Super chocolate cupcake

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Milk 1/3 Art.
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar 1/2 ~ 2/3 tbsp.
Butter 70 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Chocolate 50 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
Instant coffee 1 tbsp. l. burn
with a slide
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanillin
Raisins or nuts if desired

Cooking method

  • In a deep bowl, mix the dry components of the dough - flour, sugar, chocolate grated on a coarse grater, coffee, cocoa, baking powder, salt, vanillin.
  • Melt the butter in another bowl, cool to room temperature and mix with eggs.
  • Pour the butter mixture into flour, stir.
  • Add enough milk to make a thick flowing dough.
  • Lightly grease the muffin tins and sprinkle with flour.
  • Pour the dough into molds 2/3 of the height.
  • While the muffins are baking, make the frosting.
  • Pour the cream into a small saucepan, put on min heat.
  • Add chocolate, coffee, salt and sugar. Cook with constant stirring until sugar and chocolate are completely dissolved.
  • In a cup, dissolve the starch with 2 tablespoons of cold water and pour (while stirring!) Into the creamy mass. Cook for another 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool down.
  • Remove the finished muffins from the molds. Put the cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa through a strainer.

Cooking program:

Place in an oven preheated to t = 180 ° C and bake until tender (readiness to sample on a dry wooden stick).
