Hello SWIFTA. Thank you very much for your help. By typing, I came to the same thing, turning off the bread machine, and then decided, before kneading, to still heat up the liquid components, it was too cold in my kitchen and things went better. Several times I tried to fix the link, it did not work for this I give it like this:

Valerij,. If I am not mistaken, we have somewhat misunderstood each other. From your post, I realized that you get out of the situation as follows: you heat up the components before the first batch on the "Heating" program (how much?), And then turn on the bread making mode ("Basic", "Whole grain" or another). So? I didn't do that, you need to try it, you look and you will like it. But here there is a danger of overheating, yeast may die. I do it differently: turn on the selected program (most often "Whole grain", since I bake rye or whole grain bread), and control the rise of the dough. I can just drop by once before baking. The remaining time is displayed on the board 1: 10-1: 05. If the dough has not risen enough by this time, then I simply turn off the program (I press the "Start \ Stop /" button, the "Cooking" light goes out) and wait for the dough to rise to normal (at this time, the temperature is elevated, and the dough does not cool down , x \ n serves as a thermos). When the dough rises enough, I select the "Heating" mode (for some reason it was called that, and not "Baking"), set the time with the arrow buttons and press "Start \ Stop", the "Cooking" light I usually set the time 1: 00-1: 05. Everything works out. I have to do this, because the temperature in the kitchen is also low. Previously, I simply unplugged the plug, and then turned it on, and the program continued. But you can do this if the time a break of no more than 25 minutes, then the program is reset and you still need to turn on "Heating", that is, "Baking." So I decided not to pull the plug from the outlet, but just press the button and turn off the program, and not completely x \ n.
The link still does not open, something is wrong with it. Does my link open the wrong cupcake? Write the exact name of the cake (as it says in the subject) and the author, together we will try to fix it.

Hello SWIFTA. I heat it up to 35 degrees on a radiator, and then when I mix it with flour, the temperature drops to 30 degrees. After kneading on the last rise, 20 minutes before baking, the bread maker automatically starts to raise the temperature somewhere to 33-35 degrees, and at this time, if the dough has not risen enough, turn off the bread machine for 15 minutes, then turn on the oven for five minutes during this time, maintains the desired I do the temperature for raising the dough several times, if necessary, until the pastries turn on. As for the link, I do not understand anything on the preview, the link opens, and after sending the message, the link does not want to open, what is the matter I do not know. I tried to do it in another browser, nothing works. The recipe is on the website 🔗 in the section \ muffin in a bread maker \ called Marble muffin. Just in case, I give a recipe from this site. Author Alexandrik:

Cupcake Marble
Recipe cup-230ml

wheat flour -1 cup and 2 tbsp. l.
salt-0.5 tsp
baking powder for dough-1h. l.
sugar-0.7 cups
butter-6 tbsp. l.
egg white-3 pcs.
egg yolk-3 pcs.
cocoa-1st. l.

Cooking method
1. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter or vegetable oil.
2. Do not install the mixer
3. In a small bowl, stir in the flour and baking powder.
4. In a medium bowl, using a mixer, beat the egg whites, gradually adding half the sugar.
5. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the remaining half of the sugar and salt.
Combine this mixture with whipped egg whites and flour mixture
6. Lastly add softened butter and mix well.
7. Divide the prepared dough into two portions. Add cocoa to one.
8. Put the dough into the mold as follows:
In the middle of the form, lay out 1 st. l. white dough, then strictly to the center of this portion - 1 st. l. dough with cocoa. We alternate portions until all the dough is finished.
9. Set the program Cakes or Baking - this is 1 hour 10 minutes and courageously tolerated while the home is filled with stunning aromas.
We take it out, cool it down (along the way we drive the household away from the hot cake), cut it and invite everyone to the table.

Fuh !!! Everything seems to be.

And the link itself is not accurate, right like this: 🔗... Do you have 🔗.ru... Well, nothing, not gods burn pots, you will figure it out. At the beginning of this topic there is a post where they teach me to insert links. So the road will be mastered by the walking one.
I do not understand In the original, in my link after the word "" comes "net", but in the preview there is already "ru". Is this a glitch? Administration, ay! What to do in such cases? Tell me please!

