Recently I bought the Mystery MBM 1210 Bread Maker. And I immediately ran into a problem:

- there are no clear recipes for this bread machine. There is a description of the programs with an indication of how long it takes for which of the indicated stages. There is also a description of the amount of ingredients for certain programs. And in what order should you load the ingredients? There is none of this. And the production of bread does not tolerate approximation.
Therefore, I want to share my experience with the owners of this bakery. Where do you get the complete recipes?

No big problems with baking bread will arise if you learn how to make bread dough and maintain the flour-liquid balance, bun!
We take the recipes on the forum, almost all recipes will do.

There is a topic Bread makers Mystery 1202/1203 where they will always help you deal with baking and program work. The principle of operation of different x / stoves is practically the same.

Melissa-sveta, hello, how do you like the new bakery? I'm looking at her too.

Hello. Yesterday they brought us Mystery 1210. Nice, compact. It works quite quietly. today was the first attempt to bake bread in it. I did everything as accurately as possible according to the recipe on program 1 for a weight of 0.5 kg. the only thing I changed was that milk powder was replaced with an equal amount of flour. and that's what happened. Tell me why the loaf did not come up. It remained a mystery to me. So does the rabbit hole in the middle. The bread tastes pleasant, although somewhat undersalted, similar to a loaf.

Thank you, Palych, from the first time it is difficult to keep all the information in my head. But there is good news (even 2) there is room to grow and the second bread turned out much better, and I consider the topic "too dense bread" a bonus.
