it doesn't have to be cognac - any unsweetened alcohol will do, even vodka. Well, if you come across liqueur, you should not take fruit or chocolate. This can ruin the cream.

I add the crushed butter as soon as the jam acquires a uniform appearance and color. Well, when all the ingredients are in place, the cream remains whipped until a lush mass is obtained.

I did it without alcohol, because my son is still a little 2 years old and it will fit into the cake It's still delicious. Vaoenie took strawberry. The butter is really whipped into a fluffy mass with jam. True, there is not enough butter as the knazlo remained, but it was enough for two cakes. It could have been cut into three, but it was too early
AZal
Antonovkaindeed, the smell is hanging on the O-ring.
Antonovka
Mirabella,
That's great

AZal,
I also have a gum smell after pea soup and after stewed cabbage
Dnipryanochka
cooked stuffed peppers, now the rubber ring with pepper
interestingly, you can put it in the dishwasher, maybe after intensive washing the smell will go away
Antonovka
Dnipryanochka,
I would not risk it in PMM, kmk, it's easier to soak in cold water with a lim. juice or vinegar. In general, as practice has shown, the smell of the ring is still beaten off by the next dish.

I am reporting on the rabbit soup on Irina's recommendation. What can I say, well, very tasty and fast! My son eats both cheeks with his dad and I go there. Thank you!

Yesterday I cooked simple rice. Flax, as you expected, is most likely a matter of rice, because at the recommended minutes it was slightly digested and did not crumble. It was probably necessary to take steamed or not soak this round in boiling water. But of course what to say rice on cereals and in bags, earth and sky. Crumbly tastes better.

The cake is almost eaten too
Antonovka
Mirabella,
take steamed or not soak this round in boiling water
Steamed to me some not so to taste, but round I do not soak

tana33, I use the "plus or minus" classic recipe common on the web:

ADJIKA RED GEORGIAN

Structure:
dry chilli red pepper - 1 kg
coriander seeds - 50-70 g
hops-suneli - 100 g
some ground cinnamon
walnuts - 200 g
coarse salt - 300-400 g
about 300 g of garlic

Cooking method:
Soak hot red pepper for an hour.
Add coriander, suneli hops, cinnamon, nuts, garlic and salt.

Pass 3-4 times through a meat grinder with a fine grid.

Store anywhere, at any temperature, but preferably in a sealed container, otherwise it dries up.

Adjika mixed with salt is good for coating chicken or meat before roasting in the oven.

"plus or minus" - because I prefer to make adjika not from dry pepper, but from fresh (once a year, according to the harvest).
.. and not grind in a meat grinder, but twist the ingredients to be mixed in a blender two or three times.

Sic! Cook this adjika strongly recommend in a well-ventilated area, in rubber gloves and not new thick clothes (which are not a pity to throw away)! Lethal mixture is obtained!

Good day!
I join the friendly family of our Multicooker! Cooking main courses, but a lot more in line.
Girls (and boys, of course), tell me how blow out beans in our cartoon. More precisely, how much water to add for extinguishing. I have revised not only our model, but also other sites and models. How to cook is, how to stew canned food too. But about the raw one was confused. I came across different opinions: 1. pour water, just to cover the beans. 2. Stew beans 1: 2.5.
Well, not at all the same thing. To estimate something with brains does not work. Tell me, can anyone know?
Thank you immensely.

AZal
Greetings, mari4ka03!

I think the answer will depend on whether the dry beans were soaked prior to boiling / stewing. If so, then it has already absorbed the required amount of water and it will be enough to cover it with water for a finger or two. If not, then the beans will swell strongly in the saucepan during the stewing process and the second proportion will be justified.

I would like to thank you for the recipe "Stewed herring in oil a la canned sardine." THIS IS SOMETHING !!! Such a treat. I really cooked from a medium-sized carp and spices, except for lavrushka, I doubted it with a lemon, since I was cooking chicken with lemon - I did not like it at all. And then I decided to take a chance. And I didn’t regret it. And the sauce turned out delicious. Wonderful recipe! Thank you!

Regarding adjika. We cook adjichka differently, we cook it with tomatoes. It turns out like a spicy tomato sauce. I also meant such adjika. We trade this on the market. Therefore, I indicated this proportion.