SWIFTA, I already understood this, it was unexpected for me that when the link was not active, the site made changes that did not allow copying the link correctly.
I recently tried to bake bread weighing 1200. I had to make sure if Perfezza could knead such a bun, it turned out 1150! But of course it's better to bake in the oven, although if you don't let it rise too much, then you can also in a bread maker.
Swifta
Valerij,. I also once tried to bake a loaf of more than a kilogram. Did not like. He got out of my bucket, propped the lid. I had to tear it off later. Although, if you make bread that does not rise very much (rye, for example), then you can. But our family is small, so I prefer to bake fresh.

Thank you so much for the started, continued and very necessary topic! Thank you for your calculations!

I also looked at x \ n for a long time and, to be honest, chose according to the same criteria as you. The husband tried to dissuade everything, saying that the bread would be expensive when baking. And then a share in Comfi - we bought Perfezz for 389 hryvnia. Today I tried a recipe taken from this site, but revised. Plain wheat bread, 900 g, first program, medium crust. It turned out the first time. My husband muttered that you can't eat hot bread (I asked him to try it), and after that 2 skibki disappeared ...

I would like to clarify about the transition from one program to another. I don't understand how to switch from dough kneading to baking / heating? By kneading dough you mean the Vermicelli program?
Swifta
S_Dewa,. Welcome to the site! With the acquisition of you! Thanks for the kind words!

I would not say that your bread is more expensive than store bread. Once I figured it out: it turned out cheaper, but not by much. And much tastier! And what a field for creativity. After all, every day you can eat different bread, with different additives. And no fears about unsanitary conditions ... We have never bought cotton bread from the first day of purchase! And baking buns became much more often: I make the dough in cotton, and bake it in the oven. The husband is happy.

No, I did not knead yeast dough on "Vermicelli", this program is for dumplings / dumplings dough, that is, without yeast. I was kneading the dough on the "Dough" program. On it, it is kneaded, comes up, crumpled, comes up again, etc. In a word, at the end of the program, the dough is ready for baking or molding, that is, if you want to bake bread from this dough, then turn on "Baking \ heating "(select the" Heating "button, set the time with the arrow buttons, press the" Start / Stop "button, the" Cooking "lamp lights up) and x \ n bakes. This is how you can make rye bread (but I do it differently). If you are making dough for buns / cheesecakes / rolls, then take it out, shape the products, let them come up and bake in the oven or, again, in x / n, as here

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=168.0
In general, there is nothing complicated, try a couple of times and you won’t get confused.
And one more piece of advice with your permission. Get yourself a notebook and write down everything you do in it: recipe products, bookmark order, baking mode, result, rating, comments. At first it helps a lot, especially when you start adding / changing something from yourself.
Well, don't hesitate to ask questions. The people on the site are friendly, they will answer and help.

Oladushek
Hello!

I am asking you, maybe someone will help.

We recently bought a cotton Perfezza PB200 for my mother. They took me to another city. Yesterday they baked bread and a muffin, today there is still French bread - everything was fine. They left, my mother calls and says that the x / p does not work - they wanted to bake a cupcake, they turn it on, the light comes on (what is on the network), but then they press the buttons, choosing the functions, and nothing is displayed on the display. And they turned it off from the network, turned it on again, and waited for several hours - nothing, the display is dark, nothing works, only the light is on. Somehow they explained it over the phone.

I personally do not have a x / n yet, only in plans, so I have no idea what it might be, because everything worked at lunchtime. I don’t want to take it to the store right away, since I’ll have to transfer it from another city first, there’s a lot of hassle - maybe everything is not so scary and can be solved on the spot? Did someone have this, or maybe someone knows why the unit stopped working?
Swifta
Oladushek,! I don't even know what to tell you. I didn't have that. Somewhere I touched my instructions, so I can't quote for sure. But from experience I will say that when you turn on x \ n in the network, the display ALWAYS displays the number 1 (1-main mode) and the time 2:53 (the duration of this mode). I will repeat myself - ON THE DISPLAY THE NUMBERS WILL ALWAYS LIGHT UP WHEN TURNED ON! They may be different, but always connected to the network x \ n, the display shows some information in the form of numbers. If this is not the case, then most likely something is broken and you will have to visit a service center or change to another. Were you taken to Komfi? They, in my opinion, do not repair, but change to a new one.Couldn't it be that mom just doesn't see the numbers? Maybe your vision is weak and the display is not very bright? No offense, I don't know your mom's age. Is there anyone else there? Not enough information. Good luck!

