Good day to all. I bought a stove "Redber XP 1005" produced by the Udmurt Republic of Votkinsk. During the week, the bread was baked high, good sponginess and taste. But then it all ended, the bread became low and dense. Using a multimeter and a thermocouple, I measured the entire temperature regime in the oven for 2 hours. 53min. Within 1 hour. 53min. from the moment of switching on, the temperature remained at room temperature 26 *, the mixtures were made with different durations. The dough does not rise during this time. Heating turns on when 1 hour remains, and immediately with a set of up to 250 *. During this hour, the temperature changes from 250 * to 170 * several times. Tell me what temperature should be or where you can see it. I need this in order to say in the workshop what does not work or does not work, but is wrong. Thank you.

I came across a "Redber HP-1005" bread maker with a similar defect, baked 2-3 rolls and stopped baking, in the sense that it does not bother.
Adding baking time doesn't help. I did not measure the modes and it is so clear that something has gone bad.
Most likely the temperature sensor does not work. In addition, the plastic of the case STINKS unpleasantly especially when heated.
Coated tin baking dish.
