Yeast is always dry stock (Saf-levure. Active yeast).
And dry kvass can be bought at a bakery or shop. It just contains dry rye malt. Here it is, then it is needed for Cherongo bread. If the bread kvass concentrate contains malt, then I think it will work too (I have not tried this).

A proven recipe for our bread machine:

For weighing, I definitely use an electronic scale, a measuring cup and a spoon. I sift the flour.

water-350 ml.
salt - 1.5 tsp.
sugar -2 tbsp. l.
powdered milk-2 tbsp. l.
olive or vegetable oil -2 tbsp. l.
white baking wheat flour - 550 gr.
dry yeast - 1 tsp.

program 1
weight -1 kg.
medium crust - 4 hours
the crust is fried. -4. hours 15 minutes

variations: -water -250 ml. plus curdled milk or milk 100 ml. (instead of milk powder), a fried crust is obtained
- instead of milk powder I add baby formula "Kid"
- Place 1 egg in a measuring cup and add water to the 350 ml mark. (The dough turns out to be more rich)
- a part of wheat flour 50-100 gr. replace with corn, buckwheat flour or oatmeal
- I add sesame, sunflower. seeds, crushed coriander 15-20 minutes before baking, pushing the dough away from the side of the mold with a silicone spatula.

In the absence of dry kvass, I took KVASS MORT CONCENTRATE, slightly changed the proportion of rye / wheat flour and water, added caraway seeds and coriander:
Water (27 degrees) - 310 ml (pour it warmer, 35 degrees - while pouring everything, it cools down),
vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons,
salt - 2 teaspoons,
sugar - 2 tablespoons,
wheat flour - 310 gr,
rye flour - 250 gr,
kvass wort concentrate (RASPAK) - 2 tablespoons,
SAF-moment yeast - 1.5 teaspoons,
cumin - 1 teaspoon
coriander - 0.5 teaspoons
+ (this is not for everybody)
1-2 tablespoons of peeled, slightly toasted sunflower seeds,
1-2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

He baked on the 1st program (1 kg, medium crust, 4 hours).
The result exceeded all my expectations - my sister, niece and mom were SO DELIGHTED,
as if I didn't bake bread for them, but gave them a Bentley !!!