SWIFTA, thank you very much for your response!

I understood that NOTHING AT ALL was highlighted on the display - neither when turning on, nor when choosing a program. As for the vision - no, everything is fine, and the sister is there, they would definitely see together!

Yes, we took it to Komfi, ordered it through the online store. It turned out a shame, because they took it as a gift, and my mother still refused, because it was an unfamiliar thing for her, but we convinced that cotton is very necessary in the house! I would like to believe that if this is a breakdown, then it is not very serious, because it will be inconvenient to carry it back and forth to another city. Or maybe someone else will respond, suddenly someone came across ... At the same time, we are conducting a survey of acquaintances, owners of x / p, but no one has such a company yet.

If you have not gone to bed yet, please tell me. I threw 900 g of ingredients into the bread maker, put it on an accelerated mode, and only after that I discovered that this mode was designed for 750 g. What should I do now? The stove is already working.

And do nothing yet. Let it work. And at the end of the cycle, turn on the Baking / Heating for 10 minutes. (When this mode is selected, the display lights up for 60 minutes, you need to use the down arrow button to decrease the time to 10, then press Start, the numbers will stop flashing, press Start again, the Cooking light will light up and start bakery products). Report the result.

You can go to Comfi and ask them. But it's better to change. IMHO. And so the oven is good, it bakes well. I have been satisfied for 16 months. What about your mom's voltage? Automation can sometimes fail from power surges. But all x \ n can have this.

At first I was scared, but then I decided, let him finish cooking, and then we'll see, if anything, I'll finish it.
The crust is light. We love the middle one. By dipping a knife into the bread, I found out that the dough was baked. Got up well. Because of the crust, on your advice, I put it on heating for 10 minutes.

While writing the answer, 10 minutes have passed. The crust did not change color. But everything is baked inside, the smell and taste are excellent. I cut it in half on purpose. Thank you very much!

For some reason, questions come up during cooking ... Why do people put baking powder in yeast dough? When should you take out the bread? How to determine whether the bread is baked or not in the bread maker? (also by piercing?) If it's not a secret, what kind of yeast do you use? I want to bake an Easter cake, but I'm worried if the raisins will stick? And if you make a charlotte, won't the apples burn? Honestly, it's scary ...

We have never bought cotton bread from the first day of purchase!

My husband, too, after tasting our bread, tried the store one and refused to eat the last one flatly. So now we bake ourselves. Just buy some flour and understand how much bread will go to calculate the amount of baked goods per day.
Swifta
S_Dewa, it's great that everything worked out. For questions:
- If you mean baking powder in recipes for x \ n, then do not look at them, I even touched the instructions somewhere as unnecessary. Take recipes from the site, they are proven.
- Take out the bread after the signal. The crust will be crispy. If the bread is left in x \ n, then the crust can damp. But it happens that the bread does not come out well from the bucket. Then he is deliberately left in x \ n, so that he damp a little, then he gets better.
-Usually, bread in x \ n is baked if the bun is correct. I do not check or bother. But there are also special thermometers. Here is the topic
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4648.0
-I use fresh Kryvyi Rig yeast, I don't like dry yeast.
- There are a lot of recipes on the site, choose any, all proven ones, nothing sticks.

And about scary .. Yes, at first. But how interesting! And delicious!
Good luck to you!

SWIFTA, do not believe it! I have already tried two recipes for pask. They are eaten in one touch - just touched the table (when pulled out of the bread machine) and that's it - it's gone! Oladushek,. I do not think that the kettle working nearby could have such an effect. On my table are a slow cooker, x \ n, a slow cooker. The distance between them is about 5 cm. Until I noticed that they interfered with each other.

We have not been to Comfi yet, as the x / p worked again last night. Yeah, they could not resist until the morning and at night they tried to turn it on again. True, they messed up a little with the modes there, there was a small glitch, but the main thing is that I EARNED!

