why be in search of sauerkraut? Nakvasila a little
It's simple - usually you have to * right now * and put and wait for it to get soggy there is no time. And only the smart ones do it in reserve, and we, who are not very smart, have no time to understand with our mind that we need to make a jar, but when ...
Anchic
Dina, well, with such a small head of cabbage, once or twice, and you're done. Well, chop the carrots with something (with a burner), too. It's business there - to get together longer

Deana
Anchic, who can argue, grate (now) is easy, but ferment takes a long time, several days. I ought to get myself together and do it, but I and order are incompatible concepts, that's why I suffer

and brew for a long time
Dina, not long, exactly three days, on Saturday at lunchtime she scolded - on Tuesday for lunch there is already a ready-made kapuska! I opened a jar of peas, cut an onion, a little boiled potatoes, tucked in butter .... The Health salad is ready. OYYY, tomorrow I'll go for a kapuska myself!
Ekaterina2
Ilmirushka, but, stick, please, in the recipe ..... otherwise I love sauerkraut, but to do - even call a neighbor, I have no time for it. Either work, or embroidery.

All my life I chopped cabbage and salted muSh ... and when I saw this recipe and I got a TNS3000 grater, now I chop and salt it myself ... so simple, clean ...

Helen, exactly, thanks to everyone who bought and wrote about this grater! I bought it, now I got used to it and I use it in full, and it is convenient and small in size all in one. Thank you!
Ilmirushka
Ekaterina2, Katyusha, I don't even have a recipe, as such: cabbage, carrots, salt, the correct time delay. I got used to doing as my parents did, that is, everything "approximately" the taste. If you want, I can write in a personal.

Oh, can you tell me more?
I am buying an electric vegetable cutter the other day (I have already ordered Moulinex 756) and I am afraid that the whole Berner will be a bit too much for me, because I only need: cutting into thick and medium slices (from 0.5 to 1 cm), thick and medium cubes (from 0.5 to 1 cm), chop the onion into small cubes \ straws (0.2-0.5 cm) and safely shred cabbage.
Will all this be combined in this one grater, without purchasing additional attachments?
Please write who does what on this grater and how is it with thin slicing in general and with sausage-cheese in particular?
Burner, as I understand it, has a problem with thick slices and thick straws, he needs separate attachments.
cleose
Crown, I didn't grate sausage and cheese on it, only vegetables and fruits, and it seems to me that the thickness is up to 0, 7. Onions can be crumbled into cubes, if you turn 90 degrees, you type a lot of rollers in TNS3000, you can see how rubbing. There is no need to change attachments on it, while you can rub it with straws and slices, using the rotary mechanisms (there are handles on both sides of the grater), the blades are pulled out and a straw is obtained, if not needed, then these blades "hide" from the back side. Here, too, there are no thick slices larger than 0.8 cm.
If you rub a small amount, then it is quite possible to do with this grater, less in comparison with Borner and always at hand.

For "quick and a little" the most is, in my opinion. But she doesn't like the holder, so I rub it in a glove.

Anechka, girls, what kind of kapuska are you doing here? She prepares quickly, huh?
I just yesterday pinned hefty forks of cabbage from the store, and my husband is a big lover of sauerkraut. But I myself have never done it in my life. Share the recipes, pliz!

Elena Tim, Flax, I do it like Ilmira - I cut cabbage and grated carrots. Number per eye. Salt to taste, mash the cabbage well with salt and carrots. Either put it in a jar more tightly, or under oppression. On the fourth day, we transfer it to a container for storage in the refrigerator.

I don’t know how!
Lena! CHO there not to be able to do something! Nafigachila, like nravitsa, poured carrots, skoka to the eye beautifully, salted to the taste. FSE! Exactly three days withstood in the kitchen and in the cold. The only not very convenient moment - there will be a little smell of sauerkraut, and also, you need to keep the cabbage under good pressure and be sure to periodically pierce it to the bottom when it starts to bubble. This is necessary in order for the gas to escape faster and the fermentation process to take place correctly.
My algorithm is as follows: at the bottom a layer of cabbage cm 5, hit with a crush or immediately on the table with your hands, so that it gives juice faster, a small handful of salt (LARGE!) and a couple of handfuls of carrots on a coarse grater or thin straws. That's all science. Cabbage is always tasty, not too salty and crispy. No water, cabbage gives so much juice!
Anchic
And we do not pierce. But, apparently, that's why we keep it for 4 days - this is my mother always does.

Ilmirushka, exactly

Apparently, punctures are already what a trick, a find. And the gas really comes out more intensively. As long as I remember, both parents and relatives did this, and for three days a tick in a tick is enough, no more, no less

Lyudochka, Ilmirchik, Anechki, Thank you so much!
I drive the schA with the wort (damn it, there is such an oak tree, it's wet, disgusting, brrr, I’ll crawl out from under the blanket!), And maybe even today I’ll dare finally “nakvasitza”.

I have a prima, I look at it, but subtly, I like thin straw. Previously, I used a slicer to chop 10 kg of cabbage each, now a 2-liter saucepan and too lazy to slice it.

What a wonderful grater, compact and multifunctional, everything I love! I went to watch the video and compare with Berner.
And the Berner holder can be bought separately, since it is more convenient, especially if I am tempted by the same waffle grater.

How finely the onion is cut on this grater! I am delighted.

Girls, can you buy an authentic German grater "TNS-3000" somewhere in Moscow?
There is a shop near M "Street 1905", this is "White Cat", but they most likely have a Chinese copy.

The other day I was in "Babylon", I looked at the famous Burner, beauty, of course, graters of all colors, additional inserts, you can pick up any, different basins to choose from. She survived with great difficulty.

And from what considerations did you resist, if not a secret?
I need a grater not for blanks, but to cut salads every day and occasionally vegetables for cooking.
Compact (tns 3000) has eight slicing options (from 1 to 8 mm), Burner has only two, three or four (with an additional insert), Compact cuts into cubes, takes up very little space, slicing options are easy to change, Burner has no cubes (I considered only the Trend for myself), the grater itself and the nozzles take up a lot of space and it takes longer to poke around with the change of nozzles, moreover, the difference in price is more than twice, although this is not the main criterion.
Now I thinly hand shred cabbage for a salad, then I chop across the board with a knife, it turns out a thin short straw, so after shredding with Berner I will have to work with a knife again, and in a compact I will immediately set the shredding thickness to 1 or 2 mm and + cross cutting 12 mm and in one motion I will get the desired result.
Compact cuts large blocks with a section of 6 * 6, 6 * 7, 6 * 8, 6 * 12, 12 * 7, 12 * 8, Burner - 7 * 7 and 10 * 10 (additional insert), Compact small straws 3 * 1, 3 * 2, 3 * 3, 3 * 4, 3 * 5, Berner - 3.5 * 3.5 and 1.6 *? (additional box).
If you made a mistake somewhere, correct me.

I have nowhere to place a drain of devices.
I recently bought a Zelmer meat grinder complete with a vegetable cutter and juicers and was horrified at how voluminous it was, where to keep all this beauty. On the video, and I looked through a whole bunch of them and re-read all the reviews, everything looked much more compact than it turned out in real life.
I had to replay, returned the meat grinder to EldoradE and took the same one, but without all the pribluds, separately bought only a Zelmer mill and a small electric grater Moulinex fresh express +.