Prepared Beans with mushrooms stewed in sour cream... Maybe someone will come in handy.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000
I will describe my recipe:

Beans, not soaked, raw - 500ml. (measured out in a half-liter container)
Champignon mushrooms - 1 kg.
Onion - 2 large onions
Carrots - 1 large
sour cream - 300 gr.
butter - 50 gr.
sunflower oil like "Oleina"
salt, my greens were dry.

I cooked the beans: I washed them and poured 1 liter of water. I put it on VD - 70 minutes. (at first I put on VD - 50 minutes, the beans were cooked, but not quite soft. I had to add another 20 minutes. The beans are very soft, not boiled). Without salt.
The beans were poured into another pan, the excess liquid was drained.
In a multi on "frying" I fried the onions in sunflower oil, then added half of the butter, then added grated, not coarse carrots. When the carrots are a little fried, I added the coarsely chopped mushrooms and the remaining butter. I fried mushrooms for about 3 minutes. As soon as they started to let the juice start, I added sour cream (I had an inch from homemade milk and half thick sour cream), salt, herbs, a little ground coriander (1/3 tsp.l.), it is not at all necessary, beans fell asleep. Mixed everything up. On highways - 15 minutes.

It turned out very tasty, I didn't expect it! It was like stewing for many hours.

In a mule I bake in the Frying mode either with the valve slightly open or with the valve completely removed.
And in a mule I make a casserole according to this recipe:
Cottage cheese casserole

1 cup of semolina pour 1-1.5 cups of kefir and leave for 3 hours.

500 g of cottage cheese, 1 glass of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder

I mix everything at once and let it stand just a little (10 minutes), at the very end I add soda or baking powder.
And I put it in a slow cooker for Frying with the valve removed for 40-45 minutes (I look at the crust)
sleepyhead
Oh, and I'm baking on the "Roasting vegetables" mode. On simple frying, everything burns for me. And on "roasting vegetables" it turns out like in the oven and I spend almost as much time as in the oven. Even on frying vegetables, the bottom turns out to be fried than the top.
kubanochka
So Olekma and writes that on Frying... This is the "Frying vegetables" program. Another is called "Toasting"

And the top, it is always not fried. I either turn over and fry the top, or turn it upside down onto a plate and forget that something is not browned properly

Hello. We bought a multicooker today - I read a lot of positive reviews and now it is at my place. After reading several dozen pages of the forum, I realized that not everything is so simple, and the instructions leave much to be desired ...
Tell me, please, after I inserted this safety valve of the working valve into the cover, it does not come off .... it turns out this cover needs to be washed with this valve?
still tell me to start - in the morning the child cook porridge from oatmeal, barley, corn grits - how to cook delicious porridge and quickly - what proportions and in what mode to cook? phew, there are so many questions in my head ... but I read it before buying a multicooker that everything is so simple!
Thank you.
Mirabella
Congratulations on your purchase of the owners!

Yesterday I made a breast in it (the one with a bone, it's not a fillet directly), well, just delicious !!!!
15 minutes on VD smeared with marinade with white wine, did not even keep it in it
I didn't add water and that's it!
My son chewed calmly with his 2-year-old teeth. Taste. Juicy. Mmm ...

And cooked buckwheat 1/2 8 minutes on LP. Gorgeous.

dilyarat, the valve is removed. It must be turned to the open position (clockwise until it stops) and pulled towards you. It may not be removed very easily, but it will.
For cereals - go to our Table of Contents of recipes - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=145131.0
There is a section with cereals.
And I cooked rice milk porridge like this:
Rice porridge with milk
Structure:
3 glasses of milk.
Just over half a glass of rice.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
A little vanilla.
Preparation:
10 min at high pressure. After that I threw in the steamed raisins. You can use less sugar, and to make the rice firmer, you can set it not for 10, but for 8 minutes.
dilyarat
zweto4ek, happened. I was able to take out the valve, thanks. Are the pressure indicator and its fuse also removed? and whether it is necessary to remove them. The second day is a multicooker, but I'm afraid they will touch it ...
Also my O-ring smells strong. After reading the forum I could not find how to get rid of this smell. Tell me, please.
