Light, something I got confused So it is in the bag and it turns out, probably, boiled, not baked ??? Maybe it's easier to cook in Panas or in the oven?

Not, in my opinion, it will come out everywhere, except in the oven, boiled, but unbaked.I would like to understand how this Multipovar works

You marinate the meat, keep it in the refrigerator, cook the wrapped meat (without vegetables!) Tightly in several layers (!) Of foil in a double boiler in our scrambler at high pressure for 45 minutes, in my opinion, it will be enough. Water should be poured into the bowl 400-500 ml. Cools in foil and bowl without venting off steam. It will be possible to eat both warm and cold ...
How do you like this plan?
Antonovka
lana7386,
Light, in the same place in water and vegetables pickled. Even now I don't know, I still have marina in a film tightly wrapped (lingonberries with spices and garlic). Now I don't know what to do
You just tell me then - what to marinate (in the case of foil)? I'm going now

Marinate according to the recipe, and put dry meat in the foil!
Water only when baking for steam is probably not 500 ml, but all 600-700 ml ... You put it on the steam plate.

If you follow the recipe exactly, then you need to simmer the tightly tied meat in a small amount of marinade ... Did I understand the recipe correctly?
And you separately make the sauce from this marinade and serve with the meat ...

Deffochki, dear ones, hello!
In my opinion, there are two options:
1) put in the Mula and brown on all sides on Frying, and then add the marinade and on high pressure for about 20 minutes.
2) on VD for 20 minutes, and then on the frying to give a presentation.
It will not be boiled.
I usually put it on VD, and then take it out for about 10 minutes in the airfryer.
Something like this...

I already did it twice in Kukushka, and I definitely didn't like it. Meat boiled with its own juice, but I wanted boiled pork
Tanyulya- Tanya, our unique cartoonist cook, advised me to use foil (several layers !!!) and a double boiler. That's why I recommended it to you too. Our Kubanochka-Lenochka offered you another proven method. Therefore, you decide. Now look here

No, Lenochka, I haven't done our respected girls in any of the ways.
With foil, of course, it is easier (or with a sleeve !!), the more I save electricity.

Liutik82, congratulations on your purchase! I just fried onion and meat on "frying", salted and pepper, added coarsely chopped potatoes, a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, a little basil (well, whoever likes it) and put it on high pressure for 15 minutes. But this is a very simple recipe. There were variations with tomato and pepper. It turns out delicious. Bon Appetit!

Cooked chicken yesterday. It turned out very tasty, I share, it may come in handy.
While frying, I stewed onions with carrots, added a little rosemary and a few peas of pink pepper, a few chives, crushed with a knife. Then she put the chicken legs (they did not have time to defrost, threw them as they were), salted, added about 50 ml. homemade yogurt. At high pressure for 20 minutes. She did not let off steam, it so happened that the chicken had to stand for about an hour on the heating.
I cooked this recipe many times in a saucepan, it turns out much tastier, the taste is concentrated, the carrots are brighter (well, it is clear that with such a slow cooker the sky is bluer, but the truth is brighter))) and there is no need to bother with defrosting. I did not add water, of course: the paws gave enough. The gravy makes a delicious sauce. I think that if you put on the already thawed paws, then the cooking time should be reduced. I will try. But even so it is very tasty and not at all troublesome!

After the signal, we do not release the steam, let it sweat a little, although if someone is in a hurry, you can let it out, this does not radically affect the taste, open the lid

Well, firstly, I had free time, secondly, I hadn’t played enough with her yet, I wanted to tinker a little longer, and in the third, due to my inexperience, I wasn’t sure that at 25 minutes on High pressure the potatoes wouldn’t boil, but I wanted soft meat, girls , it got it, like a stew, soft-soft, mine have already gobbled everything up, now I go around and try to compose a kebab, I really like the Cartoon !!! The first dish I cooked was a recipe from our booklet.
Potatoes with bacon
Needed: 1 kg of potatoes, 50g sl. butter, 2 onions, 2 tsp. flour, a few pieces of bacon, salt, pepper, chopped dill and parsley.

Cut the bacon into small cubes.
Set the "frying" mode.
Put the chopped bacon in a heated saucepan, fry (who does not like cracklings, take them out and discard). Fry finely chopped onion on melted fat, add butter. Cut the potatoes into quarters. Place in a saucepan with onions, season with salt, pepper, flour and stir. Pour in 1 glass of water or broth.
Close the multicooker, set the "high pressure" mode for 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
It turned out sooo delicious!

I also prepared the second dish according to the recipe from our booklet.

Eggplant saute

Needed: 600g eggplants, 400g tomatoes, 300g sweet bell peppers, 3 onions, 2 carrots, 4 cloves of garlic, hot peppers to taste, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Cut the eggplants into circles, salt and let them stand for 30 minutes. Then squeeze out the juice.
Scald and peel the tomatoes. Cut them into slices.
Set the "fry" mode Heat the oil.
Cut onions and bell peppers into rings, carrots into thin strips (I used a grater for Korean carrots). Stir fry.
Add eggplant and tomatoes to the pan, 1 tbsp. l. water, salt and pepper. Mix.
Close the pan with a lid, set the "low pressure" mode for 5 minutes and leave to cook.
Open the lid, add chopped garlic, hot peppers and herbs to the prepared sauté. Close the lid and let it brew.