If you think that the kettle has nothing to do with it ... then I only have an option - a power surge. I sat on the Internet yesterday until 2 am, trying to find the cause of the problem. Power surge - more or less suitable option

By the way, a question for prescriptions. French bread did not impress at all, nothing special ... Is it true in this cotton or just need to take another recipe, but is it unsuccessful in the instructions? And here's a clarification on the cake. I read the topic, but did not quite understand - is it baked on the "cake" mode without additional time? Because we didn’t get baked in this mode, they added half an hour.
Swifta
Oladushek, and I'm next "Hurray! EARNED!
And you throw out the instructions, as almost everyone from this site did. They rarely contain successful recipes. From the instructions I baked only the very first bread, "Fast". I took the rest from this site. White bread on the "French" mode always turned out.
And what was the recipe for baking the cake? Take recipes from the site - they have already been proven, while others may be for ovens and may not work in x / n, since there is a lot of liquid in them.

Thank you so much

From the instructions, they took the main recipe for white bread, I liked it (well, at least compared to the store one - that after homemade bread did not work at all), and the recipe for the cupcake was taken from a friend, however, she has another cotton company, and probably therefore, the taste is slightly different - ours is drier, my mother said. Well, even if the recipe is from the website - do you still bake on the "cake" mode or add time after it on "heating"?

I was very surprised by the recipe for "sweet bread" from the instructions - there is much more salt, and less sugar than in the main recipe. They guessed that salt and sugar should be changed, but it is better, of course, to throw out this "instruction" altogether, you are right.

And still very curious about bread with yogurt - have you tried it? I can't imagine the taste of such bread at all
S_Dewa
SWIFTA, I'm an experimenter. Therefore, after reading all sorts of recipes, I imagined how I see it, and did so with different variations - we are preparing for Easter. I liked Elena Bo's butter cake - it flew up, soft, airy, and also fibrous like suluguni.
Yesterday I did some more experiments. About two months ago, I was making a pie, and I still have a filling - an orange, grated with sugar. And I tried to eat sprouted wheat - it remained ground and already sour. In general, two delicious breads. I made orange on accelerated baking. I like it - fast and also quality. Although if you have time, I prefer the main mode.
Honestly, I read the kolobok rule, but I still didn't understand what it was. I, just knowing the proportions of flour and water, throw in everything I need, but so that the proportion is maintained. I really love baking, with yeast dough in general on "you" - that's why I automatically (on a subconscious level) put the food in. Of all the breads that I have baked in a bread maker, not one has ever been bad. At first it was scary, but now ...
Yesterday I sat rewriting recipes from the site, I want to try to do it strictly according to recipes. The girls are great! So many original recipes have been made. Some recipes are even scary, but I want to see and try. Today I want to try to make a Pokhlebkin pass. The girls are praising.

I would like to ask you a few questions.
1. There is some kind of round pad under the bucket. Did you remove it from the stove or leave it?
2. During the time that you use cotton, have you developed permanent recipes or are you in search and experimentation?
3. Some recipes talk about gluten. Did you use it? If so, where did you get it?
4.How do you add the butter / margarine? And then I drowned, and yesterday I read that it is better not to do this.
5. Have you used nuts in your baked goods? If so, how was it laid and in what form? I really want to try baking with nuts, but I'm afraid to put them in the dough. Suddenly the agitator gets stuck and the motor burns out ...
6. The same question about the poppy. If so, when and how was the poppy prepared before laying?
7. When you put all the food in the bucket, where is the bucket? In x / n or on the table? What's the best?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

The cupcake in its x \ n did not bake (there is an oven), but judging by the baking time - 1 hour 5 minutes - it should be baked during this time. But this is if the recipe is adapted to x \ n. The recipes from the site have been tested and adapted. In the same topic, you can ask questions to the author. And if the time differs from the standard, then this is indicated in the Temka. After all, in the oven, the baking time of the cupcakes is different, and every time we bake we check the cake for readiness. Try recipes, set baking times for each recipe in your x \ n. Maybe sometimes you have to finish baking, the recipes are different. Personal experience cannot be replaced by anything.
I didn't make bread with yogurt. Sometimes, in this mode, I baked white bread on kefir. I didn't notice the difference.

