Thank you very much. : girl_red: Usually when they bake something with cottage cheese, rub it through a sieve or into a meat grinder, I came up with the idea of whipping with a submersible blender, the effect is no worse. And cook them for a few minutes.

Elena K, brought a big thank you !!! Yesterday I cooked only in the form of one cake, and with raisins, and more flour was gone. I must say that this portion is not enough for us. I didn't even have time to photograph anything. It turned out very tasty, not troublesome, and added the curd, and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, and raisins. And the photo ... they will still be, because, well, I really liked it.

I also do not like to wipe cottage cheese through a sieve. I trust this business to my husband: I put cottage cheese in a deep plastic cup, a crush with holes and the darling makes every effort: knead, whisk, mix. He works, and I add the right ingredients ...
I even do Easter that way. Everything turns out very tasty and wash dishes much less.
Family farms, however

It is very pleasant that you liked my recipe, eat for health, and please your loved ones. Yes, for us, too, a very, very small portion, I cooked from what was, and it's easy to increase it by 500 g of cottage cheese.

You put all the ingredients in a food processor, a couple of seconds on the pulse and the dough is ready - what kind of rubbing are we talking about? 21st century in the yard

Delicious !!!! Girls you are fairies ... I will try to cook ...

Elena K, I wanted to bake your cake, but somehow doubted the proportions of cottage cheese: flour = 5: 1. It's a curd casserole! I almost do this sometimes, I only add 2 eggs. And sometimes I mix it with semolina, or flour + semolina.

There is definitely no mistake, maybe 250-350 grams of flour?
variety
Ayu, people! Really, no one will answer? Was everyone baked like a casserole? Or does the recipe still need more flour?
alina-ukhova
variety, the proportions are correct, it took me a tablespoon more flour somewhere, it happens a little in one direction or the other, after all, the products are different everywhere. Rest assured, everything is in order.
variety
alina-ukhova, thanks for the answer. So how rubbery the dough is, is it more like a curd casserole or some other consistency?
alina-ukhova
variety, it doesn't look very much like a casserole, in my opinion, you can't call it rubbery either, as it's very juicy, not a dry cake. We are very good, there is no hint of cottage cheese there, otherwise some relatives would not eat.
variety
alina-ukhova, Thanks for answering. Probably, I will try, but suddenly I really like it
variety
Still, yesterday I tried to do it. And yet it turned out to be almost a casserole. Maybe my cottage cheese is different, but, it seems, I tried to follow the recommendations.
In principle, if you want something like a cottage cheese casserole, then it is very tasty! But if you need a cupcake, then it's better not to risk it.
PS re-read the recipe very carefully and discovered how the author herself writes that "in fact, this is a casserole" (c). So, it turns out, it didn't seem to me and I'm not being capricious, otherwise I somehow felt uncomfortable, everyone writes - like a cupcake, but it seems to me - a casserole
alina-ukhova
variety, it seems to me that small cupcakes are still more like cupcakes, and when it's big and alone, it looks like a casserole, although it didn't look very much like a casserole for me. How does it taste? liked?
variety
alina-ukhova, I poured it into one medium container and poured the leftovers into 5 small forms. In my opinion, everything turned out to be a casserole.
I liked the taste, in principle. But I will hardly repeat, I have other, more acceptable for us options for curd casseroles.
But I in no way want to say that this is a bad recipe. It's just that it is not very suitable for US, neither as a casserole, nor as a cupcake. After all, everyone has different tastes: someone loves lard more, someone loves chocolate, and someone pineapples
alina-ukhova
: victory: I agree, casseroles are usually unacceptable for us, but I liked this option. As the saying goes, "all markers are different in taste and color."