Ingredients: Eggplant, tomato, pepper, onion, carrot, garlic, spices.
It also turned out very tasty.

Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into strips.
Cut the chicken into medium cubes.
Set the "Frying" mode. Heat a saucepan with oil and add chicken, carrots, onions and pilaf spices, salt. Fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in rice, add water, so that it covers the rice by 1.5 fingers.
Close the lid. Set the "High pressure" mode for 15 minutes.
Let off steam, open the lid and stir. The pilaf is ready. Bon Appetit!

I came to share my frustrations with you.
Today I tried to make whole grain oat porridge according to Antonovka's recipe, thanks to her for the recipe.
I fell asleep in a glass of oats, added 5 m3 of milk (I do not like porridge with water), salt, sugar and turned on VD for 25 minutes.
I got porridge with exfoliated milk, edible, but not tasty.
The milk is not to blame, since it is still in the Slow Cooker from the same jar and languishes without any signs of stratification.
The fact that something went wrong was felt from the very beginning, when the milk seemed to boil. There was a strong emission of steam, then it stopped, and after cooking, when I removed the lid, it was clear that the milk wanted to escape and reached the height of the lid, but since there was not much of it, 6 m / st, it just rose.
If we draw an analogy with my past troubles in my Cuckoo, when milk began to run away when languishing, then, as they explained to me, there was no necessary pressure at which the milk, brought to a boil, does not boil. And if the pressure in the saucepan does not rise to a certain level, then it starts to run away as in ordinary boiling on the stove.
I would like to know how milk porridge is obtained from other owners, I will make a reservation right away, I recognize porridge only in whole milk, no dilution with water. Maybe I did something wrong?
In the meantime, I conclude that there is nothing better than Panasonic for milk porridges. Nothing has ever burnt, escaped, or exfoliated. And any porridge.

it is you who conclude about the pots you have. In fact, there are a lot of multicooker that perfectly cope with milk porridge. Despite the fact that milk and rice multicooker are antagonists in life. The East does not eat cereals with milk. Regimes for milk were reflashed or selected already for our aspirations. Hence, there are so many troubles.

Lyiand yet ... with a staff of pots like yours, what is the need to cook milk porridge in a pressure cooker? Or are you doing large-scale testing?

In a slow cooker and a pressure cooker, there are different physical processes and milk, as a capricious product, behaves differently. In mv there your 70-80 gr and will not go anywhere. And then there are degrees and pressure. (IMHO well, not milk porridge for pressure cookers)

Hello honey!
I have heard more than once that milk porridge is not obtained in multicooker, except for Panasonic I cook only rice milk in 1010 (1: 2 - milk: water!) Cook like this, and then add cream to the finished porridge. I am not adding. I cook the rest of the porridge in water, and the rolled oats in a saucepan on the stove with milk and water (1: 2)
But there are craftsmen who cook in milk and ... everything is fine with them! This is their experience and is necessary!

Irr, you're right.
I do not conduct more experiments on porridge.
But, firstly, oats had to be cooked for a long time and I was afraid that in Panasonic he would not have enough time to cook. In what I was right, since 25 minutes on the air pressure was not enough, it would have been good for her to stand at least on heating, as Antonovka did.
Secondly, you need to know what each of the pots is capable of, since at the moment this particular saucepan could be occupied, and now I already firmly know that there is nothing to do with milk in MMK.
By the way, it was today that almost all the saucepans were occupied. In Kuk, there were lazy cabbage rolls, in a Slow Cooker, milk was heated, in Panas there was broth, and then I still wanted milk porridge. So I had to use MMK, although it would be better if I poured the broth into MMK, and put the porridge in Panas. But the broth was already boiling and languishing on stewing.
Thanks to everyone who responded with consolation. Now I at least rehabilitated myself in my eyes, otherwise I felt sorry for the porridge and was angry at myself for my inability.
It turns out these are production costs, and not just my inability. Although, I had to be smart enough and sort out the situation for everything to be fine. (This is me scolding myself.)

; -Don't scold yourself! I admire you - you are the commander of so many pots !!! and not the old-fashioned stove and a couple of chugunkofs And you also have a dumpling machine?
And not only the dumpling machine, although I put it in the farthest corner, in the shelves of the old house, the son announced a boycott of her, and if he does not change his mind, I will have to give it to someone.
The son, too, at the sight of the next parcel (with an air fryer, the last purchase), grabs his head and timidly asks, maybe we have enough?
But we have an unspoken agreement with him, I do not ask where he spends his salary remaining from the cost of food, he is not interested in where my pension goes.
True, there were heated debates about saving money for home renovations (only the kitchen was done), but they subsided in anticipation of a better future.
Irochka, Matroskin Kitty, welcome!
I drowned milk in MMK, everything worked out well, but then yogurt fermented very hard on it (maybe an accident?). And then, I love baked milk for a long, long time (7-8 hours in Panasonic and it's brown). Previously, the same milk was obtained in Cook, but after that trouble I no longer risk it. And the yogurt fermented normally.
And, nevertheless, from goodness, goodness is not looking for a better porridge than in Panas, I could not even in Cook, although now I am afraid to pour milk there.
... By the way, I recommend to all owners of Kukush very often to use a large long needle to clean the pressure valve. After all, most likely I had a failure for this reason.