As far as I understand, the meaning of this rule is not to treat recipes as a dogma, but as a beacon. That is, the initial (products, x \ n, conditions) are different for everyone, so it is impossible for everyone to always follow the recipe to the gram. But you should always strive for the right kolobok. We all use this rule when we check the resulting kolobok, we just don't realize it. And for beginners, this rule is sooooo helpful, I know from myself.

7. When you put all the food in the bucket, where is the bucket? In x / n or on the table? What's the best?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

For questions:
1- No, I did not clean it, it is needed there.
2-There are permanent, so to speak, working recipes, according to which I bake when I just need bread. But it happens that you want something like that ... And actually I'm an experimenter too ...
3-No. did not use. And I don’t want to. I gravitate towards natural ... Gluten, she's panifarin, look

4-I cut into flour into small pieces.
5-I use and very often, I love them. I fall asleep on signal or earlier. Nothing got stuck.
I used 6-Mac several times, just poured it into a bucket, did not prepare it in any way, everything was stirred evenly.
7-First it stood on the table, then - in x \ n. Everyone chooses what is convenient for him. The main thing is not to pour or pour anything on the heating element.

Hello!
I apologize for not writing for a long time. But now I will writeuuuu.
This means that a lot of things have been tested during this time. 3 kg of flour is enough for 2.5 days. As soon as we insert the batteries into the camera, I will take pictures of my experiments. That's what I wanted to talk about. Maybe you can tell me what and why.

She made bread with peanuts (halves, peeled, not roasted). For some reason, the bread did not rise. Brick in the literal sense. I'm afraid to put seeds, but I really want to ... What nuts did you add to baked goods and in what form? Maybe there are some rules for using them? And if possible, tell us about the seeds too.

I also faced the fact that the bread, already tested and more than once, became of a different structure, did not rise so well. At that time I just changed the yeast and dumped everything on it. Then it turned out that it was the margarine that gave it. I put margarine instead of butter (I love it very much, I only use it, the Olkom firm). Are you using butter or margarine? Which company?

I think that I was not the only one who baked a bunch of Easter cakes. I baked some of them in cotton, but while it was baking, I made the dough in a bowl. Then, after taking it out, while the bucket and cotton are warm, I put the dough on the rise. Then she put on the last program. The dough rose well, but when baked it began to ruddy and dry out a lot. Sometimes the roof burst. Maybe I misunderstood that you can make the dough separately from the x \ n, and then bake in it? How do you do when you just have to bake? (I don't have an oven)

Can you tell me why the bread is very reddened even on a light crust? Maybe it is influenced by something, which I do not even suspect.

I noticed that the plastic inside the x \ n turned yellow-brown in some places, and the stirrer along the edge remained uncoated. It’s scary that I’m not using it for long, but here it’s for some unknown reason. Has anything like this happened to your x \ n? I bake an average of 2 breads of 900 g per day - sweet and ordinary. Of course, on Easter there were up to 4 Easter cakes a day (though only two days in the Security Council and in the Sun). I don’t want something bad to happen to my clever girl.

You will find a lot of useful information here. I still have not mastered everything.
I did not use peanuts in baking, until I added only walnuts, raisins, candied fruits, seeds. Everything was fine. Maybe they put a lot? I put it on the peak, not earlier. I often use margarine for baking. I don’t bother about the company, I ask the sellers (friends) which one is better, and I take it.

It is difficult to say something on this issue without seeing the recipe. If this is a recipe from this site, then ask a question in the relevant topic. The author and the one who baked it will answer better.

And I had this, but it did not interfere with baking delicious bread and does not interfere. I hope your oven, like mine, will work out its money with interest. Good luck.

I hope that your oven, like mine, will work out its money with interest.

Recently I thought about it and realized that the stove would work earlier than we expected.

The other day I went into a store near my house, and they offered me to buy bread as an appendage, because we used to take it in such quantities. I refused and told that we now have a bread maker, we make bread ourselves. It is both cheaper and less in quantity required for saturation. After that I came home and realized that I was in the store for the last time just before we bought x \ n. This is called saving money!

S_Dewa,. The oven will really work sooner! Both materially and morally!

