Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 125 g
Sugar 125 g
Egg 2 pcs
Cream 35% 100 ml
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Boiled Condensed milk or raisins taste
Vanilla sugar 1 pack (8 g)

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • Beat the cream until "steady peaks" and combine with the dough.
  • You can add raisins, dried cherries or boiled condensed milk to the dough.
  • Bake in any muffin tins at 170-180aboutFROM.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or icing on the finished muffins.
