Based on the reviews on our website, I would think. The coating of the bowl in it is killed by frequent use. Now I select equipment, probing the availability of spare parts from regional representatives. Business, of course, is the master's.

If your answer to my post (you write without addressing anyone), then in September we are expecting the opening of sales of Cuckoos in our city, and then the service will catch up. Although it is a little more than 1000 km to Moscow, which is a trifle by the standards of Russia
The coating of the bowl at the Cuckoo 1010 is perhaps better than that of our multi, Panasonic, etc. Judging by the reviews on our website

Thank you, doroncevae
But, as they say, out of two evils ... I chose lesser
A personal conversation with an expert and connoisseur of multicookers, who herself operates them at home, became decisive in choosing a multi.My choice was verified
Coverage is the weak point of any multi now. A bowl is very expensive, it is easier to buy a new mule. I have a gas stove in my apartment, so my Cuckoo will live in a light version: cooking in the hot season and dishes that I really like to cook in it, as well as for fast cooking! Only silicone devices for working with the bowl will also extend its life, I think there is nothing eternal And the next purchase will be ... I'll see how I like 1010 ... I refused 1054 because of the coating, in which it is weaker, according to this the same expert. And the shape of the bowl in 1010 is more convenient. Here is my choice and fell on 1010.

No, my now beloved fast car will be with me! I wanted to give it to my daughter, but then I decided that I would cook voluminous dishes (jellied meat, lean borsch, etc.) in our fast food machine. The bowl in the Kukushka is one and a half times smaller, but you need to cook very small portions in order to use it correctly

The boiled pork is juicy.
pork - weight about 1 kg;
seasoning Knorr "Juicy boiled pork" (includes a baking package and spices);
garlic 3-4 cloves;
I had a Knorr bag on duty, and then I defrosted the pork. I think I'll try to steam the boiled pork in our wonderful saucepan now. From thoughts to business .... We stuff the pork with garlic. We take out the baking bag, put the meat there, pour in the spices, stir and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Pour water into the MV, put the steam basket and put the meat (right in the bag). I put MV on VD and for 25 minutes. I didn't bleed off the steam. The meat, of course, came out in its own juice and is very soft. For dinner with vegetable stew, very even. And in the morning a sandwich with tea
Didn't write whose recipe
Now I'll post a couple more!

From the site Multicooker from liaadministrator and wonderful culinary expert, multicooker expert
Carbonatefor Cuckoo 1054
Author's words
We take:

Meat-850gr (ham, loin)
onions, carrots, garlic and spices to taste (I used to grill)

Preparation:

Coat a piece of meat with spices and in the BROWN setting for 3 level - 2 minutes. COOK at 115 * -25min.

If you shift, it will turn out in our scraper: also Toasting, then LP or HP, but I think you need to add a minimum of water to the bowl (50ml)
How do you like it? More recipes?

At the weekend I made a charlotte in a cartoon, I did not expect the result as in a stove, only in such a heat I didn't want to turn on the duo, so I took a chance. It's just great, but only those apples that touched the bottom are slightly burnt - next time I will first pour part of the dough to the bottom, and then mix apples or oranges with the remaining one and pour on top. I think that 1 hour will be enough for cooking charlotte from 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. flour and I'm not very good. I love sweet - 0.5 tbsp. Sahara.

Sun, my aerogrill appeared much earlier than the first multicooker. That I just didn’t cook in it! With the acquisition of mulekas, aerogrill faded into the background. But I'm not going to give it up. It is for roasting poultry, boiled pork. I often combine a multicooker with an airfryer. For example, I first cook a shank or boiled pork in a mule, and then put it in an airfryer.
And how to smoke without an airfryer? !!! And sterilize cans, canned food? !!!
I advise you to buy a simpler airfryer. Since the main place in the kitchen is occupied by Mulya, then the device may be simpler to pick up. Well, I mean, you can do without Hoter

Good day. I also made charlotte more than once. But I do it on Toasting. It takes 7-10 minutes on this mode for the biscuit to bake. Then I switch off the MV and the charlotte comes on the residual heat. The bottom can really pick up, so I'm guided by the smell. I like to bake it so much more.

O-FI-GET!
First, I cooked meatball soup today. Well, I probably digested the meatballs, because I was very afraid of raw meat. As a result, at first only water, salt with seasoning and meatballs on HP for 15 minutes, and then another 12 minutes with added vegetables. Well, I practically repeated the layout of the pilaf.
And then I looked at the minced meat and decided to make pasta with meat. Well, I probably digested it again. First, I fry the minced meat with onions on "frying vegetables", then poured it with water and put it on the high pressure for 15 minutes, and then filled it with pasta ("horns"), added water, but did not even cover the pasta with water to the end and pushed it into the high pressure for 5 minutes.
And after the start of cooking, I saw that the pasta is boiled in water in 5 minutes. Taking into account the frictioniness, I prepared to get porridge from pasta, BUT THEY WERE BOOKED AND DIDN'T AT ALL GLUE AND DON'T LOOSE !!!
Those that were on top were also cooked, but a little dry.

THIS IS A POT!

(pro, please adjust my cooking times! Thanks in advance!)

How glad I am that I liked the cake!
Yes, we need to figure out how to avoid this (fried bottom), because the taste of an excellent layer of cake is lost
And to brown the top, you can slip it under any grill, microwave or oven. Although this layer of cake is fine and pale
The pie gains flavor and does not stale for several days!

These are very expensive air grills (from 5 to 9-12 thousand rubles) 🔗
I have an exact copy of one of them. But! But much cheaper ... If it weren't for Muli, maybe I would have thought about buying a Hotter, otherwise ... I don't see the point

It's clear. But when I have an airfryer and multicooker on the same work surface, and before the microwave you need to take 5 steps there and 5 steps back ... The costs of a large kitchen, so to speak. Closer to the airfryer

I hope the recipe comes in handy Zucchini puree soup.

1 medium zucchini;
1 onion;
2 medium potatoes;
100 ml of 10% cream;
salt, nutmeg to taste;
Turn on the Roasting mode, pour the rast. butter, put the diced onion, zucchini and potatoes in a saucepan. We fry everything a little, pour water or broth so that the vegetables are covered with liquid. Salt, add nutmeg and set MV on LP for 5 minutes. I don't bleed off steam. When the pan can be opened, beat the soup with a blender, add cream, mix everything and heat for 2-3 minutes. Can be served hot or cold after 2 hours in the refrigerator. Add herbs to taste. Bon Appetit.
Svetlana, then, it seems to me, it is better to time the time from the moment of switching on. I do this charlotte both at home and in the country.

in the cold there will be paste-wallpaper to glue. At the bottom we pour pasta and hot water, pour more than half the volume of the horns (they should stick out) and set the ND for 5 minutes (somewhere). You can fry onions + carrots + minced meat, darken, add pasta and water, salt, pepper. Get navy-style pasta, no pans. In one step