Hello everybody!
The stove bakes. I wonder how I did without her. We have it instead of blacks from an anecdote (Work, the sun is still high. So this is the moon.)
Yesterday I ordered 2 bags of flour. Flour flies away, and x \ n justifies itself. I wanted to buy another one, but my husband is against it. One is enough for us, but we really want to have it in reserve.

The other day guests came from another city. It turns out they also have x \ n, but they bake the most ordinary bread. When they tasted mine, they couldn't tear it off. I had to bake on the road.
I managed to visit myself. There, she also taught the owners how to handle x \ n, otherwise they bought it - and it costs, because the bread did not work out. I realized that mine is the best!

I completely agree with you. Now I have two ovens - Delfa and Perfezza - and I like Perfezza better, bread with C / W and rye flour in it comes out tastier and more airy. In the above link, I just wrote about this.

I read your messages on the link, now my husband will not get rid of it! I wanted to buy a second perfusion, they were 339 hryvnyas for the stock. We bought 50 UAH more expensive. Maybe there will be more, then I'll buy it.
I got acquainted with the multicooker while visiting. I've never been able to make cottage cheese in a saucepan. I tried it differently. And with the multicooker he poured it, pressed the button, filtered it and that's it! So now I have the SL 1529 multicooker.

S_Dewa,! Congratulations on your purchase! Let it serve long and efficiently! My MB is displayed in the profile. And you add yours to your profile so that everyone knows everything about you. And I haven't made cottage cheese in MV yet, I just ferment milk and strain it through cheesecloth. In general, I am very pleased with my CF, but we will continue to talk about this in the topic about CF so that the moderators do not scold us

I just added Delphi to my profile. Yes, something and she herself hardly figured out how to do it ... It used to be easier ... I will describe how I did it, maybe you will need it. I went to the "profile" by clicking on the "profile" button at the top of the page. There, in the left window in the "Change profile" section, I clicked "Profile settings", in the page that appeared in the "Name" line, I manually entered my model. Try it yourself. And Perfezza is really not on the list! Discrimination! And for us she is the most beloved !!

Greetings to all Perfezza owners!
First of all, thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts and secrets - I found answers to almost most of my questions for myself.
Recently friends (knowing my love for working with dough) gave me a Perfezza bread maker, and before baking my first bread, I decided to read about it on the Web, since the instructions are not detailed, and as it turned out after studying this thread, it was not necessary.
Walking around the Internet, I found (though I don’t remember where) that when laying out products, regardless of the recipe, the order of laying out the products should be followed, as written in the instructions - that is, water first and then everything else, or vice versa - the last water.
After rereading the instructions on the subject of discussion and this section twice, I still have not found what order of products to relate to our bread maker - first water and then everything made of steel, or vice versa?
Thanks in advance.

I, at first, poured first liquid components and then dry. Now I don't bother with this. Sometimes, if not lazy, I'll mix it by hand, and then at Perfezza, especially if I'm making a cupcake.

stlm, welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your purchase! In our x \ n products are laid in this order: first liquid, and then dry, that is, first - water, milk, eggs, and then - flour, salt, sugar, yeast ... And I did this at first, and then my husband told me to put dry food first, and then liquid, because in this case the bucket's service life increases. And I began to do so. To be honest, I did not see any difference in the quality of the bread. Try it yourself and then tell us how you liked it best. Good luck to you. And share your experiences with us.

And for some reason, the mixer began to rub against the bucket ... Probably, I will have to buy a new x \ n. And I like mine so much. She bakes so much bread that it seems we are using it on an industrial scale. We cannot eat any other bread. The second bag will run out this week. And while there is no opportunity to buy new bags, now I think how we will be without bread. (It doesn't attract buying by kilograms. I remember how we carried 10-30 kg home in our hands ...)

Why buy a new one. Now I specifically looked to rub, as if it should not, the gap between the blade and the bottom of the bucket is about 1mm. If for some reason the shaft has vertical play, then a washer with an inner diameter of 8mm can be put on the shaft between the mixer and the bottom. The thickness of the washer can be selected from several pieces so as not to rub.

I went to Komfi last week, our favorites are standing. And the price is still the same - 399 gr. Who has not yet bought it for yourself or for your family - fly in.
